It's difficult to thoughtfully rate our home buying experience in such a brief summarization. By far there are more positives than negatives. Building a home is a huge undertaking, and no matter how hard you plan, there will be things that go wrong. Unfortunately those are the things that stand out when asked in a rating like this. My advice, it's really important to be very detailed oriented and go over each step with a fine-tooth comb, and then go over it again. This is my first purchase but I am no stranger to the process since I have been with many family members during there purchases. I have to say that my overall experience was excellent! Nobody is perfect so if your looking for no hiccups along the road your dreaming. My sales lady Carol was absolutely amazing and 100% responsible for me purchasing a Pulte Home. Alex my builder manager on site was responsive and kind even when I was picky about every little thing. The finance department although very frustrating at times did a good job since I have heard horror stories about other finance companies and people’s experience. If you pay close attention and have all your paperwork in order Pulte mortgage is just fine. The overall quality of Pulte’s homes is excellent. They are a typical builder building as many homes as possible which means technique and attention to detail sometimes slip but they are the best I have seen and making sure things are clean and looking perfect for you move in. Initial sales process very smooth and efficient. Home finish details poor. Very difficult to get issues corrected after the sale. Craftsmanship lacking on fit and finish.

Pulte Mortgage takes care of all our housing needs. from construction, mortgage, insurance and title. The team work hard to get us this house

Lot price was very reasonable compares to other builders. Our sales person was wonderful and communicated with us through out the 7 month building process. We moved in mid June, found 12 problems in the house after living there for over a month. Warranty group is great and responsive, but these issues should be avoid if the work were done it right at first place. My advice to new buyers is that they need to hire their own inspector before closing.

These homes have been rushed and not competed correctly, There are so many mistakes that could have been fixed prior to closing, We are very unsatisfied with Pulte,

House is great.

Gorgeous neighborhood. Nice and quiet. Good sales staff. I kind of felt like I was being scammed by the mortgage company. The construction guy was a moron; he did not finished the final walk through list before closing. The majority of items are still unresolved a month later.

Lack of communication at the handoff phase from builder to homeowner. Sloppy attention to details. Slow response to finished product issues.

Every single step was easy and I had everyone in the Pulte team help whenever I needed help!

Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

I love the floor plan and how it was designed. I'm having issues with a design flaw reference the master shower. Hopefully it gets corrected.

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. Just The finishing touches to be a bit better but they were/are very good at helping resolve any of those issue.

I asked a lot of questions because I am a first time buyer. Pulte was very responsive and answered my questions no problem.

Home well constructed and built quickly.
