Builder met our expectations. There was some confusion but was sorted out right away.

We love our house! The communication was great with the sales person Lamar. Building took 10 months from the time we bought in December to closing end of October. Construction manager was good. I wish we would’ve had more communication that sod was being laid vs not being told at all, although it was great to get it in (they needed someone home to get in garage for irrigation so would’ve been nice to have known). A little sloppy with painting, our floors were covered in splatter. We requested someone come clean it off and they didn’t get it all so I’ll need to request it again. I feel like they need a final walk through to make sure everything looks good for the client, ie cosmetic things like paint splatter, pen on floor, dust everywhere. Also didn’t have pressure in our main bathroom shower for a few days until someone came and checked it out. Apparently there was tape in there. Overall a really good experience. It’s always exciting building a new home. Don’t be afraid to take them to task in the little things. It’s a big financial purchase…if you wouldn’t accept a dent on a new car…don’t accept a dent on something that costs 4x’s more. Remember for the most part your new house was built by the lowest bidder. Hold them to task. It’s a big company. People move in and out. You buy expecting everyone to be there through to the end. It’s not likely to end that way. Our construction manager at the beginning was great. During the process and closing was different and much less focused on quality. A lot of excuses, no solutions and no responsibility. A young guy just learning…but still, the one in charge. The best thing Pulte could do is train their construction site bosses with the same customer service that the selling agents use to sell. Beautifully designed house with nice features and layout. Sales staff very eager to answer any and all questions. Field crew very much the same. Some delays in getting final walk through issues resolved however.

Pulte have good quality homes I will advice you if want TO have home go to the Pulte company

Overall experience was great! We worked with Drew, Josh (contractor) and Scott (mortgage). We are first home buyer. Things went much smoother than we expected. Everyone was professional and prompt to reply. We love our beautiful home. There were minor cosmetic finishes that could have been better. They did fix them. Overall, we got a beautiful home and we are very satisfied with the investment.

We are First time builders and we felt like we were listened to and even though I consider this more of a “cookie cutter” home as these homes are made by the hundreds, details were never dismissed. Quality control was very good and overall it has been a great experience. We would recommend building with Pulte

Very responsive to issues that come up

We absolutely love our home and the floor plan. Heidi and Andres were fantastic to work with and always answered our questions and kept us informed.

Pulte was very open to sharing the status of the build. Our house was finished on time and they have been very responsive to fixing a few minor things.

Sales was great! Our design appointment was the most fun! Our PM was great too and super communicative through the process.
