I recently purchased a home with Pulte Homes in Las Vegas. Overall, the homebuying experience was very positive. The team was trustworthy and always responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. Their communication made the process smooth, and I felt confident throughout the purchase. However, I did notice some shortcomings in the quality of workmanship and materials. While the overall structure and value of the home are solid, there were small details and finishes that could have been done with more care. Some items required attention after moving in, which was a bit disappointing. That being said, I still believe the home offers good value for the price, and the level of customer service was excellent. If someone says they had no issues with a home, they didn't pay attention to details. The differentiator is when there are issues (big or small), how fast and effective the response will be. Pulte is incredible at this. Highly recommended. Well done.

We patiently waited for our home to be built, and throughout the process we felt informed every step of the way. The PulteHomes portal made it easy to track progress, and our construction manager, Derek, went above and beyond by providing regular updates and sending photos. We had several quality meetings with Derek, and he was always detailed, thorough, and committed to ensuring everything was done right. Sales and service were excellent with Yelena always helping with floor plan options and exterior materials and showing models and options and just over all caring for the needs and concerns for choosing a new home.Alex was very methodical in making sure every building phase was done on time and confirmed the structure was built to our satisfaction. Very nice to have the Pulte Design Center available to help with selecting building materials. The whole process was excellent. From start to finish the process was smooth, and easy to go from step-to-step. The communication from the construction workers to you, updating you on your new home was amazing. They really see it through and go over everything with you during the process.
