The initial process was great, the mortgage experience was not and there have been a number of issues post move in we have had to fix. Contractors aren’t always the most responsive but could be due to availability

Our new home had quite a few unfinished issues. Mark worked with Angela and helped and ensured that the pressing things were taken care of and handled. There are still a couple things but very minor. Overall if we don’t have Mark to ease our concerns we would not have had as good of experience. The online submission form for requests is an easy process. Our home is beautiful and looking forward to settling in. Thank you Mark for making our home a home for our family.

They did great job but their after support is ok

I have two sinks plumbed incorrectly. There is a piece of trim that was never installed. Carpet nails stab your feet in the main floor living room. When it's windy the southern siding make a lot of noise. I'm concerned that the furnace won't pass inspection due to a valve touching the door. Windows and other fixtures were never cleaned post install. Places that were shown to have defects in the walk throughs were never fixed.

Great floor plan and design options. Great field people. Corporate needs some training to be flexible on some stuff like mortgage services, sales promotions hidden fact explanation, flexibility in days of closing. Just don't Pulte's advantage to meet revenue target. Overall nice experience with home. Waiting to see how quickly Pulte's responses/their suppliers to service request..

Great location and the overall plan is good. The units are “mass produced” so don’t expect bespoke craftsmanship. Sales process was smooth and easy. Lara was very helpful.

although 99% is as expected there are lingering issues not resolved since closing about 40 days ago. There is an gas odor coming from the sinks especially bathroom sinks that a plumber was supposed to come and fix but the construction site manager told us they should have contacted us we have not heard a word. The HOA was to approve putting gutters and storm doors so we could add these and again no word after sending in the information. Pulte Mortgage was a total insane disaster and luckily we were able to scramble at the end and pay with cash for closing. Pulte Mortgage put us through living hell for weeks and would have caused us to lose all our warranties because they could not close in the name and just told us to change the title after we purchased. The best term you could use for Pulte Mortgage is a group of complete morons and incompetent buffoons. I have had 4 major issues to communicate with Pulte customer service and they completely side stepped 3 of the 4 by telling me i had to deal with it myself (items affecting the entire community not just us). can only speak from the off the shelf lens. Some painting touch ups missed. Some cabinets, appliances not ready. Team forgot to punch out my water drain - so water in the house first week here. Team is slowly correcting. In my experience, things were missed. I really wanted turn key and easy for new build - we were close, but not all the way there.. This was also the slowest closing of my life (2 hours - because the names were wrong on most of the paperwork) and pulte has already sold the mortgage (totally normal but someone from pulte made a 10 minute conversation on how that wouldn't happen for 90 days; it happened in weeks). ... Pulte helped me the get the home finally... There were some un anticipated challenges, but pulte folks really helped me to get those issues resolved and make it clear route foe me.

unfortunately we are into poor construction Manager ,Who doesn't know to validate the Quality ,Right now we are experience the issue with furnace construction manager call this is normal, we understood this is an issue with furnace blower and lot other issue kitchen cabinets ,sliding's quality all this issue it's been reported now month before and not addressed so far

Home is okay. Bad worksmanship noted throughout. Lots of repairs needed to be completed via work order by builder

We enjoyed working with Pulte to build our new home. Kari our building manager was amazing, extremely thorough, and responsive to any question we had. Overall a great experience.

Everyone associated with Pulte has been so accommodating…..from Heidi who first showed the house, Kari walked me thru the closing (long distance) Ryan explaining how things work, Angela via phone conversations, etc. Everything has been relaxing and enjoyable!

Any issues were quickly looked into and fixed.

Everyone for whom we dealt in the completion of our new home were outstanding.

The start was fantastic with Robb. I wish there was a little more time for the overall selection process of the structure of the home as that was very "rushed". wouldnt be so bad if you were allowed to submit a change order. Once the construction started the Project Manager didn't do a dang thing!! Brought up many issues and they were brushed aside. Once Chuck, his boss, got involved things started to actually be corrected. PULTE mortgage is a TRAIN WRECK. If you have any possible other option do that!! Almost every review/complaint/BBB statement about how bad they are stands true. We are almost 2 month in the house and there is still one issue that hasn't been taken care of and there is no date in site. We will see. Overall it is a nice house... ... More

Andreas did a great job on the final walk through. He made sure all of the open items were promptly addressed.

I have built five custom homes before our rowhome and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the build and the lack of high quality products in our million dollar home.

Our build manager Andreas was a solid partner during our entire build process. he was responsive to questions and concerns, timely in his responses, and treated us with respect

My daughter couldn't move into her bedroom for 2-1/2 weeks after closing because of a ceiling repair that lacked any sort of management. That will be her lifelong memory when thinking of moving into a brand new home. Celebration punchlist items still outstanding after two months.

We recently moved into a new Pulte community in Rogers and we love our home so much! First off, the floor plan options are so much better than another other builders we toured. We have the Continental floor plan and the way the home flows is amazing. The perfect amount of space in the perfect places. We purchased a spec, and everything that was picked out for us looks so great together. I don’t know what we would have changed had we started from scratch. We had a few minor things we needed help with after moving in and we got such personalized care and help to get things fixed so quickly! It’s been a lovely home so far! We’ve had a few issues that came up and we’re address right away. We’re very appreciative to Pulte for our new home, and first new build!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. We are considering selling the house due to the ongoing and consistent issues
