Very good builder.

Great builder to work with and beautiful homes!

Original sales experience was misleading on some items. Mike, our construction manager, is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely detail oriented and ensures work is done exceptionally. Communication is not at all fantastic. There should be someone responsible for communicating better with the community and homeowners. Mike is in the field all day and many questions are outside his scope of work (common areas, etc.).

Quality of material very important

Several of the home owners in the development have had similar experiences of not feeling taken care of after the build is complete and you have closed. We have had several issues, some minor, and some larger, but haven't gotten good responsiveness to issues. There should be better communication and exceptions set with home owners as well. For instance, several of the home owners have reached out regarding large trucks driving too fast in the development, the response we've received is "we don't control the contract workers". Three home owners lawns have been damaged by truck drivers driving through our SOD damaging it, mine was never replaced or no steaks were placed with caution tape like I was told was going to be done. ... Not at all happy with the purchase. We like the layout hence we went with it, but the sales agent we worked not at all knowledgeable and we are suffering implications because of it. Also pulte management is not at all flexible on things compared to other major builders. Also the things included in standard price not good , also build quality as well not great as even paint, trim etc are very sensitive

The buying experience went well. They were responsive but had limited flexibility on the new home. Overall we are very happy with the house.

we are a first time home buyers and the experience with Pulte has been slendid. The impression I had on the very first day and the aprroach and trustworthiness I had continued till the complete process was completed. The timelines were well communicated, well followed. Pulte will pressure you to buy a home with ALL of their products - their home insurance, their mortgage company, etc. They will not stop pursuing you until after your closing. Remember, you need to put your own interests first, and Pulte will put their own interests first. Carefully review your options and don't let them bully you into buying their products. Consult with people you trust to make the best choice. Their home product is great, but they need to work on not being so aggressive. Their mortgage lender was so ruthless that he lied to me via e-mail to get a reaction out of me. This was after he had attempted to contact me numerous times to change my mind about the lender we had chosen. Personally, I would buy a Pulte house again (they do a beautiful job) but would never get involved with their other business units unless I was absolutely sure I was getting a better deal (don't take their word for it - do your research). ... Jodi at the sales center knowledge of layout and options were lacking severely. Blaine the project manager was great and extremely easy to work with. Happy with the house just realizing lack of attention to detail in finished project.

Overall a good home buying experience. Construction manager responsive and kind. Sales consultant went above and beyond to answer our questions.

We built our new home and it is great, but Pulte up-charges EVERYTHING so the price gets very hi unless you don't do any upgrades. Overall it was a good experience but now dealing with yard issues such as grading and sod that is going to potentially take 4 months during the summer is hard and should not ever take that long.

We are so happy with the quality of our new home. Everyone we worked with was quick to respond to our questions and walked us through the build process.

Loving Our New House

I closed on February 29th, yes they were willing to accommodate me on a Saturday :) I am still in the process of moving in as I moved from out of state but everything could not be more perfect. This will be my forever home and I LOVE it!

The team at Pulte was awesome to work with! From the initial sales & purchase experience, the building process along the way, and the folks at Pulte Mortgage were fabulous as well. Overall it was a great experience with a super happy ending!

Overall it’s a nice home. A few issues are disappointing and I’m not sure I would build with them again.
