I recently purchased a townhouse from Pulte Homes and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The process of buying the townhouse was made easy with the help of their dedicated sales team who were always available to answer any questions I had and guide me through the process. It was a smooth sailing process, all the way from the sales office through the walk through, and to the closing. I must give a shout-out to the great guys we met along the way — Andrew, Levi (awesome guy) and Paul. However, I’d wished the house cost less or came with more upgrades for the price. Such as all wood flooring in the second floor, a wood-burning fireplace, a third full bath (ground floor in Frampton model) and ceiling moldings.

Everyone we worked with at Pulte, including the sales manager and construction managers, were excellent. Communication was consistent and they were always helpful. However, the workmanship of the home leaves a lot to be desired. For the price, I would have liked to see more attention to detail. We still have tiny holes in the wall, scratches in bathroom tile, backsplash tile that is broken, etc.

I booked my townhouse with Pulte in January 2020 and then Covid happened in March , i though the project will get delayed by a huge sum but instead to my surprise Pulte were very efficient and did not delay the project as expected even in this difficult & challenging times. Pulte has been very trustworthy in delivering project in time. Very happy with their response overall.

We closed our house with a couple unfixed issues. And as we moved in, we found more issues on the flooring and AC installation. So we have to contact the warranty team to fix them, But they just replied and then disappeared for two months. They do not care about you at all once your house is closed. So make sure you check everything carefully before closing.

Have been disappointed in the number of issues that have cropped up with appliances and AC. Have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the responsiveness of Pulte. One issue raised with a dishwasher in one of our units - raised on Sunday. No response from emergency team. Called and mailed multiple times. Then on Wednesday a ticket was raised. Still no resolution. Many other examples This is not helping Pute’s reputation

Lots of points undisclosed while paying and signing up. Quality of Pulte homes and diminished significantly since the past years. Paint of house finish of flooring , hvac, garage doors, everything is sub standard and sub par. Regret the decision to purchase through Pulte

We were lied to repeated times by employees at Pulte about the size and grading of our house. The quality of the house is an absolute disgrace, lack of consistency in the finishing even though the houses are the same model. We have to fight with Pulte to fix the issues we have had specially with the backyard and side yard. This was supposed to be our dream house but it has become our nightmare house.
