Our construction manager was very responsive and engaging. The process was seamless.

I am beyond pleased with my experience buying a new home, and a big part of that is due to the incredible construction team that helped bring the dream to life. The home-buying process was average overall. While the transaction went through, there were several cleanup issues that required more attention. There are nails sticking out under the bar that need to removed immediately. The gate was falling down after a few days of moving in. We still need the directions on how to set up the thermostat to our phones. Additionally, the lack of a thank-you gift or gesture from the Pulte realtor felt impersonal and left a lukewarm impression. This could have been handled with more care and attention to detail. To much going back and forth the quality does not match the price.

Highly responsive. Great customer service attitude. Friendly, and of course knows his stuff.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and responsive. I was kept informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were not only helpful and courteous but also made sure to maintain clear communication with the homeowner throughout. I truly appreciated their dedication and attention to detail.

Bad material and bad construction technique.

Mary and Derrick were great

James the project manager, and Mishayla the sales rep were horribly slow at responding to requests during the buying process. They would take days or weeks to respond, and then the response was too late as help was sought elsewhere. Then after the purchase James got to a point that he was rude and disappeared when he had additional responsibilities after the sale. Requested to talk to his manager Allen who also never returned my call. Really bad experience with the staff, as none of them care about a good customer experience.

Confidence in the builder and the quality

Faron Seibel was very efficient in responding to questions. He was highly knowledgeable of the building process.

Had an amazing experience with my new home build from Pulte. Sales agent Angela and construction manager Carlos always kept us up to date with the progress. The build quality is great and we're very happy with our new home.

Our experience was less than expected from the financing, title and the HOA with whom Pulte has contracted . There is little to no response on most items. The only people who have been responsive and supportive are James and Tyler from the building team. They are great.

I will like to say I have bought three homes . This by fair has been the worst experience I have had . The work was not quality . The home was rushed and the amount of money paid was not worth it . I had to go as far is emailing the president of Pulte and constantly send emails before I got a response. My home was never professional cleaned . Paint is an ongoing issue. Currently living in the home with trades coming weekly . They won’t even give me any money back for the magnitude of issues. I have missed many days of work and my household has been disrupted with all this . The trades literally just did whatever they wanted with construction. I am depressed to spend more money due to inflation and not have a pleasant experience. I’ll be going into the new year I’m sure adding things that could have been done prior to moving in. ... More

Gerry is wonderful ! Patient and friendly, helped me with all the questions I had.

I’m not sure why I’m even doing this. I called left a message with customer service when I went through with Curtis, the property manager building manager, whatever his title is who gave me the keys and walked me through the house. I’m shocked on the condition of my floor and have this person in my house, that’s not trying to ease my bad experience, but tell me that I am wrong and my house when he finally came to look with his specialist concrete guy. There was nothing that they did as in to see what type of materials were in the holes of the foundation in the living room , then I said let’s go upstairs. Let me show you the problem of the carpet he would even go upstairs. Oh, I had to get my specialist to go up. There made the complaint when the person gets here to look at the other two things I let Christopher know. Let me back this up the lady who wrote up the deal on the house. I’ll let her know I wanted concrete floors. She let me know that , you can’t do that because it has to have flooring. I said fine. I’m still gonna do concrete floors. The lady help me who picked out the carpet. I told her the cheapest stuff because I’m gonna rip it out and do concrete floors when I met Curtis for the first time and did walking through the Ruction site to do concrete floors. I have 32 different patches in my living room hallway and kitchen. it was like a war zone not counting that no one ever cleaned or vacuumed the floor. I pulled out so much trash and junk and dirt and screws bottle caps. This is supposed to be a new house , not counting the whole sliding glass window area on the concrete was completely busted up from the inch and a quarter nails. I’m gonna stop there truly disappointed. I don’t see how I can give this company a good review from the quality of the house which you build this house with two by fours come on in California by law, you could even get away with this so I have to say for now goodbye ... Home horribly built. Rushed into a closing date with an ill equipped home from a QC perspective. Documented over 10 active issues with paramount issue of faulty air. Takes numerous emails that finally threatened escalation for a finger to get lifted. Unbelievably dissatisfied . Woth I could provide my full name as all should see what a crappy job was done and perhaps a resolution. One month in the house and we are already considering selling….buy what does Pulte care…they got paid on a faulty and overinflated house

James the construction manager is simply the best I ever had the pleasure to work with. Since the first walk, he has been extremely responsive to our every question and followed up on every request diligently. I strongly believe he alone made the whole purchasing process a fabulous one.

Jelena is very nice. She is very helpful and has helped me a lot.

The home buying process was very smooth and stress-free. We moved from out of state and the sales person kept us informed and sent pictures every step of the way. I’ve not had any issues, however, Pulte has been very proactive with everything and I am confident any issues would be handled quickly and professionally.

There were a few issues with the sales team. There was some confusion with incentive dollar amount and the give by Pulte homes and the interest rate given by Pulte mortgage. We were led to believe, that the interest rate along with incentive could get us a 3% mortgage rate through the VA. Apparently this was a typo and no forms of compensation was afforded to us. This was the only unprofessional act that we ensountered.

Everybody was great, especially our construction manager Nate C. House was done on time and quality is excellent. This was our 4th new home experience and the only one I would call an enjoyable experience. These guys are real pro’s.

The experience was great. I had updates every step of the way. It was a long 6 months of waiting for my home to be built but I loved the process. Everyone was informative and answered all the questions we had.

This is my 3rd and final Pulte home purchase. My first house in 2003 was amazing built. The quality was remarkable. My second house in 2019 was aweful quality. The cheapest possible to get buy. The 3rd and final was the worst yet. Anything to save .10 somewhere. Las Vegas has the worst quality of water due to hardness and they did not include a water loop which is very expensive to install later. Unacceptable. The upgrades were things that could easily be upgraded later and they put the cheapest items in that cannot be replaced or upgraded like a stainless steal ugly sink. Soft close cabinet doors but not drawers. Ridiculous. You can easily change out hinges or add plungers but drawers cannot be changed that easily. The price does not equal the price. Obviously want to make money with no real concern for quality of life. I’ll be looking for something else from someone else moving forward. ... More
