To buy is was very good experience, but now I want to contact somebody to ask questions and nobody responds, don't even respond the e-mails.

The details inside the house were not cleaned up. Trim is in terrible shape. The walls needed more painting as spots were missed. Whoever they sent out to fix the problems would just half work what needed to be done. For a $437k house, I dont feel like im getting my moneys worth.

We recently purchased a brand new Pulte home, moved in less than 2 months back and our experience in last 1 month has not been good at all. We had a leakage in one of the pipes in mechanical room which took almost a week to get fixed, noticed cracks on the wooden floor in few sections, bathroom lock’s doesn’t work most of the times and the walls get scratched very easily. Overall the quality of materials used in building the home are really bad and we wish we knew this before buying our dream home!

We recently bought a home from Pulte. They are a nationwide builder based in Georgia. I was so impressed with the company I bought some stock. The company was very helpful. Robb and Brien were especially great. Overall they offer a very high level of customer service and walked us through the whole process from down payment to closing. They also offer exceptional warranties and prompt attention as issues arise. Highly recommended!

Overall great experience. Our sales guy was amazing. He knew our budget and helped us use it according to our preferences. Our construction manager was also top-notch. He had great attention to detail and took the time to make sure we were happy. Our experience at closing with the lender was great too.

House is very modern and built well. Beautiful kitchen and love the balconies. Excited for this house!

Overall its a nice house. We did a quick close, so it was almost finished being built. Had some issues, but Pulte is quick to fix things

Good community and friendly neighborhood. My experience with Pulte was good except for closing date selection. But apart from that good customer service and very responsive to issues. Still only 1 month old home so more to come but so far so good. I am happy with my purchase.

Pulte was very prompt and responsive with every question and request. Everything went as promised and planned, and we're very happy with our new townhouse.

We live outside the country, so most of the buying process had to happen remotely. The people at Pulte were very helpful every step of the way. Nathan was especially helpful, reviewing the house features once on a face time call, then again when I was in town.

I recently purchased my first home and had a positive experience with the sales consultant, Jacqueline. While the building materials used were average, the quality of the paint used could have been better. Additionally, I noticed that there was a leak in one of the windows which caused cold air to flow in from both sides. Moreover, I found a crack in the drywall above the fireplace. However, I submitted tickets for these issues and received a response within 48 hours. Overall, the house is good and I'm happy with my purchase.

what is different from other builders: Pulte welcomes you in the construction site and they will respond to your notes and concerns and address them (if they make sense for sure). knowledgeable construction managers (at lease the one i worked with) and very responsive, they even helped me after the closing. Pulte periodic inspections: this process is very helpful and will point out any thing missed or not perfected by construction team and address all the issues, i have visited the site every single day and witnessed how thorough their inspections are. Our Pulte home buying experience has been very smooth. The house quality of workmanship is excellent

Our construction manager Andreas was amazing! Everything I asked him I'd he could do, he did! He never let me down. There have been a few issues even after closing and he is still willing to help out. The closest doors do not open or shut properly once you hang up close so he is looking for a solution. All the closets only have storage shelves in them and do not have the proper racks for sliding clothes which he is also working on fixing for me. He is kind, patient, smart, polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Everyone was incredible to work with, the experience was the best.

The initial process was great, the mortgage experience was not and there have been a number of issues post move in we have had to fix. Contractors aren’t always the most responsive but could be due to availability

Our new home had quite a few unfinished issues. Mark worked with Angela and helped and ensured that the pressing things were taken care of and handled. There are still a couple things but very minor. Overall if we don’t have Mark to ease our concerns we would not have had as good of experience. The online submission form for requests is an easy process. Our home is beautiful and looking forward to settling in. Thank you Mark for making our home a home for our family.

They did great job but their after support is ok

I have two sinks plumbed incorrectly. There is a piece of trim that was never installed. Carpet nails stab your feet in the main floor living room. When it's windy the southern siding make a lot of noise. I'm concerned that the furnace won't pass inspection due to a valve touching the door. Windows and other fixtures were never cleaned post install. Places that were shown to have defects in the walk throughs were never fixed.

Corporate needs some training to be flexible on some stuff like mortgage services, sales promotions hidden fact explanation, flexibility in days of closing. Just don't Pulte's advantage to meet revenue target. Overall nice experience with home. Waiting to see how quickly Pulte's responses/their suppliers to service request..

Great location and the overall plan is good. The units are “mass produced” so don’t expect bespoke craftsmanship. Sales process was smooth and easy. Lara was very helpful.

although 99% is as expected there are lingering issues not resolved since closing about 40 days ago. There is an gas odor coming from the sinks especially bathroom sinks that a plumber was supposed to come and fix but the construction site manager told us they should have contacted us we have not heard a word. The HOA was to approve putting gutters and storm doors so we could add these and again no word after sending in the information. Pulte Mortgage was a total insane disaster and luckily we were able to scramble at the end and pay with cash for closing. Pulte Mortgage put us through living hell for weeks and would have caused us to lose all our warranties because they could not close in the name and just told us to change the title after we purchased. The best term you could use for Pulte Mortgage is a group of complete morons and incompetent buffoons. I have had 4 major issues to communicate with Pulte customer service and they completely side stepped 3 of the 4 by telling me i had to deal with it myself (items affecting the entire community not just us).
