Great experience over all, builder Eslam took his time to go over all aspect of building process and answer my questions with satisfying answers, with loan process Tara and Shawn were great couldn’t ask for any one better.

Pulte is a good brand and there are some people who are genuinely helpful

Pulte helped me to make the entire home-buying process worry-free and simple. The quality of the home exceeds the standard and meets what you expected. Highly recommend Pulte.

The closing got delayed for 4 months than the estimate on the purchase agreement, the builder paid for the rates extension at closing, however, the mortgage team did not set up my unit deep information correctly, and the title team refused to make any changes, although they are under the Pulte group, their cooperation was terrible, no one took responsibility for such mistakes

Buying the home in general was good. Happy to have a great community. There were significant delays but this is expected in these days. The closing was poor because the docs were not aligned. It took over 3 hours when Pulte was the closer. After moving in we began to see the small issues. That's when you see the details in your home. We can see over spray in paint, small droppings of caulking and poor caulking. A tiny chip on a wood plank mWe've requested service for these. I call it the turnstile because they push to get you in the house because the next batch of homes need to get handled. Quality of the finishes were sloppy. Closing process was not very efficient. Communication was not very personal

I felt informed and was kept abreast of everything and whatever changes took place.

We are truly happy about our first home purchase experience with Pulte. They were so patient, honest and attentive about all details and nuances, knowing that we did not have any knowledge and experience. In addition, they would make every effort to accommodate our needs to make updates even when we were past the due dates. The construction manager Eslam is great at communicating all updates and answering needs/questions. And the most important thing is he delivered exceptional results.

My experience with Pulte has been below average. I closed on 06/23 and still have issues with wood floors, kitchen cabinet and other things. I have been here over 6 weeks now and chasing building Manager. I plan to post a review on Google so others are aware of the experience I'm going through.

Everything was pretty good for us.

Overall, it is an ok experience. However, there are situations that are frustrating. they kept pushing the closing date further, which isn't great for the buyer. The worst part of the entire house is the paint job, you touch the wall, the paint goes away. List of items were identified to fix, but no one showed up for a month. Other than that, the community and town is great.

During the construction, they constantly contacted me and gave me update information. If there is a problem even after closing, they will fix it immediately.

Chris our home builder was great, answered all questions and fixed everything we had asked for. After moving however we did notice a bit of shoddy workmanship with regards to the painting, and our bedroom door doesn’t close correctly

Great experience working with our field managers. Always were quick to fix any issues that came up even after closing. Warranty manager also has been quick to get any issues resolved. Great service.

We gave Pulte some slack because of pandemic many items was not up to standard. We were reassured by the warranty would take care of it after closing. . It's been 3 months and many of the issues is still unresolved. Our wooden floors is not flat. One of the gas range doesn't work. Missing panel door. closet incomplete. Bathroom Sink stopper doesn't work. We receive polite response but things just don't get fixed.

Dear Pulte Homes, It is very disappointing how there was no clear explanation regarding the tax abatement and mortgage payments. It is clearly an impure intention how Pulte Homes holds the buyers' mortgage payments and pays them back once a year. The whole mortgage process took over a year, but there was no explanation about the tax abatement system until our first mortgage payment. Also, the quality of the house is way lower than our expectation that our construction manager has to come to fix our house almost every week, and it seems like it will take a long time for us to fix them all. There were reasons why I bought this NEWly built house, but I don't really see the meaning of buying a new Pulte House now, since the service from the Pulte is below our expectations. ... More
