Quite professional before the sales after sale remains a big disappointment

We were happy initially with the support from Pulte and also quite happy with the house when we recieved it. However on the day of closing we have a list of things not done and even after one month they are stlili pending. i can say its sad to see this kind of customer service post sale

Warranty team is a joke.

We closed our house with a couple unfixed issues. And as we moved in, we found more issues on the flooring and AC installation. So we have to contact the warranty team to fix them, But they just replied and then disappeared for two months. They do not care about you at all once your house is closed. So make sure you check everything carefully before closing.

Poor workmanship all around.

To say this was sloppy work would be a compliment. There was no attention paid to the construction of this home throughout the process. We pointed out easily half a dozen major construction mistakes (incorrect materials used, bathrooms being placed in wrong places, open holes left in the roof) and have a list of over 50 items that need to be addressed, nearly half of which were raised prior to closing. One of the field managers (now removed) openly admitted that no one was supervising construction for a period of several weeks while he was gone, so the sub contractors literally did whatever ...

Just wasn’t easy to move from one step to another

Lots of points undisclosed while paying and signing up. Quality of Pulte homes and diminished significantly since the past years. Paint of house finish of flooring , hvac, garage doors, everything is sub standard and sub par. Regret the decision to purchase through Pulte

Pulte did not care about the customer's need . The quality of finishes are what you see in much lower priced homes.

We were lied to repeated times by employees at Pulte about the size and grading of our house. The quality of the house is an absolute disgrace, lack of consistency in the finishing even though the houses are the same model. We have to fight with Pulte to fix the issues we have had specially with the backyard and side yard. This was supposed to be our dream house but it has become our nightmare house. Leadership of Pulte should come to the neighborhood and ask each homeowner how satisfied we are with these homes. The CEO of Pulte would be embarrassed after hearing each of our comments about ...
