From the moment we met ‘Bea’ in the sales office who guided our home buying process from model homes, site selection and ultimately connecting us to a quick move-in opportunity, Todd and I were thrilled. The Bellwood we purchased was perfect, Carlos kept use informed as the home was constructed and we closed in minutes when the time came. So easy and organized.

Everyone at the Skye Hills-Valridge project has made my first new home purchase experience a great one. Angela and Chad impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism and quick response to any questions or concerns. Minor touch-up issues have been resolved expeditiously. Great team!

From the moment we visited the neighborhood, to the decision-making process, through sales and financing through Pulte Mortgage (they made it SUPER easy), we were able to qualify and close within 30 days - just like what was told to us that very first day at the sales office by our wonderful salesperson, Mary. Like clockwork everything happened, and we were able to take care of everything long distance, as we were moving here from out of state. Then when it came to our walkthrough, our construction manager couldn't have made things easier and more pain-free! The home is beautiful and well-built, the neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and the surrounding shopping and restaurants are incredible - we love it here, and I would recommend working with Pulte from beginning to end - we did and they made it about as effortless as buying, financing, closing, and insuring a new home could possibly be. ... If I could give Pulte a 12/10 I would. They were amazing, accommodating, and the quality was there. Would definitely use them again!
