Every part of my buying experience to living in my home has been an easy dream with Pulte. From sales to build to loan to service. I do everything on-line until my home was done and they did not fail me!

Built our home from start to finish -picked out the absolute perfect home and lot. We could not be happier. From the time we walked into the sales center to the design center and the build. Everyone was so professional and communicated with us along the way. They all gave us updates and met their build times. Super excited with our home and the process was stress free!

Bottom line is we would purchase here again. Great experience and a great location.

6 months is a long time to eagerly await the completion of your new home. Receiving weekly emails from the building manager on the progress of the build was very helpful and insightful.

From the initial deposit transaction to the closing and moving into our new house, Pulte and all its employees have been fantastic. We have found Pulte to be very responsive even after the closing We are enjoying our new home and would recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

Before you go to the Design Center try to get an interior designer. It will help you get the most design for your buck. You want someone that works for you. You don't want to spend unnecessary money on upgrades you can get later. Focus on the bones of the house, such as pony walls, baseboards, lighting, staircases....things that you would not want to rip out and replace after you move in. And please, do not get a balcony for your bedroom...its so unnecessary! I also recommend the cabinets but not the hardware, You can buy that later. I also do not recommend buying the appliances...you can do better elsewhere with better quality. Get the standard and replace later. ... More

The entire buying process was simple and quick, great communication all the way through. The house is built beautifully and the couple of small cosmetic fixes were taken care of right away! A+

Very pleased with the workmanship of Pulte Homes. No major issues, all minor issues were handled very well by our construction manager Thomas. He was very polite and professional, he made us very happy by addressing any questions or concerns we had. We are pleased with our new home and all the space it gives us. I would with out a doubt purchase another Pulte home.

The Las Vegas Pulte team has proven to have much better build and service quality in comparison to our experience with other wholesale builders in Vegas. From Cheuck in sales to Shaun overseeing the construction of our new home, they have provided the best service possible with quick responses and solutions to whatever issues that happened to come up. Before, after and during construction and move in.

Builders was very nice, always availble to answer questions and make things work based on my expectations

The whole process from initial purchase to close was easy to follow, came with regular updates, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Suggest some time spent during the closing walk through to have Alex show where the instruction manuals are for the water heater and go through operation of all appliances to ensure you know any peculiar features you may not be familiar with. Mary was also able extremely helpful in providing a list of key subcontractors for everything from general workmanship to pool companies.

James has made his experience a very pleasant one. There is no perfect home but each time there are issues that needs some attention, special requests etc, James always goes above and beyond. Rick aswell when was dealing with urgent issue. Great team

Our construction manager was very responsive and engaging. The process was seamless.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and responsive. I was kept informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were not only helpful and courteous but also made sure to maintain clear communication with the homeowner throughout. I truly appreciated their dedication and attention to detail.

Faron Seibel was very efficient in responding to questions. He was highly knowledgeable of the building process.

The home buying process was very smooth and stress-free. We moved from out of state and the sales person kept us informed and sent pictures every step of the way. I’ve not had any issues, however, Pulte has been very proactive with everything and I am confident any issues would be handled quickly and professionally.

There were a few issues with the sales team. There was some confusion with incentive dollar amount and the give by Pulte homes and the interest rate given by Pulte mortgage. We were led to believe, that the interest rate along with incentive could get us a 3% mortgage rate through the VA. Apparently this was a typo and no forms of compensation was afforded to us. This was the only unprofessional act that we ensountered.

Pulte builds a quality home. If anything does go wrong they are responsive to fix the issue.

Issues during construction were addressed professionally and in a timely fashion. Construction and handover were in time.
