It was a very good experience to buy new home from pulte. Received guidance, cooperation and help from Jacqueline and Kari always, whenever needed. Very happy with this experience. Recommended my friends as well

Overall I was very happy to be able to work with pulte and recommend all our contacts to reconsider work with pulte but one concern I have is need to assign to adress any concerns in the office rather than we are chasing construction managers

Customer care and construction manager, as well as onsite agent are wonderful (Cha, Angela and Sov) materials (except window screens)-excellent. BUT, they should be note discerning of the subcontractors they use-Many walls not square, may air exchange and outlet receptacles not square-cupboard doors not tuned-poor workmanship-I used to be a framing sub-the “nice touches” only take a few extra minutes-I expect better for $445k!

I like the home design, and Pulte community. I am satisfied with what I have.

I was truly disappointed throughout the entire process. All of my family has built Pulte homes and have raved about how on top of things they are and how much they care for their customers. I had the complete opposite happen to me. They were rarely responsive, did not listen to any of my concerns which ended up delaying my closing, and many things still are not complete and or were not hooked up after the closing. Overall, I wish I could have said it was an amazing experience, especially being a first time home buyer. But that was just not the case.

We had closed recently Pulte home Cordelia Town Home, unit is great and location is awesome. Also closing was smooth. Overall it’s nice experience and we recommend for anyone who is interested to buy.

When I signed my Purchase Agreement for my townhouse, I signed a document that stated Included Features and listed under Exterior it stated that I would receive a “Fully Sodded, Irrigated, Landscaped Yard.” Instead when they installed landscaping half of the front yard contained mulch with plants and the other half and the boulevard was filled in with rocks. When myself and the other neighbors reached out to Pulte regarding this issue, they said the document meant that they put the “hardscape” down so we didn’t have to sod when we closed. Additionally they said they were saving us money in HOA dues from plows tearing up the grass. I spoke to people who do plowing and the person installing our landscaping who all said the rock will cost us just as much to maintain as grass because the rock will be sprayed around the driveway and street when plowed and all of the rock and mulch will need to be filled each year at a cost to the HOA. So now we are left with a front yard full of rocks instead of grass which is an eyesore and a safety hazard to the kids and vehicles in the neighborhood. Additionally, we had an issue with a drain being clogged behind one of the buildings. It remained that way for several months and continued to get worse everytime it rained. It got to be several feet deep and about two buildings long. We notified Pulte repeatedly and they did nothing about it. Finally we involved the city and Pulte pumped “the pond” and cleared the mud out of the drain. We were also told originally that they were going to sod that area when we purchased our townhomes. While the drainage issues were occurring Pulte was telling us that they intended to leave the area as natural vegetation. Meaning it was going to just be a muddy, weedy, mosquito infested slew. When the city was contacted they confirmed that the original plans stated that the area was to be sodded. The work has yet to happen, so we will see. It also took a call to the city to get Pulte to repair an enormous pothole in the street that was causing people to turn into oncoming traffic when turning onto that street to avoid the pothole. The street maintenance is the responsibility of Pulte until construction is complete and it has been turned over to the city. I am enjoying my new townhouse so far on the inside. It has only had a few cosmetic issues and service has been very easy to work with. However, upper management outside of our neighborhood for sales and construction that we tried to find resolution with regarding our exterior issues were horrible and condescending to deal with. I have never seen a rock yard in the state of MN. I feel the look devalues my home,, is a safety issue, and will cost us more money in the long run than if they had just sodded the yard. No response from the construction manager once moved in even after multiple follow ups

I bought the house recently and not happy because of the below reasons: 1. No provision for trash Bins in the Kitchen. No one communicated about this during signing of the purchase agreement. 2. Due to cost cutting, corner space in the kitchen wasted (they have simply blocked about 12 cubic ft storage space in kitchen). 3. No SOD in the front of the house which was committed during purchase meetings. 4. Partial SOD in the backyard, no proper grade work resulting water accumulation/breeding area for mosquitoes. 5. No play area for kids in community.

They answer your concern in a timely manner.

One would not want to buy a new home only to see rain water coming in, uneven floors, cranky garage doors, trash provision missing, appliances not working, etc. Unfortunately, this has been our experience. Raising concerns have not helped either - our point of contact for construction (at the time of closure) verbally assured us these would be taken care of but after about 4 weeks simply came back to say he/she has taken care of all issues without doing anything. I believe one would be better off using their money for other options - my acquaintances who went for other communities close by have been sharing much better experience. ... More

It's been almost 3 months where is my lawn

The initial meeting went well we signed and during our construction process had three different people represent Pulte. House was built on schedule. The mortgage process was absolutely horrendous and horrible. We were not aware of our approval for the purchase of our house until 30 minutes before our closing. No one reached out to apologize. We bought a spec home from Pulte. We really like the home layout and design, and their team chose a lot of updated but still neutral design options that we are happy with. There were some hiccups after first buying the home, but Pulte did work with us to address them in a reasonable manner.

The day we moved in, realized the Gas leaking, water not softening , nails all over pavement and flattened our car tires twice, tripping the circuit breaker and many more.

Overall awful experience dealing with Pulte at every level. We were under contract for a specific package - after signing, Pulte changed the paint and carpet package and told us if we don’t like it we can back out of the purchase (Jake). We’ve had mismatched white paint colors in the house, paint over outlets, We’ve had 7 doors now that don’t latch, nails/rusty screws all over the outside of the home, siding falling off the house, wavy baseboard, ZERO escrow updates, and no one within the Pulte group will respond to us. Jack specifically told us if he made improvements to our home it would come out of his bonus. We addressed issues like sharp tack strips and he refused to correct them over 1+ month. My child then bled over our white carpet on those strips. Inexcusable and we are considering legal action. Corey gives zero updates on the remaining escrow updates. Ignores emails and doesn’t follow up. Additionally, he promised escrow updates that didn’t take place. Ben makes empty promises and doesn’t respond to messages. It’s no wonder Corey and Jack follow in his footsteps. We have had opportunities to recommend our friends to Pulte, specifically friends looking at Pulte homes and have told them to go with other companies. I’ve spoken with regional manager Rick Lechernberg, who assured me customer care would contact me about my issues, yet I’m sitting for a week+ still waiting for any sort of contact. Everyone within this organization wants to point the finger in order to secure their paycheck, while not caring for the customer needs. Awful customer service, awful craftsmanship, awful customer service, awful follow Up. You are a number within this organization and as soon as the purchase is made you are nothing to them. We had a wonderful experience with Pulte every step of the way.

Todd and Jackie made this experience easy and fun. Because I purchased from out of state, they were both so communicative and were able to answer all of my questions and sent weekly photos. I was very comfortable with the process and knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. Their primary goal was that I had appropriate expectations set, and, that I would love my home. I’d highly recommend Pulte; their customer service and quality of service and overall knowledge is top notch.

To buy is was very good experience, but now I want to contact somebody to ask questions and nobody responds, don't even respond the e-mails.

The details inside the house were not cleaned up. Trim is in terrible shape. The walls needed more painting as spots were missed. Whoever they sent out to fix the problems would just half work what needed to be done. For a $437k house, I dont feel like im getting my moneys worth.

We recently purchased a brand new Pulte home, moved in less than 2 months back and our experience in last 1 month has not been good at all. We had a leakage in one of the pipes in mechanical room which took almost a week to get fixed, noticed cracks on the wooden floor in few sections, bathroom lock’s doesn’t work most of the times and the walls get scratched very easily. Overall the quality of materials used in building the home are really bad and we wish we knew this before buying our dream home!

We recently bought a home from Pulte. They are a nationwide builder based in Georgia. I was so impressed with the company I bought some stock. The company was very helpful. Robb and Brien were especially great. Overall they offer a very high level of customer service and walked us through the whole process from down payment to closing. They also offer exceptional warranties and prompt attention as issues arise. Highly recommended!

Overall great experience. Our sales guy was amazing. He knew our budget and helped us use it according to our preferences. Our construction manager was also top-notch. He had great attention to detail and took the time to make sure we were happy. Our experience at closing with the lender was great too.
