Great experience

Overall, I am very happy with the home and the purchasing process. There are some very minor issues with the workmanship such as gaps, wood separating in certain areas, doors not closing easily, etc. Most of this stuff are cosmetic or easily fixable. We'll address these in our first warranty list. I took one star off from Responsiveness to issues is that there was a noticeable cosmetic defect in the outside of the house that we pointed out in the walk through, and that has not been addressed yet. Again, this will be listed in our warranty list.

I asked a lot of questions because I am a first time buyer. Pulte was very responsive and answered my questions no problem.

Could not be happier with our new home !

From sales to move in, the process was easy to navigate. I appreciate all the assistance and responsiveness from the sales team, title and walk through. All thorough and easy to understand. It has made the overall purchase process easier than most. And responsiveness better than most builders we've purchased from the past.

Big shoutout to Laurel and Derrick with the Hayford Collection Team. Worked through several issues that we had while our previous home was pending escrow.

We have a great experience with. Very professional group of people. We have not moved at the house yet so we can not really judge the workmanship and quality. We like what we see so far

Overall, a good home building experience.

Overall very excited to be in the new home. Workmanship was good and attention to details was right on. A few delays were experienced due to supply chain. Communication can be improved to keep a buyer up to date.

I had a wonderful buying experience from start to finish.

We were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful model home with views of the Las Vegas strip. We were also able to purchase the tastefully decorated furniture and decor.

Good quality build, but trim and paint finished could be better.

This is my first purchase but I am no stranger to the process since I have been with many family members during there purchases. I have to say that my overall experience was excellent! Nobody is perfect so if your looking for no hiccups along the road your dreaming. My sales lady Carol was absolutely amazing and 100% responsible for me purchasing a Pulte Home. Alex my builder manager on site was responsive and kind even when I was picky about every little thing. The finance department although very frustrating at times did a good job since I have heard horror stories about other finance companies and people’s experience. If you pay close attention and have all your paperwork in order Pulte mortgage is just fine. The overall quality of Pulte’s homes is excellent. They are a typical builder building as many homes as possible which means technique and attention to detail sometimes slip but they are the best I have seen and making sure things are clean and looking perfect for you move in. There were a few issues with the sales team. There was some confusion with incentive dollar amount and the give by Pulte homes and the interest rate given by Pulte mortgage. We were led to believe, that the interest rate along with incentive could get us a 3% mortgage rate through the VA. Apparently this was a typo and no forms of compensation was afforded to us. This was the only unprofessional act that we ensountered.

The quality was fine. Only complaint we had is the quality of the paint flat paint is not used in kitchen or bathrooms expected more on that issue. The cleaning of the new home was not good. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you.

Pulte is a high quality home builder who keeps you informed and has great warranties surrounding their products.

From start to finish and I’m very satisfied with the product

This home was a great build and 98% done correctly. I would recommend Pulte to others. Compared to other home builders, this was a better experience. My only issues have been with the follow up after I moved in. Then things slowed down, didn’t get things fixed. Never provided promised items. Like missing shelve hangers. My first 30 days turned into passing items along and now having to fill out requests for service to get things serviced that were already promised to be fixed. So poor job on the delivery and follow up.

Sales lady is good, warranty guy is good, but the quality of the house is so so. But we got a big discount on the price so I'll say value is still good.

Overall the buying experience was great and the builder reps were very quick to get us in under our time restraint. In time I will be able to speak more on build quality and responsiveness to issues.

Wish they would paint the garage for the price I paid. So sad to see everything is becoming an option.

The craftsmanship needs better overview.

Okay problems not fixed

The total quality of the workmanship and quality assurance were not up to standards. As soon as we moved in we started experiencing several problems. Another big problem is that we moved in to our brand new home almost two months ago, and until now, we still don’t have an oven/microwave combo. If you ask my personal opinion, this is unsatisfactory.

Paid a premium price for average workmanship. Not very happy.
