This home was a great build and 98% done correctly. I would recommend Pulte to others. Compared to other home builders, this was a better experience. My only issues have been with the follow up after I moved in. Then things slowed down, didn’t get things fixed. Never provided promised items. Like missing shelve hangers. My first 30 days turned into passing items along and now having to fill out requests for service to get things serviced that were already promised to be fixed. So poor job on the delivery and follow up.

Jon is the best. He's very professional, knowledgeable, nice and very caring! It has truly been great working with him.

They don’t care about you. You’re just a number. You get more service at the DMV.

Upside experience - sales person, interior design personnel and closing group all professional in every aspect. Downside- overall home construction and workmanship & materials were substandard. Information passed on to us that layers of staff to QA relative to the building process to ensure building integrity- safety was very deceiving. There was only a pair of eyes performing this QA (James). Thus a long list was submitted of incomplete, faulty workmanship and substandard materials which needed remediation from pre closing, closing 02/26 up to this point in time 4/23/25. Some issues resolved some still remain active in a long & continuous process. Issues presented to construction manager, Customer Care Staff including the senior staff Rick. We are now on our second phase of remediation process (dated 4/21/25). Some issues were resolved but others remain and new ones discovered. The workmanship and quality of materials not in sync with the price tag and did not do justice to the person who designed this beautiful house. We have stated in the previous evaluation that workmanship was shoddy. The journey remains bumpy, stressful/frustrating & costly on our end ( in time & money as out of state buyers). But most importantly, we were deprived of the JOY & PRIDE of a Pulte home ownership. Sad to say in all honesty; Pulte's mission statement did not hold true. I think all around house buying is a really stressful experience but Pulte does a good job of making sure that you’re comfortable throughout the whole process and they make sure you are in the loop with Every step. Jeremiah is a god send. He always checking up to make sure your home is up to par and is so attentive to his buyers.

Wish they would paint the garage for the price I paid. So sad to see everything is becoming an option.

Overall, I could tell that high-quality materials were used throughout the home. I also appreciated the prompt responses to any questions or service requests. However, the quality of workmanship by some of the contractors left much to be desired, as there were several areas where the execution was lacking. During the interior design option meeting, it would have been very helpful to use a 3D visualization tool or similar software to assist with decision-making. Additionally, I felt that the explanation and time provided for selecting electrical options were not sufficient, which was a bit disappointing. ... More

Builders was very nice, always availble to answer questions and make things work based on my expectations

The whole process from initial purchase to close was easy to follow, came with regular updates, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Suggest some time spent during the closing walk through to have Alex show where the instruction manuals are for the water heater and go through operation of all appliances to ensure you know any peculiar features you may not be familiar with. Mary was also able extremely helpful in providing a list of key subcontractors for everything from general workmanship to pool companies.

Happy with purchase of the house

The whole process was excellent. From start to finish the process was smooth, and easy to go from step-to-step. The communication from the construction workers to you, updating you on your new home was amazing. They really see it through and go over everything with you during the process.

James has made his experience a very pleasant one. There is no perfect home but each time there are issues that needs some attention, special requests etc, James always goes above and beyond. Rick aswell when was dealing with urgent issue. Great team

coming from HI we must say the quality of the workmanship of the new build developer that we purchased from is so bad. Workers up here do not take pride in their work. We are paying good money for our home and yet things like crooked racks, cabinets not straight, slashed door seals, pin hole in ceiling is just a few things that was wrong in our home.

Great job! My townhouse was nicely completed to begin with With and Nate took care of my small list rather quickly.

The home-buying process was average overall. While the transaction went through, there were several cleanup issues that required more attention. There are nails sticking out under the bar that need to removed immediately. The gate was falling down after a few days of moving in. We still need the directions on how to set up the thermostat to our phones. Additionally, the lack of a thank-you gift or gesture from the Pulte realtor felt impersonal and left a lukewarm impression. This could have been handled with more care and attention to detail. To much going back and forth the quality does not match the price.

Highly responsive. Great customer service attitude. Friendly, and of course knows his stuff.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and responsive. I was kept informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were not only helpful and courteous but also made sure to maintain clear communication with the homeowner throughout. I truly appreciated their dedication and attention to detail.

Bad material and bad construction technique.

Mary and Derrick were great

James the project manager, and Mishayla the sales rep were horribly slow at responding to requests during the buying process. They would take days or weeks to respond, and then the response was too late as help was sought elsewhere. Then after the purchase James got to a point that he was rude and disappeared when he had additional responsibilities after the sale. Requested to talk to his manager Allen who also never returned my call. Really bad experience with the staff, as none of them care about a good customer experience.
