We love our layout and that was the main factor in deciding the home we built. A few things that we wish would have been communicated (steepness of driveway grade they said it was 9.3 but it is well over 13, Garage height we were told something different than the final build height, also felt like the house could have been better prepared for closing, final walk through did not give enough time for all issues to be completed - front door frame not square as an example). Overall we had a good experience and plan to stay in the home for quite a while.

The Pulte process is quick and efficient but sometimes disorganized. The home design selections have a sufficient variety to personalize your home to your tastes. Make sure that you feel comfortable, before signing anything with Pulte. Our closing was delayed, due to the 5 hour delay with a 3rd party contractor, late, installing the shower glass. (Pulte will encourage you to wire $$$, before the closing date. We did NOT do that.) Working with Jim was wonderful. The building process was great. Love the house. Still waiting for our stove though :( Sales person was not the best and she kept changing things without our knowledge, which resulted in some of our requested options not being done. Pretty frustating.

They are great at communicating with you until you have completed buying the house. Then things aren’t as great. I would say 5 stars until you own the house and then 3 stars out of 5 after that. They have a great pitch about their warranty process and how it works but from my experience with that part of it they can do better.

Has been a good experience but, now that moved in, the things that still need to be done are not getting done very quickly. I hate that window screens have small openings in them. Loads of little bugs come in at nite b cause they are drawn by the lights. Ugh.

Quality Construction and delivery of the is great. But we noticed couple of things to be improved. After closing home response is not that great. Need to understanding the customer pain. Simply saying after touching some rough-ins they will say warranty will be gone, At the time of closing also co-ordination not that great for colleting the keys.

Be aware that you will need to pay attention to the details. The framing, foundation, trim, appliances, and design selections. As a buyer, you are purchasing YOUR home. Overall, very little complaints. We saw the Lowry model, told our rep we wanted it, and they made it happen. They were accommodating with our preferred payment style, etc. The house itself is very thoughtfully laid out - it's meant for families in the 21st century. Not a ton of bells and whistles, but honestly, super fair pricing. They also finished the home on time, so we got to move in our original closing date. The only issue is they missed a few things on move-in day. The home was not cleaned and they did not repair the small scratches, dirt spots on carpets, muddy floors, etc. It was ...

Compare to few years ago Pulte build quality is not that good. Have seen few issues during the build and post building.

The loan process should have been better

I had very good experience with the purchase especially with Cathrine Kleve and all. The one think made me almost pull out was the loan process. This is the worst compared any other builders. The loan process should be improved a lot. They dragged to the very last minute asking for documentation and all and it doesn’t make any sense with all the documents they ask, even with people with 800 credit score.

Review all the small items that need attention. Chipped door trim, paint missing, drafty windows, squeaky floors, scratched windows, patio door out of alignment, damage to vinyl floor, leaky sink. Etc etc etc.

Customer care and construction manager, as well as onsite agent are wonderful (Cha, Angela and Sov) materials (except window screens)-excellent. BUT, they should be note discerning of the subcontractors they use-Many walls not square, may air exchange and outlet receptacles not square-cupboard doors not tuned-poor workmanship-I used to be a framing sub-the “nice touches” only take a few extra minutes-I expect better for $445k!

I recently purchased my first home and had a positive experience with the sales consultant, Jacqueline. While the building materials used were average, the quality of the paint used could have been better. Additionally, I noticed that there was a leak in one of the windows which caused cold air to flow in from both sides. Moreover, I found a crack in the drywall above the fireplace. However, I submitted tickets for these issues and received a response within 48 hours. Overall, the house is good and I'm happy with my purchase.
