I am moved to spend my time writing this review because of The Builder- Mark- I had a rocky start with Pulty initially but this justifies the adage that goes - all is well that ends well! The builder did a great job. During the interviews,I had the opportunity to see how my home is built. The builder explained the process in such a way that the average man was able to follow what was going on. The builder displayed patience, compassion, and excellence. The builder, Mark reassured me that my home will be impressive when done. And it is! The builder kept to his word and that is what really matters Thank you so much Mark for the good job you did. Pulte Home Builder build a good home. They care about their customer and try keep the project plan on track. When something went wrong, they responded quickly to resolved the problem. They have a good team of sales agent and contraction manager

We did not enter into the home buying process looking for a new build. We stumbled across Pulte by accident, but what an amazing accident it was. The sales associate (Tim) was great help throughout the showing, answering all of our questions. The Pulte mortgage team was also great, the process a little tedious, but their incentives and final price could not be beat. The home is amazing and all the warranties are great and easy to access. Overall, we are incredibly happy with our home and can't wait to spend many years here. I highly recomment Pulte.

Great change in my life. I liked the space as soon as I saw it. It is close to my family and friends and work. Friendly people who are knowledgable and prompt with any questions I had. Glad I moved into this neighborhood.

This was our second house, first new construction, and we were very happy with how easy the process was. We had a great sales consultant, design consultant, and build manager that kept us informed throughout, amidst numerous delays that were out of their control.

Pulte's team is excellent. We felt we were very well cared for, our opinions counted and Pulte did everything they could to ensure our Satisfaction. Each step of home building was very well explained and we had someone who guided us at a personal level. Great job team Pulte!!

Bob in Sales was excellent to work with from our on line buying experience to the follow thru on issues that developed during the process. Natalie in the Pulte Design Center was spectacular to work with. Finally, Tim the Construction Manager on site was responsive to our observations and needs.

This home buying process was a challenge for me. The Field Manager and Sales Rep. are two of the greatest people within this field. As a first time single home buyer, they both made me feel comfortable and answered my questions along the way also explaining the difference in some of the options I chose.
