Purchasing our new Pulte home was, for the most part, a great experience. The sales team was outstanding, and the quality of construction has met our expectations. The builders and field team did an excellent job, and I want to recognize them for their hard work. Unfortunately, there were two major areas that significantly impacted our overall experience. The first was Pulte Mortgage. It was, without question, the worst part of the entire home-buying process. If the survey allowed a zero rating, that is what I would give. The lack of communication, delays, and overall experience fell far below the level of service I expected from a company with Pulte’s reputation. The second issue has been the complete failure of our premium KitchenAid appliance package. We invested thousands of dollars to upgrade to the top-of-the-line commercial-style appliances, expecting premium quality and reliability. Instead, our microwave/convection oven has never worked—not even once since the day we moved in. A repair technician has been to our home four separate times, replacing parts during each visit, yet the appliance still does not function. Every appointment requires us to rearrange our schedules, wait for technicians, and hope the latest repair finally solves the problem, only to be disappointed again. As if that weren’t enough, our dishwasher also failed just a few weeks after moving in and now requires replacement parts. These are brand-new appliances that have barely been used. The microwave has never functioned properly, and the dishwasher failed after only two uses. At this point, I genuinely hope the range and hood aren’t next. I understand these appliances are manufactured by KitchenAid, not Pulte. However, from a homeowner’s perspective, they are part of the home we purchased from Pulte. When customers spend this much money on premium upgrades in a new luxury home, they should be able to use those appliances from day one. Instead, our brand-new kitchen has been partially unusable since we moved in. I also feel that once we closed on the home, the customer experience changed. We never received a homeowner welcome package, touch-up paint, or other items that many builders—even those selling homes at much lower price points—typically provide. While these are small details, they make a big difference in helping homeowners feel valued after closing. I do want to acknowledge our warranty representative, who has been professional and has done everything possible to help. My frustration is not directed at them. My concern is that a company the size of Pulte should have more leverage with a major manufacturer like KitchenAid to escalate issues and prevent customers from waiting weeks or months while technicians repeatedly replace parts on brand-new appliances. Overall, I love my Pulte home and appreciate the quality of the construction and the professionalism of the sales and field teams. Unfortunately, the poor mortgage experience and the ongoing appliance failures have overshadowed what should have been an exciting and enjoyable new-home experience. Very bad quality and workmanship for the price they charge. You pay for nice upgrades and they destroy them with installation. They don’t have any pride in building. The amount of trash, scratches and debris that they allow to be dumped on the home sites ruin many of the upgrades.

Gage was amazing as my Builder contact. He went above and beyond with all requests to make sure I was completely happy. This man needs a promotion! Truly! Would highly recommend Pulte to others.

Beginning with our QA walk and continuing today Brandon has been a fantastic face for the company. He is professional, responsive and focused on buyer satisfaction. Awesome service after the sale.

The maintenance people seem to be very responsive and have indicated that the warranties will be honored. I am disappointed in the quality of the cabinetry and carpet, as well as the interior paint, for the price we paid. The electrical outlet configuration is odd. Our salesperson wasn't as well informed as could have been, so there have been some surprises. But, we love the efficiency of the home.

Everything when it came to the sales process at the beginning was great. And then as we reached closer to closing, we got paired with Pulte’s preferred lender Guild Mortgage. The experience with them was shady and the loan officer David was unresponsive and was trying to wait until last second to provide us information so it would be too late for us to switch. At that point, I had mentioned multiple times to Pulte that the service there was subpar and Pulte didn’t do anything about it. The salesperson was unresponsive towards the end. I even sent an email detailing everything to corporate with zero response. This company only cares about you when you have an options to buy somewhere else. Once you sign the agreement and would lose a ton of money switching lenders or builders then they completely drop their service because they know you’re not going anywhere at that point without severe financial loss. Have built 2 houses from them and I can say with absolute confidence I Would never buy from Pulte again. ... More

I have purchased and bought 4 brand new homes. Pulte's crew showed pride in the project and build. The crew obviously had taken ownership of the final product and they are very thorough in the explanation of the mechanical and electrical systems.

Brandon is being very kind and helpful man. He is always supporting me with my doubts and needs.

I first met with Cheuk in the sales office. He was so helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He kept me updated on the progress of the home. Then on the homesite, Gerry was amazing. He answered all my questions very quickly. I felt very confident that my new home was being well built. Even after I moved in Gerry was very attentive and helpful. My house is beautiful. I am very happy.

Im in the home service business, pulte is one of my favorite home i love to do service, attic is huge lay out is besutiful so i always been my dream on my next house will be a brand new contruction build by pulte so we are so excited to move in thats when i saw quality its not what it used too when i service this pulte home the wall its not plumb its not straight you can really tell, the patch that they repair in the ceiling by the resist light is so obvious the door knob almost all of them is crooked, it's annoying simple stuff like that. The socket plug you can tell all the Butch. They did there's no ceiling. Some of them you can see the edge.big gap, cheap bathroom fixtures for almost a million dollar house it shouldn't feel like that and one of the worse i had was the toilet over flow because they're tile people dump their extra grout in the toilet drain the superintendent name matt denied my repair said because i change the toilet its why they overflow if i keep the original toilet this wouldn't happened the plumbing company saw the grout dry out with his inspection camera and the 3 island light fixture was wobbly due to the electrical fixtures was not secure that superintendent name matt said we dont secure them we only run wire and cap them i mean we option them out because the plan is to install pendant light there his very rude customer service is awful. Even during the actual moving in process they guided you through.

Very pleased with the workmanship of Pulte Homes. No major issues, all minor issues were handled very well by our construction manager Thomas. He was very polite and professional, he made us very happy by addressing any questions or concerns we had. We are pleased with our new home and all the space it gives us. I would with out a doubt purchase another Pulte home.

Amazing everything went well, from touch up to needing extra help.

The Las Vegas Pulte team has proven to have much better build and service quality in comparison to our experience with other wholesale builders in Vegas. From Cheuck in sales to Shaun overseeing the construction of our new home, they have provided the best service possible with quick responses and solutions to whatever issues that happened to come up. Before, after and during construction and move in.

From the moment we walked into the office, Todd our salesperson was terrific. Understood exactly what we wanted and when we would need to be able to move-in. Had our dream house right there. Made the process very easy.
