excellent follow up with my claim

Overall good experience, not great.

I have had worker throw their trash on the ground across from where I live and not picking up after themselves which in turn blows into my yard. I’ve been filling up my own container full of energy drink cans, fast food wrappers and plastic foom. This probably sounds minimal but is turning into a everyday occurrence. What do you think that conveys to new buyers when the new house across the street is covered in trash from the workers. We like the house but you need to do better.

Loan officers were okay. Could be better. Realtor communicated great. Most helpful was Branson. He communicated well, very knowledgeable and explained to us everything. Very responsive.

It was smooth process from booking to closing.

From start to finish everyone went out of their way to keep us informed on the progress of our home. any concerns we had were addressed quick and in a courtesy manner. I can't say enough about the great customer service we have received from everyone at Pulte.

Okay problems not fixed

I was able to watch the house being built. I have a niece that purchased around the same time her house was LGI. The quality on her home was much better. The fit of the framing we had cracked studs large gaps in cross pieces patched in with 6 so so nails. overall I would not purchase another Pulte home.

Product options really allow buyers to 'make the home design their own'. Along the way our construction supervisor explained the nuances of both our design choices as well as the standard build items. It was fun and we learned a lot.

Inconsistent communication with construction manager. Unfinished repair six weeks after problem brought to attention of construction manager.

We have had many of issues from start to current. Plumbing lines switched, gas leaks, framing and many of issues. Take the bad reviews serious.

We purchased the model home in Vegas -very disappointed. NOTHING was maintained in the house after we signed the contract. Yard outside let go, lots of things not working well in the house. New problems crop up every day

For the most part the house buying experience was great. The options studio and sales offices were great, and always were responsive in answering our questions and taking care of business. When it came down to the near completion walkthroughs, and following to spec that was laid for the builders and workers, there was a quality issue. Issues were brought up and required several requests to get an answer on. Several times we went through the sales office to get info from our onsite contacts. There were outstanding issues that were never answered, and issues that still may be present in the house. Those will have to be resolved with the warranty company even though the onsite personnel said they would take care of the issues just after we moved our stuff in. I want to give the builder and whole process more stars because it is a great house, and deserves it, but they need to work on t heir quality checking, and responsiveness to customers pre completion and post completion to really earn them. ... I love my home. It is beautifully made with a lot of thought put in it. The wide open area and light that I particularly like. I do not feel cramped

We have family moving to Vegas and I have steered them away from Pulte.

We are lucky that we have a very responsive and reliable field manager (Miguel); we’ve had/are having some issues that we continue to discover with the house and he’s really trying his best to get these taken cared of. Unfortunately, the Warranty Office never replied to our email but Miguel did. We’re having a couple of issues currently- We hardly get air conditioning in the main bedroom while other rooms are too cold. The main bedroom door has “swollen” like another bedroom door. I will email Warranty office again but will surely include Miguel.

Sales experience started off good however mistakes are made on Pulte’s sales staff part. The way it was handled it was unfortunately very displeasing and unprofessional. There so cold “IN-house” Pulte Mortgage team was very condescending, Contradictory & Arrogant in their delivery of messages, Almost as though you are wasting their time or bothering them! The only bright light was the builder who tried to do his best in his Construction crew making structural mistakes however eventually most issues, got handled.
