The journey itself for a new build, learned numerous things!

We recently closed on our new Pulte home in the Reverence community of Summerlin Nevada. Our experience was great and we highly recommend the whole Pulte team. Every phase of the process from the purchase of the home to the walk through was enjoyable. It is important to note that we lived out of state the entire time! The Pulte sales agent, Karen, was extremely helpful and informative and she quickly responded to all of our many questions. Our sales agent, Carrie with Keller Williams Realty Southwest, went above and beyond what was required and assisted us every step of the way! The superintendent of the building of our home was Steve and he was excellent. He promptly addressed all of our concerns and he even managed to accommodate some late changes that we made. We specifically wanted to buy a Pulte home after multiple visits to model homes in the Las Vegas area. We visited Las Vegas repeatedly while visiting our adult child who moved here. During our visits we always looked at model homes for entertainment reasons, lookie loo. We don't gamble and we knew we would eventually move here. Once we sold our home in another state and actually moved here to Las Vegas, the Pulte home we selected met all of our criteria. After researching builders with a local real estate agent, we were overjoyed when the lot we wanted became available and we immediately put down our earnest money down and went under contract. The only negative, which really isn't a negative, is the wait from picking the lot to watching the house be built. Going to the design center to pick interior options was something the wife and I shared. Then when the build began, it was the longest 94 days not counting weekends. It was exciting to come by the property on Sundays and take pictures. From dirt lot, to poured slab, to framing, then roofing then the interior being finished to finally the doors were locked which indicated that the appliances were installed. The day we signed our loan documents and then it closed 3 days later and we received our keys, we were pretty excited. Pulte Homes met our needs, thank you. The "but..." in the title and the 4 star rating for trusworthiness is for the construction superintendent who made a promise for a missing item but 7 weeks later still haven't received the item. -JH ... Overall I love my new home. The home is well constructed. There were some items that needed to be repaired but the Manager responsible for handling these items was very responsive in getting these items resolved.

Detail on workmanship; mainly the painting; was poor

We recently relocated from Connecticut to Nevada and visited many communities for our new home and happily discovered Catalina in North Las Vegas by Pulte. The Catalina community exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and workmanship as well as the correct price-point to meet our new home budget. What a wonderful experience it was during the entire process of us acquiring our new dream home in Nevada. The sales staff was absolutely fantastic as well as the building staff and the Pulte Mortgage representatives. We also don't won't to leave out our exciting experience with Pulte's design process and staff which allowed us to really put that personal touch to our new dream home. We picked Pulte homes because we could easily see they are built much better than all of the other builders we looked at.

Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

Home well constructed and built quickly.

Great neighborhood and nice single level floor plans.

The toilets in particular, are too porous. They stain too easily. Otherwise, everything meets with our satisfaction.

Take the inside lender. Pulte mortgage team are amazing!

We had a good experience buying the home from Pulte but for us we had a situation selling our other home. The day when everything was good to go, we had to pick up the house keys on our own and the office was about to close. We thought we'd see someone greet us but nothing. Going through the walk through, Make sure you go through it thoroughly. Don't rush. For me now I see all the flaws in some areas in the house. Feels like they were rushing. Thank you to Jon who was keeping us posted on the house.

Staff we worked with were very professional and courteous. Things got corrected rather quickly.

Initial workmanship was not perfect, but they have been very responsive to issues and have fixed everything in a timely manner.

Overall everything is great. Helena as a sales person is very professional. Construction supervisor Mark is very friendly and professional. Took care of all issues very good.

my customer service representative went above and beyond. helped me take care of some minor issues encountered. all in all a good home buying experience. great value if it was not for the recent rise in the market price.

Pulte homes are quality builds.

I had a pleasant experience with Pulte. There are some minor construction discrepancies, which I hope are not common practice. But overall the house is very well built!
