can only speak from the off the shelf lens. Some painting touch ups missed. Some cabinets, appliances not ready. Team forgot to punch out my water drain - so water in the house first week here. Team is slowly correcting. In my experience, things were missed. I really wanted turn key and easy for new build - we were close, but not all the way there.. This was also the slowest closing of my life (2 hours - because the names were wrong on most of the paperwork) and pulte has already sold the mortgage (totally normal but someone from pulte made a 10 minute conversation on how that wouldn't happen for 90 days; it happened in weeks). ... Pulte helped me the get the home finally... There were some un anticipated challenges, but pulte folks really helped me to get those issues resolved and make it clear route foe me.

unfortunately we are into poor construction Manager ,Who doesn't know to validate the Quality ,Right now we are experience the issue with furnace construction manager call this is normal, we understood this is an issue with furnace blower and lot other issue kitchen cabinets ,sliding's quality all this issue it's been reported now month before and not addressed so far

Home is okay. Bad worksmanship noted throughout. Lots of repairs needed to be completed via work order by builder

We enjoyed working with Pulte to build our new home. Kari our building manager was amazing, extremely thorough, and responsive to any question we had. Overall a great experience.

Everyone associated with Pulte has been so accommodating…..from Heidi who first showed the house, Kari walked me thru the closing (long distance) Ryan explaining how things work, Angela via phone conversations, etc. Everything has been relaxing and enjoyable!

Any issues were quickly looked into and fixed.

Everyone for whom we dealt in the completion of our new home were outstanding.

The start was fantastic with Robb. I wish there was a little more time for the overall selection process of the structure of the home as that was very "rushed". wouldnt be so bad if you were allowed to submit a change order. Once the construction started the Project Manager didn't do a dang thing!! Brought up many issues and they were brushed aside. Once Chuck, his boss, got involved things started to actually be corrected. PULTE mortgage is a TRAIN WRECK. If you have any possible other option do that!! Almost every review/complaint/BBB statement about how bad they are stands true. Andreas did a great job on the final walk through. He made sure all of the open items were promptly addressed.

I have built five custom homes before our rowhome and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the build and the lack of high quality products in our million dollar home.

Our build manager Andreas was a solid partner during our entire build process. he was responsive to questions and concerns, timely in his responses, and treated us with respect

My daughter couldn't move into her bedroom for 2-1/2 weeks after closing because of a ceiling repair that lacked any sort of management. That will be her lifelong memory when thinking of moving into a brand new home. Celebration punchlist items still outstanding after two months.

We recently moved into a new Pulte community in Rogers and we love our home so much! First off, the floor plan options are so much better than another other builders we toured. We have the Continental floor plan and the way the home flows is amazing. The perfect amount of space in the perfect places. We purchased a spec, and everything that was picked out for us looks so great together. I don’t know what we would have changed had we started from scratch. We had a few minor things we needed help with after moving in and we got such personalized care and help to get things fixed so quickly! It’s been a lovely home so far! We’ve had a few issues that came up and we’re address right away. We’re very appreciative to Pulte for our new home, and first new build!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. We are considering selling the house due to the ongoing and consistent issues

Very good experience over all

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone during the building process. We also had very basic requests post close that are completely unwilling to work with us on. Honestly I feel like there is a bit of common sense missing on Pultes side throughout this process very frustrating.

Building materials are not that great

Our buying experience was less than ideal. The communication was far less than what we thought it should be and the financing with Pulte Mortgage was very frustrating and complex. We ultimately financed through another lender. The construction manager (Nate) was very helpful in giving updates and helping with our request, so that was much appreciated.

I want to ensure I rate this correctly. It may be due to the Construction Manager specifically at our location, the experience was not at all pleasant. First of all the sales agent was very pleasant till we signed and offered the initial.offer but then at later dates was not helpful at all. The construction manager was over committing and not delivering. The higher ups in Pulte were really good, very responsive, communicative, jumped right into our problem and resolved it. The closing title people were great. Like I said, it may be specific to our location..

The quality is good. Staff are helpful. And price is reasonable.

Pulte has been very responsible about what they have built and sold. The overall price and home design and experience is great. Interior can be built with more durability and future will unfold for us.

We expected that pulte is more quality and more customer friendly, but ground level is different. Lot of pending issues are still open which were identified at time of closing…

The process was all easy and pretty straightforward. I would definitely recommend pulte to anyone
