Also I was told by the super intendent he is going to fix that they did not finish so I signed complete home doc but still they did not finish even I already move on.

The sales force is wonderful. In general, the home is beautiful. However, after moving in, we saw many, many small issues and a couple not so small. The most important one's are tile poorly installed in the foyer and edges on the corners of the kitchen island that were not finished off and are very, sharp posing a cutting hazard as you walk by. Repeated requests for assistance go unanswered by the Pulte Warranty office.

We had issues from the get go with the Design Center to the Project Manager to Pulte Management. Every little thing was answered with "no, we can't do that", or "we're not a custom home builder." The Design Center was limited on some items and everything that was "included" was old school, old colors, or discontinued. There was one tile included for the floors and bathroom tile; it was beige. From there, everything was an upgrade. The quality and workmanship of our home is very disappointing. We spent over $200K in premium overpriced options and the final finish quality was not what were told by Pulte at time of purchase. We should have never accepted our home on December 31st until it was 100% completed. We’ve now been in our home for almost six weeks and other then Pulte repairing all of the electrical outlets that did not work in the café and owner suite bedroom, they have yet to complete any the other repairs from our initial walkthrough, nor will they acknowledge or respond to our follow up emails.

We purchased the model home in Vegas -very disappointed. NOTHING was maintained in the house after we signed the contract. Yard outside let go, lots of things not working well in the house. New problems crop up every day

The paint job in many areas of the house is terrible, leaving the surfaces unfinished and unattractive. The microwave was not installed correctly from the start. The construction team failed to ensure proper installation and oversight of the house build. I have tried multiple times to report the microwave issue, but no single department wants to take responsibility, and they keep redirecting me between departments. The microwave issue has still not been resolved for almost a month.

Where should I begin? At the final walk through of the home, just 3 days before closing, we walked the property for the “final” review. The house was not even close to ready and extremely dusty. The stove’s hood was visibly unaligned with a 1 foot open hole. In the outside of the house they left a big noticeable patch where they have tried to fix the hood (the hole by the hood in the inside of the home, going to the outside of the home). James the project manager, and Mishayla the sales rep were horribly slow at responding to requests during the buying process. They would take days or weeks to respond, and then the response was too late as help was sought elsewhere. Then after the purchase James got to a point that he was rude and disappeared when he had additional responsibilities after the sale. Requested to talk to his manager Allen who also never returned my call. Really bad experience with the staff, as none of them care about a good customer experience.

Angela was an excellent communicator. She always responded to my text and emails despite the overwhelming challenges. She was cordial and respectful. Brandon on the other hand kept making promises he could not keep. My property still remain unfinished 60 days after we had fully paid the Builder in cash.

Our home buying experience was one of the worst - this was my 6th new home purchase. It was horrible for a constellation of reasons. It started with the sales agent giving misinformation on more than one occasion, a sales manager who was spiteful when confronted with issues or challenges in her approach, a design center that appears to have the philosophy of “you will take what we want to give you” and not the “customer is right or valued philosophy. After moving in, we found the garage was not insulated contrary to our purchase agreement. It then took numerous calls and threat of legal action to get this resolved. The contractors did a haphazard job fixing the issue. It also took multiple contractors multiple days to finish the work.

Definitely not high standard compare to what you pay. Aims walls are not straight , and lots of thing you find out after final walk in. Poor quality. Just Like Any Other Builder

Before buying a Pulte Home, I was excited because I thought Pulte’s build quality was going to be superior to that of other builders. Or at least that is how it was marketed. That was definitely not the case. Getting them to fix any issue has been like pulling teeth, and they are extremely slow to respond to simple requests. Don’t expect more than what you will get from any other builder.

We had an horrible experience with the build of the home ESPECIALLY final walk through and the quality of drywall/stucco/paint work! Our final walk through was a disaster, we had the contact the construction manager to schedule the walk through, the house was not all ready!!!
