We purchased the model home in Vegas -very disappointed. NOTHING was maintained in the house after we signed the contract. Yard outside let go, lots of things not working well in the house. New problems crop up every day

This is the worst experkence ever in building a home. They advertose differently than they actually handle the building experience. Do not reccomend.

Paint, Microwave, Time Responsive

The paint job in many areas of the house is terrible, leaving the surfaces unfinished and unattractive. The microwave was not installed correctly from the start. The construction team failed to ensure proper installation and oversight of the house build. I have tried multiple times to report the microwave issue, but no single department wants to take responsibility, and they keep redirecting me between departments. The microwave issue has still not been resolved for almost a month.

Where should I begin? At the final walk through of the home, just 3 days before closing, we walked the property for the “final” review. The house was not even close to ready and extremely dusty. The stove’s hood was visibly unaligned with a 1 foot open hole. In the outside of the house they left a big noticeable patch where they have tried to fix the hood (the hole by the hood in the inside of the home, going to the outside of the home). Angela was an excellent communicator. She always responded to my text and emails despite the overwhelming challenges. She was cordial and respectful. Brandon on the other hand kept making promises he could not keep. My property still remain unfinished 60 days after we had fully paid the Builder in cash.

Our home buying experience was one of the worst - this was my 6th new home purchase. It was horrible for a constellation of reasons. It started with the sales agent giving misinformation on more than one occasion, a sales manager who was spiteful when confronted with issues or challenges in her approach, a design center that appears to have the philosophy of “you will take what we want to give you” and not the “customer is right or valued philosophy. After moving in, we found the garage was not insulated contrary to our purchase agreement. It then took numerous calls and threat of legal action to get this resolved. The contractors did a haphazard job fixing the issue. It also took multiple contractors multiple days to finish the work.

Definitely not high standard compare to what you pay. Aims walls are not straight , and lots of thing you find out after final walk in. Poor quality. Not to mention the sales people ( at least ours on that time) that wasn’t clear about very important information about your lot we purchased , without showing us the real space and back yard we are getting - just let us add 30K more for ‘premium lot’ with worse shape of yard than regular lot. Just Like Any Other Builder

Before buying a Pulte Home, I was excited because I thought Pulte’s build quality was going to be superior to that of other builders. Or at least that is how it was marketed. That was definitely not the case. Getting them to fix any issue has been like pulling teeth, and they are extremely slow to respond to simple requests. Don’t expect more than what you will get from any other builder.

We had an horrible experience with the build of the home ESPECIALLY final walk through and the quality of drywall/stucco/paint work! Our final walk through was a disaster, we had the contact the construction manager to schedule the walk through, the house was not all ready!!! Then the workers were told do not fix anything because our home was going to be sold as is. The appliances look like they are second hand they are so bad. Custom cabinets look awful. A fixer upper... at a new home price!

The quality of work was horrible. The house had a layer of dust and film on all of the cabinets and countertops. I spent 2 hours cleaning out stucco from my half vent windows so that I could open and close them. The toilet had fece stains underneath the lid and the seat. Worst framing I’ve seen in years. Studs missing, no corner studs, single king studs around window openings holding up thousands of pounds of roof tile. seems like everyone is trying to get their bonus and hit their goals by rushing to close. After moving in, I realized there are excessive amount of repairs and fine tuning needed (very sloppy work). Spending few minutes in each room during walk thru is completely insufficient. That burden should not be placed on homeowner and it should be with the builder/field manager. Paint drips all over the floor and carpet, gaps and chips throughout the house, loose faucet/sink, etc..etc.. Seems like there are too many homes going up at same time and not enough quality control and not enough field ...

Home horribly built. Rushed into a closing date with an ill equipped home from a QC perspective. Documented over 10 active issues with paramount issue of faulty air. Takes numerous emails that finally threatened escalation for a finger to get lifted. Unbelievably dissatisfied .
