Angela was an excellent communicator. She always responded to my text and emails despite the overwhelming challenges. She was cordial and respectful. Brandon on the other hand kept making promises he could not keep. My property still remain unfinished 60 days after we had fully paid the Builder in cash.

This was a real nightmare of an experience and Pulte was not great. The quality of the finishes and paint were highly questionable. The options were limited and that was very disappointing. Most expensive home I’ve ever had and perhaps the least satisfying

Our home buying experience was one of the worst - this was my 6th new home purchase. It was horrible for a constellation of reasons. It started with the sales agent giving misinformation on more than one occasion, a sales manager who was spiteful when confronted with issues or challenges in her approach, a design center that appears to have the philosophy of “you will take what we want to give you” and not the “customer is right or valued philosophy. After moving in, we found the garage was not insulated contrary to our purchase agreement. It then took numerous calls and threat of legal action to get this resolved. The contractors did a haphazard job fixing the issue. It also took multiple contractors multiple days to finish the work.

Definitely not high standard compare to what you pay. Aims walls are not straight , and lots of thing you find out after final walk in. Poor quality. Not to mention the sales people ( at least ours on that time) that wasn’t clear about very important information about your lot we purchased , without showing us the real space and back yard we are getting - just let us add 30K more for ‘premium lot’ with worse shape of yard than regular lot. Just Like Any Other Builder

Before buying a Pulte Home, I was excited because I thought Pulte’s build quality was going to be superior to that of other builders. Or at least that is how it was marketed. That was definitely not the case. Getting them to fix any issue has been like pulling teeth, and they are extremely slow to respond to simple requests. Don’t expect more than what you will get from any other builder.

We had an horrible experience with the build of the home ESPECIALLY final walk through and the quality of drywall/stucco/paint work! Our final walk through was a disaster, we had the contact the construction manager to schedule the walk through, the house was not all ready!!! I was super excited when I first saw the house 12 months ago. But once I was in contract, the employees I worked with at the design center were curt, Zach with the financial department out of Colorado is why I didn’t do with Pulte, he was so rude, and after I closed, Pulte fired my point of contact and nearly 5 weeks later I get a response about setting up appointments to work on my punch list. It has been the worst experience of purchasing a new home ever. Had to get an attorney involved when we were told we did not qualify. Then the workers were told do not fix anything because our home was going to be sold as is. The appliances look like they are second hand they are so bad. Custom cabinets look awful. A fixer upper... at a new home price!

The quality of work was horrible. The house had a layer of dust and film on all of the cabinets and countertops. I spent 2 hours cleaning out stucco from my half vent windows so that I could open and close them. The toilet had fece stains underneath the lid and the seat. One of the kitchen drawers doesn't close. The cabinet under the sink still has the parts for where the shelf is supposed to be hung, but they just didn't install it. Worst framing I’ve seen in years. Studs missing, no corner studs, single king studs around window openings holding up thousands of pounds of roof tile. seems like everyone is trying to get their bonus and hit their goals by rushing to close. After moving in, I realized there are excessive amount of repairs and fine tuning needed (very sloppy work). Spending few minutes in each room during walk thru is completely insufficient. That burden should not be placed on homeowner and it should be with the builder/field manager. Paint drips all over the floor and carpet, gaps and chips throughout the house, loose faucet/sink, etc..etc.. Seems like there are too many homes going up at same time and not enough quality control and not enough field ...

Despite the builder's one-year warranty, I did not anticipate encountering so many major issues — it has been truly mind-boggling. Home horribly built. Rushed into a closing date with an ill equipped home from a QC perspective. Documented over 10 active issues with paramount issue of faulty air. Was very disappointed with Pulte and the whole experience! Pulte mortgage was a joke, the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. PGP Title was the same and to add very inept and scary to think how many other mortgages are out there with major errors. After 1 month, NO ONE from Pulte has addressed any concerns OR the major screw ups in construction on my home. No one has even attempted to make anything right!!

We saw all the mode homes and the attention to detail was fantastic. I never knew they would rush the real home with so much less craftsmanship. We have a year to fix all these problems but now I have to spend a significant amount of time being a project coordinator and staying on top of getting everything fixed and completed since we received an unfinished & damaged home. There were also many structural items that were damaged and months into living here have yet to be addressed.

After careful decision of which builder to purchase our retirement home and Pulte with good reputation we were very disappointed. From sales to home building supervisors. The home was delivered very poor with so many things to fix. With spending too much on options and they were not in excellent condition. The luck of communication to make the homeowner feel assure is definitely not there. We have to do the follow up ourselves and hope that it’ll be taken care of.
