Every single step was easy and I had everyone in the Pulte team help whenever I needed help!

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. This was the best experience from the sales agents all the down to the lenders. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we didn’t really understand the process. They literally walked us through the entire process ,gave us so much confidence . We had tried this process with other community’s but just never felt right. Everyone here was genuine and had our best interest at hand . Thank you Pulte !

There is no nonsense advice or false information from sales team and suggest the right product based on our budget. I saw Pulte home work in Charlotte during my relatives house buying from Pulte and I tried the same builder in Las Vegas. Same treatment, good quality and mindful suggestions. Thank you once again!

Overall, highly rated and would recommend. I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the workmanship & materials only because some of the cabinet doors were slightly warped. However, they were quick to reorder and replace them. Everything else was very high quality and I feel secure in the new house. The community and location is fantastic, and the sales associates were friendly and incredibly helpful during the whole process.

Our overall Our overall experience with Pulte was exceptional. They were very responsive when I had questions that needed to be answered. We were able to move in over a month before the original closing date, which was a big help to my family. The only issue we had a problem with was what came with the house. When a family moves into a new home, they should not have to buy any essentials for the home. Our home did not have overhead lights, fans, blinds, and curtains. This was a significant inconvenience for us, and I hope that Pulte will change this in the future when building new homes.

From start to close the home buying experience was hassle free. Up to the negotiating process to the receiving of the keys Mary at Tolvana made the experience effortless. After moving in, Chad was extremely responsive with any any and all questions I had regarding my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte without hesitation to all my friends and family. T.G.

The quality of construction meets expectations and follow up warranty work is easy to schedule. Overall the experience has been great.
