Loan process not too difficult to meet if prospective buyer believes he/she can afford the price. Nice floor plan for one story home.

I BELIEVE THAT THE SALES STAFF, DESIGN CENTER, AND ESPECIALLY THE MORTGAGE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY, CAPABLE, AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. Beautiful home. However, there were several items that were somewhat unfinished and or rushed. Several painting issues on the exterior and balcony.

Overall a good experience. There are always issues in a new build, but those are primarily cosmetic and easily fixed. This is out second Pulte home and we're happy with them.

The house is solid and well built. You can tell that Pulte puts a lot of pride into the home. The home itself is worth the money. Unfortunately the quality of the cabinets is less than we would expect for the price of the home. The worst part is the painting. The paint is very cheap and I don't think the painter bothered to mask anything or cover the floors. There's paint on all of the switchplates and dripped onto the floor. The good part of this is that Pulte is very responsive to getting this fixed.

This is our second Pulte home in Skye canyon and we just love it. They build a great house and this one we will be in for a long time to come!

Be patient with their supply chain challenges but demand accountability and communication from them on keeping you updated.

Both the sales agent and the construction supervisor helped me through many questions, changes and issue resolution. Our experience with the design coordinator was not good. She made several errors during construction (specifying wrong items) that had to be fixed before final. She never told us that in a $1.1 million home (one of your "top" models) that we were not getting quality items that any home costing half this would have. For example: cabinet shelves that were not full length. Instead we got the useless 1/3 length shelves, and shower controllers that do NOT control the volume of water only the temperature (we have never heard of this even in cheap homes), and no outlets where needed like next to a ladies vanity (which WAS shown on the generic electrical drawing). She was in such a rush to get us through in under 2 hours we had no chance to figure things out, nor did she attempt to explain these "shortcomings". So now we have to spend our own money to get shelves, new shower controllers if we can, and outlets. These minor little items are not where Pulte should be saving a few nickels. ... More

The quality and workmanship is top notch. Can call ur home. There’s a few issues identified by Paulte was responsive. I just don’t like that my driveway issues cannot be fixed .

I have enjoyed working with Ashley, Kyle, & Daryl they are very helpful my thoughts of building a new home isn't carpet, & cabinets that bang the wall , Carpet in the desert just don't work . Other than that its a beautiful home . Yes, I could up grade for a outrageous amount of money. Anyone looking to buy a new home I would recommend Pulte . Great builders , great people to work with. End result beautiful home. Thank-You

Overall, I could tell that high-quality materials were used throughout the home. I also appreciated the prompt responses to any questions or service requests. However, the quality of workmanship by some of the contractors left much to be desired, as there were several areas where the execution was lacking. During the interior design option meeting, it would have been very helpful to use a 3D visualization tool or similar software to assist with decision-making. Not gonna lie we've heard a lot of good feedbacks about Pulte Homes that's why we decided to buy our 2nd home with Pulte. We chose a move-in ready. We fell in love the first time we check the house. The design and floor plan are very modern. However, we are kind of disappointed because we've been seeing issues in our house. We know there's no such thing as perfect home but we expect that Pulte is different from other builders and for a half a million dollar house it could have been close to perfect. To be fair their customer service is fast to take action every time we report issues.

We never felt like one in the plenty. From sales to delivery each person was very personable yet professional.

Jelena is super nice and great to work with. Our many questions were answered and overall had a great experience with her. Branson with the construction team also is very friendly and very responsive which is great in getting issues resolved in a timely manner. I really appreciate the support from these two.

These homes need Internet TV service connections in each bedroom.

Everything from A-Z was completed however, the quality of materials is not the same in the pass compared to older Pulte built homes.
