Beautiful Home

When we started looking for homes, this was the first time we heard about Pulte. From the very beginning, we were really catered to. From the offices in Dever all the way to the staff in Nevada, everyone was super professional. The house and the PRICE is truly incredible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our family is so happy with the quality, design and beauty of our new home. The process was clear and interactive. The Pulte team was amazing to work with. Flexible options were key to our home fitting our needs and wants. We are so happy and will always recommend Pulte!

Pulte provides the perfect floor plans. The entire staff are both professional and knowledgeable. We have been satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. Kudos to the Sales Consultants, the Design Center staff, Construction Site Manager, and Mortgage/Title Department.

The sales team, the design team, the construction team and the subs were all about doing a good job for us. During the design phase, Quick response to questions, experienced advice and speedy custom quotations were the norm. As a result only 2 change orders were needed and these were custom component speciation upgrades. During construction, Discrepancy’s with specifications, workmanship and finish - big and small were addressed during construction and final finishes completed before closing. This was the best experience from the sales agents all the down to the lenders. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and we didn’t really understand the process. They literally walked us through the entire process ,gave us so much confidence . We had tried this process with other community’s but just never felt right. The whole process from initial purchase to close was easy to follow, came with regular updates, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Suggest some time spent during the closing walk through to have Alex show where the instruction manuals are for the water heater and go through operation of all appliances to ensure you know any peculiar features you may not be familiar with. Mary was also able extremely helpful in providing a list of key subcontractors for everything from general workmanship to pool companies.

James has made his experience a very pleasant one. There is no perfect home but each time there are issues that needs some attention, special requests etc, James always goes above and beyond. Rick aswell when was dealing with urgent issue. Great team

Pulte builds a quality home. If anything does go wrong they are responsive to fix the issue.

Issues during construction were addressed professionally and in a timely fashion. Construction and handover were in time.
