It has been over 2 months and you still have NOT fixed a dangerous, disgusting area next to our driveway. Also the walking paths on the Pulte side of the development are broken and dangerous to say the least. All you do is promise and “guarantee” the work will be done and still nothing. When someone is seriously injured I will be happy to testify against Pulte. I am sure if we were executives with Pulte you would get it fixed. The Toll Brothers side has perfect walkways with lights that work and are not laying on their sides. Also the Pulte sidewalks are high lighted with dog poop bags and ...

Poor choice for upgrades

This is my 3rd and final Pulte home purchase. My first house in 2003 was amazing built. The quality was remarkable. My second house in 2019 was aweful quality. The cheapest possible to get buy. The 3rd and final was the worst yet. Anything to save .10 somewhere. Las Vegas has the worst quality of water due to hardness and they did not include a water loop which is very expensive to install later. Unacceptable. The upgrades were things that could easily be upgraded later and they put the cheapest items in that cannot be replaced or upgraded like a stainless steal ugly sink. Soft close ...

Not happy at all with the person that did our walk thru both times. He’s no longer on the job site and that’s great news. There are a ton of things he was supposed to address and didn’t. It feels so horrible to spend so much on a house and to see so many imperfections. I don’t understand how my house from 2005 doesn’t have close to the defects this home by Pulte has in 2023. It doesn’t make sense.

Overall it was a nice experience. Had an issue with an exterior paint color being wrong and it took a couple months to resolve. Initial walk through was disappointing. Interior paint was done horribly every wall needed to be repainted in multiple spots. Paint spots left on the floor in multiple locations. Missing a mirror in guest bathroom. The master had different sized mirrors. Missing a vent in a closet. Guest bedroom bathroom door refuses to stay open. The ceiling access panel was left on the floor. Backyard lights weren’t installed. The initial walk through seemed like a waste of time ...

The buying process is what you would expect - when the builder and the lender needs information you need to turn it over immediately on their time table. When you have issues with your home they can take as long as they want to address it. We've identified some building issues since February 2022 and closed May 2022. It is July 13, 2022 and to this date the issues have not been addressed. We did not hold closing on good faith our issues would be addressed and they still have not. They don't seem to care now that they have their money do they? Other quality issues appeared when we moved in - ...

I’ve had continuously problems with the workers.

I have had worker throw their trash on the ground across from where I live and not picking up after themselves which in turn blows into my yard. I’ve been filling up my own container full of energy drink cans, fast food wrappers and plastic foom. This probably sounds minimal but is turning into a everyday occurrence. What do you think that conveys to new buyers when the new house across the street is covered in trash from the workers. We like the house but you need to do better.

I was able to watch the house being built. I have a niece that purchased around the same time her house was LGI. The quality on her home was much better. The fit of the framing we had cracked studs large gaps in cross pieces patched in with 6 so so nails. overall I would not purchase another Pulte home.

Our sales person was outstanding, she was always available with great follow-up and continuous communication. This is in sharp contrast to our Customer Service Manager/Superintendent; It was a constant struggle to have him address builder defects and schedule remediation with subcontractors. He failed to follow up, did not return calls or emails and unlike our sales person, was not an advocate for us. Pulte builds a good home and there are bound to be issues, what makes a difference is how you address the problems after sale and they failed to perform.

I was excited to purchase a lot and have Pulte build a house for my family. Below grade work went well. We paid for two floor outlets, and only one was installed, so the slab had to be cut later for the second. It makes me wonder if anything else was missed underground. After we moved in, we did have the drains cleaned at no cost to us because the landscapers had filled the clean-out with gravel. Some very rough lumber was used and spliced instead of being replaced. Plumbing had to be moved to fit in walls, outlet boxes are on twisted studs, and many are to deep to be flush with finished ...

Upside experience - sales person, interior design personnel and closing group all professional in every aspect. Downside- overall home construction and workmanship & materials were substandard. Information passed on to us that layers of staff to QA relative to the building process to ensure building integrity- safety was very deceiving. There was only a pair of eyes performing this QA (James). Thus a long list was submitted of incomplete, faulty workmanship and substandard materials which needed remediation from pre closing, closing 02/26 up to this point in time 4/23/25. Some issues ...

I was continuously reassured that Pulte upholds the highest regard for quality and customer service and that was not my experience unfortunately. Many issues were left overlooked and dismissed even when brought to their attention, poor craftsmanship and skills to treat and handle higher quality materials, it felt like a wash at at point when subcontractors don’t know how to properly install, handle, or work with better materials. Disappointing customer service and evident flaws in internal communications and protocols across various Pulte departments, which intimately falls on the customer and the lack of accountability, acknowledgment, and resolution. For the premium price you’re paying for the Pulte name and product. I was sorely disappointed throughout the entire process, and after receiving my keys. My friend purchased a new Pulte build in another community (locally) during then same time and experienced similar issues, and we both had water damage and exposure to the structure and cabinetry even before moving into our brand new homes. Yet it was dismissed as “part of the process”, really upsetting. Amateur electrical work, poor (to no) attention to detail for paint lines/edges, covering nails in moldings and baseboards, uneven drywall (evident when fitting for ...

The process of buying/building a home with Pulte has been disappointing. Things started after the contract was signed. Design center options were no longer available despite being offered on the website. Designer did not take into consideration any of the on-line choices that were made. Pulte Mortgage's lack of communication was challenging; asking for documents over and over despite those documents having been uploaded. When we asked questions, they often were not answered, but if we were late in responding to any of their questions, we received regular "nag" emails (even if they had been ...

I am extremely sorry to write this review because it won’t be good. I waited - stalked - this location because it’s where I wanted to build my house. I was so excited to get in on the first release and to get my first choice on my lot. I drove by almost weekly when the house was being built. I was so excited to close on May 23, 2022! And that’s when the trouble began. There are so many issues with this house. And the warranty department is absolutely TERRIBLE! You cannot get ahold of anyone. Lack of professional service from issues identified after move in. My major issue is with the sink that is not long enough and when washing hand or dishes excessive water gets on the counter. The advise given is that to pull the hose down with one hand and wash with the other. Incredible! How do I do that when I need both hands to wash hands and dishes! Terrible service. I asked for follow up from manager and was told “you do it”. Terrible!!!!

Pulte has become more about their profits than delivering a quality home. They cut corners everywhere. After spending near a million, we have to spend money to fix the problems that Pulte is not correcting. There is zero pride of craftsmanship, poor responsiveness. We were Told when pointed out deficiencies, problems, and mistakes.... that "well these are production homes and this is what you get". The subs say Pulte refuses to pay to have it done right. Cheap materials, cheap labor, would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

coming from HI we must say the quality of the workmanship of the new build developer that we purchased from is so bad. Workers up here do not take pride in their work. We are paying good money for our home and yet things like crooked racks, cabinets not straight, slashed door seals, pin hole in ceiling is just a few things that was wrong in our home.
