This is my first purchase but I am no stranger to the process since I have been with many family members during there purchases. I have to say that my overall experience was excellent! Nobody is perfect so if your looking for no hiccups along the road your dreaming. My sales lady Carol was absolutely amazing and 100% responsible for me purchasing a Pulte Home. Alex my builder manager on site was responsive and kind even when I was picky about every little thing. The finance department although very frustrating at times did a good job since I have heard horror stories about other finance companies and people’s experience. If you pay close attention and have all your paperwork in order Pulte mortgage is just fine. The overall quality of Pulte’s homes is excellent. They are a typical builder building as many homes as possible which means technique and attention to detail sometimes slip but they are the best I have seen and making sure things are clean and looking perfect for you move in. Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

I asked a lot of questions because I am a first time buyer. Pulte was very responsive and answered my questions no problem.

Home well constructed and built quickly.

Great neighborhood and nice single level floor plans.

The toilets in particular, are too porous. They stain too easily. Otherwise, everything meets with our satisfaction.

Take the inside lender. Pulte mortgage team are amazing!

The craftsmanship needs better overview.

Overall the buying experience was great and the builder reps were very quick to get us in under our time restraint. In time I will be able to speak more on build quality and responsiveness to issues.

The total quality of the workmanship and quality assurance were not up to standards. As soon as we moved in we started experiencing several problems. Another big problem is that we moved in to our brand new home almost two months ago, and until now, we still don’t have an oven/microwave combo. If you ask my personal opinion, this is unsatisfactory.

Paid a premium price for average workmanship. Not very happy.

Sales team here were excellent! He keep me updated on what’s going on with the built of my home! The workmanship on the house though. It’s terrible!!!!

We have an extensive list of items that needed fixing and at this time, we are receiving very little response! We still have a broken UPGRADED countertop in the master bathroom and a shower that everyone keeps saying is another trades responsibility because it isn't a simple fix (or cover up). The framers did not frame in the space correctly and instead of having them come back in to fix it, they attempted to hide the issue with building out the tiles so the glass door would fit in the space, which resulted in inch thick grout in places. It look horrendous. Our first month living here, we were without power in our living room for 12 days and during one of the appointments to fix the issues, the electrician found spliced wires (FIRE HAZARD!!!). We have very little good to say about the quality of the house. It was rushed to get it off the books by the end of the year and it shows!! Our sales person Jelena was great. She answered all our questions and addressed our concern. Our loan process was made simple and easy, thanks to Jennifer and Shelly.

The house looked great! However, our house got broken into the day after keys were turned over. There was no support from pulte whatsoever! Pulte Sales rep was no where to be found for advise or assistance. Currently living in house, but all these small repairs takes a while before they even respond. Overall buying process was easy, but quality and service needs to be improved. The way I see it... They've made the sale now its your problem!

Pulte company picks excellent property locations and build larger homes.

Overall a good experience. There are always issues in a new build, but those are primarily cosmetic and easily fixed. This is out second Pulte home and we're happy with them.

Not gonna lie we've heard a lot of good feedbacks about Pulte Homes that's why we decided to buy our 2nd home with Pulte. We chose a move-in ready. We fell in love the first time we check the house. The design and floor plan are very modern. However, we are kind of disappointed because we've been seeing issues in our house. We know there's no such thing as perfect home but we expect that Pulte is different from other builders and for a half a million dollar house it could have been close to perfect. To be fair their customer service is fast to take action every time we report issues.

We never felt like one in the plenty. From sales to delivery each person was very personable yet professional.
