The impression I had on the very first day and the aprroach and trustworthiness I had continued till the complete process was completed. The timelines were well communicated, well followed. They did great job but their after support is ok

The buying experience was exceptional as Pulte bent over backwards for us. Once closed, after the initial week of ownership the response to house issues has been pretty much nonexistent. Although we are truly happy with our home Pulte’s workmanship is only good.

It is very challenging to get a hold of our customer care contact person. She only replies to issues after multiple reminders and never follow ups or provide any status.

The space in the house especially Bedrooms are great. House model plans are great. Sales and customer service guys are great. The major issue I ran into was workmanship. I had lots of poorly finished Items in the house after I moved in. Which they ended up replacing one by one. Maybe the field manager should do better on that.

Although customizations are not an option outside of the available upgrade options (the negative for our situation), the build quality and workmanship is not far off from high end builder quality (the positive). This is our 2nd Pulte home. We had spent the last 2 years looking to move to a better location for our family situation. We looked at many existing homes and competitive builders, but ultimately ended up picking Pulte for their ideal home layout options, high efficiency standards, and quality (as seen in our last Pulte home and our current home. With numerous curved or bowed walls, workmanship is not the word I would use. This obviously shows that the job supervisors were not observing the quality of work being preformed. Communication was poor form the site supervisors. The home buying experience was great. Robb did a wonderful job and kept us in the loop on everything.

Buying the house and the construction period was great. The people I worked with (Jake and Charlee) were very responsive and checked in after closing. The after purchase team is the opposite. The emergency line take messages and has a stated 3 day response time.

No response from the construction manager once moved in even after multiple follow ups

Salesperson Lara was so much fun to deal with. Always had time to answer my questions. The field construction manager Roy was the best. Always on top of things and right there for me

Our experience with Pulte was great! We kept hearing from other homeowners that with all the supply chain issues, there was no way our house would be complete in the timeframe given to us but Pulte made it happen. Everyone from the sales team, our construction manager, and the onsite builders were wonderful to work with. We’re so thankful for their hard work on this home!

Windows are not isolated well and it very hard to heat up the first floor. And that is a big issue, the temp difference between the first and second floor is almost 15F… cold air comes in each window.

Communication, and being up front with each other are keys to a successful experience with Pulte Homes.

They answer your concern in a timely manner.

We bought a spec home from Pulte. We really like the home layout and design, and their team chose a lot of updated but still neutral design options that we are happy with. There were some hiccups after first buying the home, but Pulte did work with us to address them in a reasonable manner.

This experience was excellent and easy from the beginning to the end, construction manager is excellent and answer any question I’m happy with my home Thank you

Good community and friendly neighborhood. My experience with Pulte was good except for closing date selection. But apart from that good customer service and very responsive to issues. Still only 1 month old home so more to come but so far so good. I am happy with my purchase.

Great floor plan and design options. Great field people. Corporate needs some training to be flexible on some stuff like mortgage services, sales promotions hidden fact explanation, flexibility in days of closing. Just don't Pulte's advantage to meet revenue target. Overall nice experience with home. Waiting to see how quickly Pulte's responses/their suppliers to service request..

Great location and the overall plan is good. The units are “mass produced” so don’t expect bespoke craftsmanship. Sales process was smooth and easy. Lara was very helpful.
