Very easy process! Great customer experience!

Very good price and quality.

Be sure to put everything in black and white when you're negotiating the deal with Pulte. We were promised with small a upgrade by the sales rep but it never happened by closing, no explaination, no responds. Also I recommend hiring a third party home inspector to do a pre walk through inspection, it will save you a lot of time spotting items to repair.

The quality of materials and workmanship is disappointing given the pricing of these homes. You would think for the money, you would receive "upgraded" items compared to the other builders. Upgrades are ridiculously expensive and when you do upgrade, the workmanship is sloppy (trimming not aligned, sloppy caulking, paint on everything; the carpets, faucets, countertops, windows, just to name a few). When asked to have things fixed during the walk-through, it wasn't any better. We're better off fixing everything ourselves. On the flipside, our building supervisor was amazing! Overall, highly rated and would recommend. I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the workmanship & materials only because some of the cabinet doors were slightly warped. However, they were quick to reorder and replace them. Everything else was very high quality and I feel secure in the new house. The community and location is fantastic, and the sales associates were friendly and incredibly helpful during the whole process.

Please take your time when doing a final walkthrough and do not rush. If more time is needed please submit in writing for the time. I missed more things that needed fixed than I realized. I suggest Pulte Homes use a better product in their showers. When sitting on the Master bathroom bench be careful because once the product is wet, you will start sliding. I will be installing a hand rail and sitting on a towel to prevent any mishaps.

The team is very helpful and fair and makes sure that you get what you paid for. Jelena has been the best agent in helping us out. She went over and beyond for us.

We had no problem at all with the construction of the home, the process, walk-throughs, and maintenance requests.

Our overall Our overall experience with Pulte was exceptional. They were very responsive when I had questions that needed to be answered. We were able to move in over a month before the original closing date, which was a big help to my family. The only issue we had a problem with was what came with the house. When a family moves into a new home, they should not have to buy any essentials for the home. Our home did not have overhead lights, fans, blinds, and curtains. This was a significant inconvenience for us, and I hope that Pulte will change this in the future when building new homes.

Good high quality materials used in our home. Very excellent customer aervice by all of the pulte employees from loan/mortgage team members to maintenance. Had a very good experience overall. Highly recommended to go with pulte homes!

From the first day we met our Pulte Sales rep, B, we were treated like VIPs. Every question answered. Every concern addressed. Every need fulfilled. We also used the Pulte Mortgage group, and the service there was equally great. We got a very good rate, and we are very pleased with the entire transparent process. After we moved in, the project Manager Mike has been incredibly helpful, and has quickly responded to our questions. Honestly, the Customer Service felt like what we used to experience decades ago. The support from the sale agent through the closing process was very good. The overall quality of the home is good but some items and workmanship are average at best.

I felt good about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in. Made very well.

We have built 4 new homes and this is the worst experience we have had. All the way from too many people involved in the mortgage process, to blown deadlines, and the quality is just not there. In the worst heat of the LV summer, the top floor would freeze ice but the HVAC unit that serves the first and second floor is undersized. I wake up every morning to 78 degrees in the master bedroom. Multiple other “unhappy” issues. At this point I would NOT recommend.

From sales to move in, the process was easy to navigate. I appreciate all the assistance and responsiveness from the sales team, title and walk through. All thorough and easy to understand. It has made the overall purchase process easier than most. And responsiveness better than most builders we've purchased from the past.

Not gonna lie we've heard a lot of good feedbacks about Pulte Homes that's why we decided to buy our 2nd home with Pulte. We chose a move-in ready. We fell in love the first time we check the house. The design and floor plan are very modern. However, we are kind of disappointed because we've been seeing issues in our house. We know there's no such thing as perfect home but we expect that Pulte is different from other builders and for a half a million dollar house it could have been close to perfect. To be fair their customer service is fast to take action every time we report issues.

Overall good relatively smooth closing experience, except for interaction and unjustified charge imposed by Pulte sales manager Jeff B and covered up by his immediate superiors. If not for this, experience would have been terrific. Otherwise Pulte homes are well built and various Pulte team members supported our closing in near record time.

From start to close the home buying experience was hassle free. Up to the negotiating process to the receiving of the keys Mary at Tolvana made the experience effortless. After moving in, Chad was extremely responsive with any any and all questions I had regarding my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte without hesitation to all my friends and family. T.G.

Both the sales team and construction manager have exceeded our expectations. This team was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have purchased 2 other new builds in the past and this has been our smoothest experience so far-even doing a lot of it from across the country.

Big shoutout to Laurel and Derrick with the Hayford Collection Team. Worked through several issues that we had while our previous home was pending escrow.

Staff we worked with were very professional and courteous. Things got corrected rather quickly.
