This was the best experience from the sales agents all the down to the lenders. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we didn’t really understand the process. They literally walked us through the entire process ,gave us so much confidence . We had tried this process with other community’s but just never felt right. Everyone here was genuine and had our best interest at hand . Thank you Pulte !

Great neighborhood and nice single level floor plans.

All of the workers were always so helpful and quick to satisfy you.

The toilets in particular, are too porous. They stain too easily. Otherwise, everything meets with our satisfaction.

Take the inside lender. Pulte mortgage team are amazing!

I have put in several work order emails. Tino has come out and was helpful but I’m still waiting for several other emails to be answered. For example work order about drywall tape, a hole in my slider where you can see thru the top of the door.

We enjoyed our purchasing experience from the first time walked into the sales office to the day we got keys in hand. Everyone was fantastic to communicate with as wel. Thank you, Pulte!

From start to finish and I’m very satisfied with the product

We had issues from the get go with the Design Center to the Project Manager to Pulte Management. Every little thing was answered with "no, we can't do that", or "we're not a custom home builder." The Design Center was limited on some items and everything that was "included" was old school, old colors, or discontinued. There was one tile included for the floors and bathroom tile; it was beige. From there, everything was an upgrade. Now onto the Project Manager....while our house was being framed, I was a puddle in the middle of the house from the rain; the project manager's response was "it happens and depending on your flooring selection, it will leveled out." What? Next can you not put up tile racks in the bathrooms? Project Manager: "we have to do everything the way it is on the specs." Again, what? We're talking a minuscule item! City of Henderson Water Dept couldn't sign off because Pulte failed to comply in time after begin rejected twice by the City. Fortunately we knew someone who worked for the City, and Pulte corrected the problem knowing they were coming to inspect so we could keep our closing date. Prior to that at our walk-thru, the project manager told us that our closing would be delayed because they put in the wrong carpet. Really? And we were just supposed to say "oh, okay." No once again, I got on the phone with our sales person who really couldn't help and then I insisted that her manager call me. The next day miraculously the manager "found" the same carpet in the area and it was replaced. Our framing on the master bedroom window sags; and the ceiling/floor is off by 3/4" thus making crown molding almost impossible. Another wall is not level. The painters did a horrible job on the exterior. Paint is all over our pavers and there are some areas that aren't finished off. We love our house but we would not recommend Pulte Homes. The only positive things I have to say about our home is the view, the architect who did a fabulous job utilizing the space, and the flooring. ... More

Everyone involved in the process was professional and helpful in every way possible, I highly recommend to friends and family to stop by and talk with someone, so they can receive the same satisfaction that I have received.

Pay very close attention to details when doing the final walk through of your home, making sure everything was finished correctly from the flooring all the way up to the ceiling. Make notes and make sure they follow through to correct any discrepancies.

Our new home is beautiful and the quality is without question. However, don't think that a high price home is without its faults. Pulte has been fixing the issues, but response is very slow and communication is sporadic. At least things are being fixed. I would buy this home again, despite the issues.

Not trustworthy, they ignore issues that are brought to their attention. Rude foreman, lied to us several times. I will not buy from them again.

We had a great initial experience while at the model home and home design process. There were minor issues which were easily resolved. Towards the end things went poorly. It was obvious there were milestones that needed to be met even if standards would be sacrificed. We ended doing our final walkthrough with the home being unfinished. There were literally walls that were unpainted and holes. When we closed there were actually still open holes with exposed electrical pieces. I received many apologies and excuses. It is now two months after closing and still receive intermittent emails about how they will update me in 48 hours and this is over a week ago. My biggest mistake is giving good marks on their quality survey, which they will ask you to do. I guess it was foolish of us to think that they would not complete the work that needed to be done if we gave the low survey scores they actually deserved. We spent well over $500k on our home and would recommend that you consider your options carefully given what we have experienced and are currently experiencing. ... More
