Have been in house 2 mos., and few warranty issues have been addressed. Warranty Dept. appear to be fearful of meeting warranty requests from buyer. Possible pressure from bosses or Pulte Construction Co.? Responses by warranty Dept.: No response, Bare minimum or obviously poor and therefore unsuccessful solutions to serious issues. Bullying comments by warranty emails & workers to suggest that the owner is responsible to fix issues, which are clearly stated in Pulte Warranty Book. Monitoring & checking work completed is nonexistent. Poor or no communication, scheduling, and follow up. ...

We closed on the 6113 Nauman home with Pulte on November 21, 2023 with the promise and understanding that the house was “move -in ready.” However, we received a home that was not finished, poorly constructed, and not cleaned. After more than a month of our closing date, we haven’t been able to live in the house. We don’t have a home at the moment and people are still working on fixing issues that should have been fixed before the closing day. Experience with Pulte

Pulte does not pay attention to detail, and obviously doesn't care about their customer anymore and the finished product. We were given the wrong keys at closing and had to use the garage door to enter and exit for five days while they searched for the correct keys. The compressor was undersized and froze up the day before close and was replaced with the almost lowest seer unit allowed by law that they could find on a moment’s notice. It's extremely loud, vibrates and sounds like the fan is going to sheer off when it shuts off. If it had frozen up after close, we'd probably still be waiting ...

Terrible experience from start to finish. Don’t communicate, aren’t honest, and don’t really care about the customer. Bottom line focused and any cost. Would love to talk to someone about all this but they actually want to hear.

It’s our first time building a home and buying a home. Pulte made it seem so easy and seamless in the beginning. This all changed once production started. We had 2 different realtors from Pulte and 3 different field/construction managers who oversaw our house. We were promised finishing dates and the BEST quality of work. What we received was lies, bad quality of work, and a delay of closing for over a year and an half. We’ve moved in now after being pushed to closed. So many things wrong with the house. Leaking roof, constant issues that were never corrected. This was the worst experience ever.

Awful. It is a new home with countless issues that keep on coming. Everything from broken plumbing, to flickering lights, to poor craftsmanship, The biggest regret of my life was buying a pulte home.

Nothing but issues since move in. Instead of enjoying my home all I have been doing is taking pictures, documenting, emailing and following up. The flooring was installed incorrectly which is the largest issue and I’m having to fight every step of the way. I thought Pulte delivered quality but apparently they allow tolerance for lippage so they are only fixing the ones that are really bad. Outside of that that I have tons of pictures showing that every room in the house has issues including the backyard which was left with nails, razor blades and construction debris.

Pulte subcontracts, the subcontractors hire people that have zero skills (less money spent, right?) Our home is a nightmare with a ton of issues from the beginning with a plethora of construction and workmanship issues. Pulte is less than responsive, admits no fault, refuses to put anything in writing, says they will do one thing, but never do. We contracted in good faith, kept our end of the deal, but not Pulte. No I would never recommend pulte to someone else. It was a horrible home buying experience and pulte still hasn't fixed things that were discussed during our final walk through.

Rushed house. Promised they would make it right. Have not fixed a single thing in over 90 days. Never should have signed for the house. Home owners shouldn't be pressured into signing papers on house until things are right. Pulte only seems to care about you until you close on your house, COVID is not an excuse. There are plenty of things to fix on the outside of the home.

Very bad quality and very bad experience with Pulte home

House closed on 9/30/2019 per Pulte request and we could not movie in until 11/10/2019. Pulte refuse to pay utilities fee and HOA fee for the month of October, 2019. We as customer have to pay the utilities bill and HOA fee for the entire month of October, 2019 even we could not move in. Today is 11/15/2019 still have lot of issues need to be fixed. I'm taking vacation from work and sitting in the house waiting for works to come to fix problems. I hope someone from Pulte can help us to resolve all the issues. The quality of the workmanship and problems/issues within the first two months of moving in is beyond acceptable. Over 40 errors in the home build at the closing walkthrough. Construction Manager refuses to communicate about fixing the problems at 8 weeks into my 12-month warranty. Our kitchen ceiling has had two roof leaks within 8 weeks of living in the home.

Close date was pushed out 6 months. Sewage backups in brand new home ceiling drywall cut out carpets n padding removed. Pre close punch list still outstanding 2 months later. Lack out concern from builder builder.
