Quality Construction and delivery of the is great. But we noticed couple of things to be improved. After closing home response is not that great. Need to understanding the customer pain. Simply saying after touching some rough-ins they will say warranty will be gone, At the time of closing also co-ordination not that great for colleting the keys.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a new home build and only heard stories about negative experiences. I’m pleasantly surprised to report that my experience has been great. Be aware that you will need to pay attention to the details. The framing, foundation, trim, appliances, and design selections. As a buyer, you are purchasing YOUR home. It’s in your beat interest to be highly involved in the build process. If your expectation is a HGTV hands off experience you may find yourself disappointed. Stay engaged with the process. Find all pictures you can representing the features and materials you want included in your home that Pulte provides so that there are no surprises at the final reveal. Pulte subcontracts its work. Some of the craftsmanship is of great quality, others I wouldn’t mind gutting and starting over. Remember Pulte mass produces these homes - some of the work is rushed and it is evident. Once work is complete, they will not remove and start over. They will simply put a bandaid on it. Recommend buyer stopping by the home frequently. Highly recommend making two design appointments. We felt rushed through that portion of the process. Staff is kind and provides timely responses. Ask questions especially at the design appointment.

The timeliness and transparency of the process was great. Our construction manager (Kari) sent us weekly updates so we knew what was going on the entire process.

We are First time builders and we felt like we were listened to and even though I consider this more of a “cookie cutter” home as these homes are made by the hundreds, details were never dismissed. Quality control was very good and overall it has been a great experience. We would recommend building with Pulte

Although customizations are not an option outside of the available upgrade options (the negative for our situation), the build quality and workmanship is not far off from high end builder quality (the positive). This is our 2nd Pulte home. We had spent the last 2 years looking to move to a better location for our family situation. We looked at many existing homes and competitive builders, but ultimately ended up picking Pulte for their ideal home layout options, high efficiency standards, and quality (as seen in our last Pulte home and our current home. We absolutely love our home and the floor plan. Heidi and Andres were fantastic to work with and always answered our questions and kept us informed.

Andreas and Heidi made the whole experience easy from start to finish. We absolutely love our new home!!

Overall this was okay. We were familiar with the builders as we built another house with them. Its unfortunate that any upgrade you get with them is still okay material quality. Specifically the carpet is poor (both low grade and high grade) and we were really disappointed with the cabinets. We went "top of the line" and our cabinets look pretty cheap. This sounds weird, especially with low interest rates but I'd recommend getting only structural options and then replacing cabinets, countertops, lights, flooring with higher end products. You'll net the same price but with the headaches of a renovation but the quality will be much better. ... More

Pulte was very open to sharing the status of the build. Our house was finished on time and they have been very responsive to fixing a few minor things.

Pretty bad experience including Pulte mortgage. Quality is pretty bad, cheapest materials, have to constantly monitor the process.

Sales was great! Our design appointment was the most fun! Our PM was great too and super communicative through the process.

Original sales experience was misleading on some items. Mike, our construction manager, is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely detail oriented and ensures work is done exceptionally. Communication is not at all fantastic. There should be someone responsible for communicating better with the community and homeowners. Mike is in the field all day and many questions are outside his scope of work (common areas, etc.).

Quality of material very important

Several of the home owners in the development have had similar experiences of not feeling taken care of after the build is complete and you have closed. We have had several issues, some minor, and some larger, but haven't gotten good responsiveness to issues. There should be better communication and exceptions set with home owners as well. For instance, several of the home owners have reached out regarding large trucks driving too fast in the development, the response we've received is "we don't control the contract workers". Three home owners lawns have been damaged by truck drivers driving through our SOD damaging it, mine was never replaced or no steaks were placed with caution tape like I was told was going to be done. ... Not at all happy with the purchase. We like the layout hence we went with it, but the sales agent we worked not at all knowledgeable and we are suffering implications because of it. Also pulte management is not at all flexible on things compared to other major builders. Also the things included in standard price not good , also build quality as well not great as even paint, trim etc are very sensitive

Cracks in basement walls. Waiting for resolution Fault contractor not Pulte but Pulte is the builder

The buying experience went well. They were responsive but had limited flexibility on the new home. Overall we are very happy with the house.
