When we started looking for homes, this was the first time we heard about Pulte. From the very beginning, we were really catered to. From the offices in Dever all the way to the staff in Nevada, everyone was super professional. The house and the PRICE is truly incredible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. This was the best experience from the sales agents all the down to the lenders. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we didn’t really understand the process. They literally walked us through the entire process ,gave us so much confidence . We had tried this process with other community’s but just never felt right.
