From the initial deposit transaction to the closing and moving into our new house, Pulte and all its employees have been fantastic. We have found Pulte to be very responsive even after the closing We are enjoying our new home and would recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

Pulte homes are quality builds.

Not worthy for the cost of the home

The quality and workmanship is top notch. Can call ur home. There’s a few issues identified by Paulte was responsive. I just don’t like that my driveway issues cannot be fixed .

I had a pleasant experience with Pulte. There are some minor construction discrepancies, which I hope are not common practice. But overall the house is very well built!

Thought Pulte was a step up from budget builders like KB. They had many issues during construction that we had to stay on top of. Then when we moved in still many more unresolved. We're now working with them to resolve so they will hopefully come through.

Before you go to the Design Center try to get an interior designer. It will help you get the most design for your buck. You want someone that works for you. You don't want to spend unnecessary money on upgrades you can get later. Focus on the bones of the house, such as pony walls, baseboards, lighting, staircases....things that you would not want to rip out and replace after you move in. And please, do not get a balcony for your bedroom...its so unnecessary! I also recommend the cabinets but not the hardware, You can buy that later. Some features listed as upgrades could be of better quality (cabinets). Paint coverage could better throughout. Instruction on home amenities such as how do you turn on the fireplace? Should leave paint for owners so they can touch up various paint issues (interior wall and trim and outside wall and trim) so contact with customer service is not only reduced but issues are corrected quicker.

We just moved in and have several things that need to be addressed. I would like to complete this after all items have been addressed through the process. We have noticed several items such as appliance instillation, cabinet finishes, improper grout work and paint overlap that will all need to be addressed before we can complete a full review.

Definitely not high standard compare to what you pay. Aims walls are not straight , and lots of thing you find out after final walk in. Poor quality. Not to mention the sales people ( at least ours on that time) that wasn’t clear about very important information about your lot we purchased , without showing us the real space and back yard we are getting - just let us add 30K more for ‘premium lot’ with worse shape of yard than regular lot. We found out after we paid the deposit and after they start building. Will never buy from Pulte again , 30K extra laid for nothing ! For extra space you can’t really use ( back of the house and front of the house) and getting bad shape of back yard. ... More

We specifically wanted to buy a Pulte home after multiple visits to model homes in the Las Vegas area. We visited Las Vegas repeatedly while visiting our adult child who moved here. During our visits we always looked at model homes for entertainment reasons, lookie loo. We don't gamble and we knew we would eventually move here. Once we sold our home in another state and actually moved here to Las Vegas, the Pulte home we selected met all of our criteria. After researching builders with a local real estate agent, we were overjoyed when the lot we wanted became available and we immediately put down our earnest money down and went under contract. The only negative, which really isn't a negative, is the wait from picking the lot to watching the house be built. Going to the design center to pick interior options was something the wife and I shared. Then when the build began, it was the longest 94 days not counting weekends. It was exciting to come by the property on Sundays and take pictures. From dirt lot, to poured slab, to framing, then roofing then the interior being finished to finally the doors were locked which indicated that the appliances were installed. The day we signed our loan documents and then it closed 3 days later and we received our keys, we were pretty excited. Pulte Homes met our needs, thank you. The "but..." in the title and the 4 star rating for trusworthiness is for the construction superintendent who made a promise for a missing item but 7 weeks later still haven't received the item. -JH ... This was a fail. The buying experience was not what we expected. The option prices at the design center were 25-30% higher than the options price sheet from the sales office. This was very disaappointing considering the price sheet was printed 5 weeks before our appointment with the design center. We had to scramble to revise most of our carefully pre-selected options on the spot as each one was itemized for us. We can tell this didn’t bode well with the consultant who looked irked from the start. Post sale experience is regrettable too. Good luck with trying to contact the warranty center. Field manager was the best experience of the entire process

Poor communication from the beginning. Poor quality, poor craftsmanship, deceitful. Overall regretting choosing Pulte and we have turned all our friends that were looking at Pulte a different direction.

The sub contractors Pulte uses are fast and careless with their work. This results in mistakes and errors that plague the homeowner.

Understanding that life as we know it took a major turn the day we received our keys to our new home (March 17, 2020). I wish the frustrations with of that timeframe were all that we experienced, unfortunately, they are not. Our walk-thru (key day) was less than stellar. They were still putting up our block wall, pouring the bedroom stoop, planting trees and shrubs, pouring the rocks and putting in the gate. The cleaning people went to the wrong house (as told to us). We left to allow them to do some work - they did not. I cleaned our new home from the dirt of construction. Dirt e v e r y w h e r e. I still have glue or silicone in my sinks. Plaster in the shower head, shower head pointed to ceiling. Paint on the tile, unfinished work throughout. To say it has been disappointing is well beyond an understatement. We believe we have been placed into a situation that of 'make us find it' or it isn't a problem. We are not builders nor are we versed in all things that should be finished to a specific code. We provided our 30 day warranty to Pulte on April 20, 2020. I worry greatly at what it is that we HAVEN'T seen that will be our burden to fix that is not on that list. Didn't anyone do some sort of quality walk-thru? We have yet to hear from the Warranty Center either (aside from the email acknowledgement). During the building phase we noticed open beer containers that we eventually shared when asked to provide feedback - never in my wildest dream would I have expected the workmanship and quality to be this poor. Extra holes in walls, glue/silicone in sinks, paint on tile, doors that don't close (or you can see light through them). There is a film I cannot clean off my tile, no matter how hard we try. Loose cabinets, dents and dings in cabinets (revealing the wood). Dead plants in the front yard (advised Pulte at time of planting) - now the HOA is coming after us for the lack of attention to detail. And still we wait. ... More

We were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful model home with views of the Las Vegas strip. We were also able to purchase the tastefully decorated furniture and decor.

Customer service is excellent. However, some problems with the home: They skimped on the interior paint, it is just an obligatory color coat and is easily removed by any contact. For a well-into six-figures home, I expected better. There are also some other problems that should not be occurring in a house with the advertising claims that are made. I would expect this from a lesser builder, not Pulte.

The entire buying process was simple and quick, great communication all the way through. The house is built beautifully and the couple of small cosmetic fixes were taken care of right away! A+

Would probably not buy with Pulte again. House was rushed to meet their deadline. Warranty having to repair things that were already repaired prior to close. Very unhappy about this.

After careful decision of which builder to purchase our retirement home and Pulte with good reputation we were very disappointed. From sales to home building supervisors. The home was delivered very poor with so many things to fix. With spending too much on options and they were not in excellent condition. The luck of communication to make the homeowner feel assure is definitely not there. We have to do the follow up ourselves and hope that it’ll be taken care of.

Great experience

If you are not an advocate Pulte will try and pull things over on you to meet their deadlines etc. great neighborhood but house quality and transparency by pulte is poor
