From our first contact with Lamar in the sales office, then loan approval with Pulte Mortgage, to the design center with Natalie and throughout the quality construction with Jim, our process was top notch. Everyone is truly an expert in their field, making the process really fun. Congratulations to Pulte for a great team of employees.

The worksites are not clean and cannot believe that areas that I am finding glue and messy painting and we paid extra for site finishing and not sure we received what we paid for. I have nails sticking out of doors and dents in utility doors along with chips and cracks in our granite countertops. We cannot believe how much silicone that we are having to clean up in the bathrooms. Just not the quality we were expecting for the price that we paid. This coming summer we have outside that need to be addressed. And we could not believe that on the garage walls they cleaned their caulk off on our walls...so we have that to look at too. Also they cleaned their caulk off on our siding which cannot be clean-off so we are having to wait to have the siding replaced. We have to believe that all of this is costing you more money...so why not slow down and treat these houses as your own versus slapping them up as fast as you can. Also we have to continue to have workmen come in and fix the issues and we are getting tired of this too. ... More

We ordered a kitchen upgrade and countertop upgrade. Job was done terrible and not professionally. My kitchen island is off level and crooked, my countertop looks used and "dirty" and my kitchen cabinets were full of stain spots that made the doors look dirty. Crown molding was not level, cabinet doors were also bendy and curved. Drawers were not adjusted. Granite backsplash was 1/4inch shorter than the countertop itself. My house looks as if it was built by a 5 year old. Carpet was not placed correctly and was not stretched all the way leaving holes between the wall and carpet. There is a big hole under the laminate in our floors. Rep came out to "fix it" but nothing changed. The floors in the home are terrible, when you walk on them, the whole house trembles. I can hear bottles of perfume rattling when I walk. The trim on the walls looks greasy when the holes were covered up. In one of my bedrooms there is a visible bump where two sheets of sheetrock come together. The spindles on the stairs are a different color. A lot of small details that make us very upset. Terrible job done. Quality is not worth the amount of money for this home. When we complain they all tell us "its normal and its standard". Would not recommend to anyone. The overall purchasing/ building of our Pulte Home was very positive. Everyone involved was very helpful. If you do have a larger vehicle, I'd recommend a three car garage so there is additional room in your garage. Everything about our home I absolutely love, except I wish my garage was larger or at least longer. Overall a nice first build experience. This is my third home and it is so nice to have everything NEW,

Only minor issues have been found so far (screws not fully screwed in, bent drawer tracks). Overall very happy with the home and excited to raise a family here.

Great project management!

Was mostly satisfied with the building process. The finishing was not not the best. Some issues although minor were not up to expectation. More effort needed on fine details especially when a home is new.

Our agent and construction team were very responsive and made our dreams come true. Thank you to everyone that made this possible in Lakeville.

We love our home, I should start with that. We are so happy with the location, lot, and upgrades that we chose. The floorplan is perfect for our growing family. However, we had many issues along the way. Our PM was difficult to deal with and did not want to help us with problems that his contractors caused (hole cut in the ceiling, cafe light installed in the wrong spot). This led to a lack of trust and shaken confidence in Pulte and our PM. Thankfully, everything turned out alright after we had to fight for these issues to be resolved.

Never recommend to any one. It has been a nightmare no updates, poor communication and very poor quality

There are so many issues ranging from poor construct to mortgage process.

Pulte had a great promotional sale going on at the time of purchase, and I believe it changes every month. The 3 builder meetings (beginning, middle, and right before closing) are a wonderful way to see how things are shaping up in your future home. The builder will go through a checklist of what is being done and so on. There are also the design and the low voltage/electrical meetings. I enjoyed both of these meetings even though they added quite a bit to our total. I recommend you have an idea of how much you are willing to spend prior to the meetings as these “extra” items are very tempting. During the build process, our salesman was replaced with a different salesman and the new salesman did a fantastic job of keeping us updated with the build. In the end, I felt Pulte rushed the closing a bit as there were items that still needed to be touched up, i.e. ceiling had 1/2” chip, countertops also had chippings, garage door malfunctioning, touch-free sink had a disconnected wire, masonry was defective, baseboard joints had gaps, and a few more I can’t remember. I know these are minor defects but should have been caught and fixed prior to turnover. Do not be alarmed, however. Pulte was responsive after submitting the warranty work on all of these. Very easy process for prospective homebuilders

Everything went smoothly and on schedule

Very responsive team in communication but action is a bit slow maybe for valid reasons. Just a few items we are not happy with—we have to walk into a dark garage to find the light switch. The dining area light can only be switched from one side, We may have to spend extra to have an electrician rewire these light switches . The grading around the house draws water in, instead of away, this is being reviewed by construction manager. Good overall.

Various plan to choose, tons of customization options. friendly staff to answer all our questions. On Time delivery. Proud to be part of Pulte family.

The closing procedure had its hiccups to no fault of mine. I am still waiting to be contacted by Pulte's outside vendors to correct a couple issues. Pulte has responded and fixed what they could do. All in all, I love my home.

Would be a plus if Pulte hired some carpenters who know what a framing square was. Walls are so out of square it is hard not to cast your eyes on the defect. One short wall between doorways is 11 inches in length and 1inch out of square from end to end. It is a common problem through out the house, Very disappointing. Also a damaged washing machine that should have never been accepted or installed flooded our home and ditto for the dysfunctional water softener that re flooded our home a week later. There were other issues that have been addressed such as failing to cap the gas line to the dryer after replacing the damaged flooring in the laundry room. I am satisfied with the house.

The process with Pulte was the easiest out of the other four houses I have built, no delays on the main house and good communication from the construction team.

We had a great experience with Pulte!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house-it just did not feel like it was cleaned after the work was completed. The front entryway and garage were stained with footmarks and junk.
