Lot price was very reasonable compares to other builders. Our sales person was wonderful and communicated with us through out the 7 month building process. We moved in mid June, found 12 problems in the house after living there for over a month. Warranty group is great and responsive, but these issues should be avoid if the work were done it right at first place. My advice to new buyers is that they need to hire their own inspector before closing.

These homes have been rushed and not competed correctly, There are so many mistakes that could have been fixed prior to closing, We are very unsatisfied with Pulte,

House is great.

Gorgeous neighborhood. Nice and quiet. Good sales staff. I kind of felt like I was being scammed by the mortgage company. The construction guy was a moron; he did not finished the final walk through list before closing. The majority of items are still unresolved a month later.

Lack of communication at the handoff phase from builder to homeowner. Sloppy attention to details. Slow response to finished product issues.

Every single step was easy and I had everyone in the Pulte team help whenever I needed help!

Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

I love the floor plan and how it was designed. I'm having issues with a design flaw reference the master shower. Hopefully it gets corrected.

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. Just The finishing touches to be a bit better but they were/are very good at helping resolve any of those issue.

I asked a lot of questions because I am a first time buyer. Pulte was very responsive and answered my questions no problem.

Home well constructed and built quickly.

This was the best experience from the sales agents all the down to the lenders. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we didn’t really understand the process. They literally walked us through the entire process ,gave us so much confidence . We had tried this process with other community’s but just never felt right. Everyone here was genuine and had our best interest at hand . Thank you Pulte !

Great neighborhood and nice single level floor plans.

All of the workers were always so helpful and quick to satisfy you.

The toilets in particular, are too porous. They stain too easily. Otherwise, everything meets with our satisfaction.

Take the inside lender. Pulte mortgage team are amazing!

Could not be happier with our new home !

I have put in several work order emails. Tino has come out and was helpful but I’m still waiting for several other emails to be answered. For example work order about drywall tape, a hole in my slider where you can see thru the top of the door.

We enjoyed our purchasing experience from the first time walked into the sales office to the day we got keys in hand. Everyone was fantastic to communicate with as wel. Thank you, Pulte!

From start to finish and I’m very satisfied with the product

We had issues from the get go with the Design Center to the Project Manager to Pulte Management. Every little thing was answered with "no, we can't do that", or "we're not a custom home builder." The Design Center was limited on some items and everything that was "included" was old school, old colors, or discontinued. There was one tile included for the floors and bathroom tile; it was beige. From there, everything was an upgrade. Now onto the Project Manager....while our house was being framed, I was a puddle in the middle of the house from the rain; the project manager's response was "it happens and depending on your flooring selection, it will leveled out." What? Next can you not put up tile racks in the bathrooms? Project Manager: "we have to do everything the way it is on the specs." Again, what? We're talking a minuscule item! City of Henderson Water Dept couldn't sign off because Pulte failed to comply in time after begin rejected twice by the City. Fortunately we knew someone who worked for the City, and Pulte corrected the problem knowing they were coming to inspect so we could keep our closing date. Prior to that at our walk-thru, the project manager told us that our closing would be delayed because they put in the wrong carpet. Really? And we were just supposed to say "oh, okay." No once again, I got on the phone with our sales person who really couldn't help and then I insisted that her manager call me. The next day miraculously the manager "found" the same carpet in the area and it was replaced. Our framing on the master bedroom window sags; and the ceiling/floor is off by 3/4" thus making crown molding almost impossible. Another wall is not level. The painters did a horrible job on the exterior. Paint is all over our pavers and there are some areas that aren't finished off. We love our house but we would not recommend Pulte Homes. The only positive things I have to say about our home is the view, the architect who did a fabulous job utilizing the space, and the flooring. ... More
