This is the second house we purchased from pulte. I liked the layout of this model, additional half bath will be better.

Barri was very helpful and responsive without him I would not get the home. I would highly recommend him. Dan has been great during the construction process and he makes sure that I am happy with the home. He provides great customer service so I also recommend him.

From the moment I visited the model homes in this community, I knew that it would be my future home. Pulte homes are designed with great thought to the layout for gatherings or personal space. Their quality is superior to other builders and more upgraded features are standard. They do offer many upgraded options to customize and individualize your home. Everyone that I worked or spoke with were always available and quick to handle all my questions and requests. I highly recommend a Pulte home as your next forever home.

We have had a great experience with everyone we worked with during and after the purchase. Angela was excellent to work with during the purchase and Carlos was responsive to any after move in questions/concerns/requests.

Pleasant staff and great subdivision and view.

Sales and construction and home quality all great. Only issue we had was with pulte mortgage and pulte title. Both caused delays and uncertainty when there should not have been. Even caused us to have a higher rate of 7.25% than what the current rate was. It was the worst home buying experience we have ever had in the 5 homes we have bought.

The site supervisor and sales representative were both very professional and extremely attentive to detail. All concerns and questions raised were addressed promptly and handled with care. Both are awesome and definite assets to your company.

We finalized our home 5 Aug and couldn’t be happier with our new home.

The home we purchased is beautiful and with great quality. During the home building process, we got updates and outstanding services from building supervisor, Ivan. It took a little longer than expected to get the home built. But we are satisfied overall.

The sales process was great! We started with Jim G. and Ken picked up after Jim retired, but Ken was really helpful in keeping us up to date with status and what we needed on our end to do to keep the process moving. Alyssa at the design center was instrumental in helping us find options that best suited our needs and preferences. Her expertise and input in terms of interior design were on point and shows in the finished product. Overall, we are truly impressed with the quality of and value of the home. Our construction manager Justin has been outstanding as well. He has been extremely responsive with any minor fixes we brought to his attention. Within 24 hours of reaching out to him, he's issuing a work order the same day! We have been through the new home buying process several times before and without a doubt, Justin is the best construction manager we have ever worked with. Justin has done a fabulous job keeping us informed the entire build as well as troubleshooting anything that has gone array.

The house looks beautiful and well built! The Sale’s department staff are great they helped us a lot, especially Juel! One thing that we don’t like is the process of warranty works on the after closing, there is not phone number available for contact person to talk to, it’s pretty annoying process with just emailing contact! What if I don’t know how to use computer or don’t know how to write in English, etc..

Of the new home builders we compared, Pulte had the most flexible options to customize. Building during the pandemic caused supply chain issues for everyone, but we felt that Pulte worked hard to stay on schedule and make reasonable tradeoffs. They also managed their trade subcontractors well. The model office staff were absolutely amazing as a primary point of contact.
