Great home….poor follow up.

This home was a great build and 98% done correctly. I would recommend Pulte to others. Compared to other home builders, this was a better experience. My only issues have been with the follow up after I moved in. Then things slowed down, didn’t get things fixed. Never provided promised items. Like missing shelve hangers. My first 30 days turned into passing items along and now having to fill out requests for service to get things serviced that were already promised to be fixed. So poor job on the delivery and follow up.

Sales lady is good, warranty guy is good, but the quality of the house is so so. But we got a big discount on the price so I'll say value is still good.

The total quality of the workmanship and quality assurance were not up to standards. As soon as we moved in we started experiencing several problems. Another big problem is that we moved in to our brand new home almost two months ago, and until now, we still don’t have an oven/microwave combo. If you ask my personal opinion, this is unsatisfactory.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR QUALITY OF HOUSE!!!

We have an extensive list of items that needed fixing and at this time, we are receiving very little response! We still have a broken UPGRADED countertop in the master bathroom and a shower that everyone keeps saying is another trades responsibility because it isn't a simple fix (or cover up). The framers did not frame in the space correctly and instead of having them come back in to fix it, they attempted to hide the issue with building out the tiles so the glass door would fit in the space, which resulted in inch thick grout in places. The house looked great! However, our house got broken into the day after keys were turned over. There was no support from pulte whatsoever! Pulte Sales rep was no where to be found for advise or assistance. Currently living in house, but all these small repairs takes a while before they even respond. Overall buying process was easy, but quality and service needs to be improved. The way I see it... They've made the sale now its your problem!

Cabinets and drawers should be inspected thoroughly. Some of my drawers were not properly fastened. Paint droplets are everywhere.

Too limiting on what we could do during construction. Choices were not all first class. We looked at the cost associated with several changes and decided to do that after we moved in. I wish we had been able to order appliances other than the signature brand (i.e.Wolf)

I think all around house buying is a really stressful experience but Pulte does a good job of making sure that you’re comfortable throughout the whole process and they make sure you are in the loop with Every step. Jeremiah is a god send. He always checking up to make sure your home is up to par and is so attentive to his buyers.

The property is great. The community is great. Steve does a great job responding and fixing any issue that comes up and scheduling workers is easy. The sales process is easy and our sales agent Laurel was very communicative. As far as the sales manager, I think he is pathetic and does not return calls and refuses to talk to buyers. 3 times tried to connect with him for big reasons and never returned a call.

Although I am aware that the Pandemic caused a lot of delays, the overall rush to complete my house by the end of 2021, caused a lot of “corrections” or was simply incomplete. I do appreciate the responsiveness of my Field Manager and Sales Agent, as I know they did their best for what was in their control. So far, the house is being corrected as we have been requesting.

Customer service is excellent. However, some problems with the home: They skimped on the interior paint, it is just an obligatory color coat and is easily removed by any contact. For a well-into six-figures home, I expected better. There are also some other problems that should not be occurring in a house with the advertising claims that are made. I would expect this from a lesser builder, not Pulte.
