From the first day we met our Pulte Sales rep, B, we were treated like VIPs. Every question answered. Every concern addressed. Every need fulfilled. We also used the Pulte Mortgage group, and the service there was equally great. We got a very good rate, and we are very pleased with the entire transparent process. After we moved in, the project Manager Mike has been incredibly helpful, and has quickly responded to our questions. Honestly, the Customer Service felt like what we used to experience decades ago. The support from the sale agent through the closing process was very good. The overall quality of the home is good but some items and workmanship are average at best.

I felt good about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in. Made very well.

We have built 4 new homes and this is the worst experience we have had. All the way from too many people involved in the mortgage process, to blown deadlines, and the quality is just not there. In the worst heat of the LV summer, the top floor would freeze ice but the HVAC unit that serves the first and second floor is undersized. I wake up every morning to 78 degrees in the master bedroom. Multiple other “unhappy” issues. At this point I would NOT recommend.

From sales to move in, the process was easy to navigate. I appreciate all the assistance and responsiveness from the sales team, title and walk through. All thorough and easy to understand. It has made the overall purchase process easier than most. And responsiveness better than most builders we've purchased from the past.

Not gonna lie we've heard a lot of good feedbacks about Pulte Homes that's why we decided to buy our 2nd home with Pulte. We chose a move-in ready. We fell in love the first time we check the house. The design and floor plan are very modern. However, we are kind of disappointed because we've been seeing issues in our house. We know there's no such thing as perfect home but we expect that Pulte is different from other builders and for a half a million dollar house it could have been close to perfect. To be fair their customer service is fast to take action every time we report issues.

The house floor plan is great, Price with the size of the house is excellent! Great location!

Overall good relatively smooth closing experience, except for interaction and unjustified charge imposed by Pulte sales manager Jeff B and covered up by his immediate superiors. If not for this, experience would have been terrific. Otherwise Pulte homes are well built and various Pulte team members supported our closing in near record time.

From start to close the home buying experience was hassle free. Up to the negotiating process to the receiving of the keys Mary at Tolvana made the experience effortless. After moving in, Chad was extremely responsive with any any and all questions I had regarding my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte without hesitation to all my friends and family. T.G.

Both the sales team and construction manager have exceeded our expectations. This team was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have purchased 2 other new builds in the past and this has been our smoothest experience so far-even doing a lot of it from across the country.

Staff we worked with were very professional and courteous. Things got corrected rather quickly.

Pulte used to be an elite builder. Now they have lessened to cheap materials and 'don't call me, I'll call you' customer service. You wouldn't expect to see the following in a Pulte home based on it's advertising confidence: flat paint (even in wet areas); missed painted areas; door strikes carved with a pocket knife; crooked doors; missing tile; unsealed windows; not following floor plans, and more. Sales 5stars Field manager 5 stars Very efficient with mortgage and great communication between sales and field manager. My field manager fix all the little problems for me. And this is my second house I purchased with my sales jelena. She is phenomenal.

I have emailed and texted for some issues in the house that need addressed/fixing, but they haven’t responded

From the moment we visited the neighborhood, to the decision-making process, through sales and financing through Pulte Mortgage (they made it SUPER easy), we were able to qualify and close within 30 days - just like what was told to us that very first day at the sales office by our wonderful salesperson, Mary. Like clockwork everything happened, and we were able to take care of everything long distance, as we were moving here from out of state. Then when it came to our walkthrough, our construction manager couldn't have made things easier and more pain-free! If I could give Pulte a 12/10 I would. They were amazing, accommodating, and the quality was there. Would definitely use them again!

Buying experience with Pulte at their Valdrige location in Las Vegas was great. Angela and Danielle were great to work with, highly recommend them!

While shopping around for a home in the Vegas area we came across Pulte at Valridge the sales representative was Angela she guided us properties that were quick sales within a month and a half we were closing our deal. After seeing how the homes were built and the quality that was incorporated it was a easy decision for my wife and I to make on our purchase, location location location.The entire process was quick and easy the home selection the loan process and the preparation of the property to be moved into.
