We expected that all of the issues we pointed out in our walk thru would be addressed before our final walk thru. Instead it was pushed to warranty. We were under a time crunch and we didn’t feel the same urgency from Pulte. When we moved in we were glad to have the warranty though as there were lots of issues that we found after moving in.

improvements need to be made. Driveways for 3 car garages should be wider. Many issues were not completed before moving in.

From beginning to end buying a home with Pulte has been a great experience. Carlos helped my family and I more then we could ever imagine, the others that we meet from Pulte were absolutely incredible. We are absolutely in love with our new home and we are grateful to the people at Pulte for making our home buying experience smooth and enjoyable!

Gabriel was wonderful. He helped find the house and walked us through thr process. Then only bad thing was at closing, even though we could sign, we couldn't get the keys. This was because of an error that was made. The certificate of occupancy that was in the folder for our house was actually for another house. Everyone scrambled to get it done that day. We had to cancel our furniture from being delivered. We got the keys later that day but never got a call from upper management to check on us or apologize for the error.

Home is exactly what we wanted and the response to fixing items has been good.

The sales person was great. She responded quickly to all my requests and concerns. Contractor was very knowledgeable during the walk through

Paint issues, stucco issues, drywall texture issues, granite counter top issues, interior door issues, cabinet issues, plus many other including very poor follow-up from construction manager Conner.

This was a huge purchase for us. Carlos, our sales representative helped us every step of the way! We lived in a Pulte home for 8 years before, we never had any issues. So far this home has exceeded our expectations!

We closed on the 6113 Nauman home with Pulte on November 21, 2023 with the promise and understanding that the house was “move -in ready.” However, we received a home that was not finished, poorly constructed, and not cleaned. After more than a month of our closing date, we haven’t been able to live in the house. We don’t have a home at the moment and people are still working on fixing issues that should have been fixed before the closing day. We did understand that there was an issue with the flooring in two if the bedrooms and that it would take the construction team a day or two at the most to fix the issue. However, this has turned into a much bigger issue that has made us question the entire quality of the home’s structure. In addition, we are now looking at a much longer construction timeline. Most importantly, we are seeing that this issue with the flooring is affecting the entire home and we are very concerned that this home will have long term issues. Almost the entire upstairs floor is getting fixed, both your field manager and costumer manager both agreed that the original work on the home was horribly done. In addition, they both agreed that they wouldn’t pay the price we paid for this house with so many issues (I am attaching pics of the floor situation). In addition to the flooring issue (now in the majority of the upstairs), the master bathroom was done very poorly and has many sharp edges in the bathroom and tiles that are sticking out. In addition, the paint job is messy, the framing on the doors and baseboards were not sanded before being painted, the gas stove was not hooked up, there is paint on the floors, the house was not cleaned, there was trash and nails in the backyard, and we know that the first floor is not level. These are just a handful of issues, it is impossible to name them all. We have sent pictures of all around the house where things were not finished or done very poorly to Chris and Becky. But the more we walk around the house the more things we find. Like I said before, we don’t have a home to live in right now and this is a very big inconvenience. I spoke to Becky this morning and I told her that even if everything gets fixed at this point, we are going to need a monetary compensation. These inconveniences have added extra cost to our lives. We have to compensate the people we have staying with, their utilities have gone up, we are eating out because we don’t have a place to cook, and we have to pay for child care to be at the house while the crew is working. We are rearraign our work schedules so we can be at the house while things are being fixed or asking to work from home, to be here for the crew. In addition, we are now having to drive an extra 15-45 minutes to work and to drop off our son at school because we are no longer staying in the neighborhood. We have small kids who are now away from their home, have less time with us, and have had to adjust to a variety of changes due to the additional work on the home. On top of everything, this whole situation is putting a lot of emotional stress on us and on our kids to the point of affecting our relationship as a family and as spouses. Finally in our newly built home, after a very long wait due to the pandemic and supply chain issues. We finally did settled with a building manager after going through 4 of them, but our last building manager Ralph was awesome. He and Brendan provided us extra personal customer service which was above and beyond. Ralph and Brendan answered all of our questions and ensured we were comfortable moving in. Lisa our Pulte sales rep also was amazing. She kept us in the loop on the status of the build and quickly corrected any issues we had. Her customer service and professionalism was beyond our expectations. In today's world, finding a company with great customer service is rare, so we were pleasantly surprised when we Ralph, Brendan and Lisa excelled at it. We are very happy with our newly built home and even with small details that will need to be fixed as we continue to settle in, we are rest assured that Pulte's great customer service will continue and they'll come through with ensuring we are good to go in all areas of our new home. Tankless hot water heater doesn’t work. Been in the house 3 days and can not get hot water! Plumber came to work on it and still doesn’t work! Many issues need to be resolved! Lovely house but not satisfied.

Lisa (our Pulte sales representative) was a joy to work with from the beginning and throughout the progression of our new home. Although there were numerous delays due to supply chain issues and labor shortages, Lisa kept in touch with us with updates via phone calls and e-mails, and she included pictures that she personally took each time anything changed as our home was being built. Jorge (our construction manager) was also very responsive and informative. He was quick and thorough in answering any questions we had for him. Poor workmanship - lots of sloppy work. Paint runs and spatters, cracks and chips in tile and quartz counter tops, kitchen cabinets and all doors (including glass shower doors and sliders misaligned. Trim was low cost and fairly rough for price. Door trim at front door is peeling away from frame. Responsiveness to problems was slow from the sales personnel to the construction managers.

The quality of workmanship is low and it takes forever for them to come and fix the issues. The materials are very good but it is the opposite when it comes to workmanship and after sale support.

If you have a choice, choose another builder. Shoddy workmanship, no customer support and non-existent customer service after closing.

Pulte homes are good. Lisa and Jorge were awesome keeping us updated on the construction while we were far away. You will need to buy your refrigerator, washer and dryer. I think the space for the refrigerator in the kitchen area is small for a house with 4 bedrooms. So far everything is fine.

The process was overall easy and smooth. We had no major issues and everything was handled accordingly.

I would not like to share at this time

Pulte does not pay attention to detail, and obviously doesn't care about their customer anymore and the finished product. We were given the wrong keys at closing and had to use the garage door to enter and exit for five days while they searched for the correct keys. The compressor was undersized and froze up the day before close and was replaced with the almost lowest seer unit allowed by law that they could find on a moment’s notice. It's extremely loud, vibrates and sounds like the fan is going to sheer off when it shuts off. If it had frozen up after close, we'd probably still be waiting for Pulte to replace it unless we replaced it ourselves out of our own pocket. The air vents in one of the secondary bedrooms and the den are obviously undersized and the rooms are hot and uncomfortable in the summer and will probably be cold in the winter. There are no air vents in the half bath or walk in pantry. Instead of a ceiling room to hall return air in the utility room they put through the wall return air grilles above the utility room door like in a manufactured home. The pipe openings on the air handler were not sealed and leaked a large amount of conditioned air into the furnace closet before we stuffed plastic grocery sacks into the openings to try and slow the rate of conditioned air loss. The attic access is in the utility room instead of the garage. Why? I think there are a grand total of four outlets in the garage. One for the tankless that the hot water cuts in and out while you shower unless more than one person is taking a shower, one for an EV, one for a water softener and one on another wall. Why aren't there enough outlets in the garage? The reason they talk up the insulation and mention nothing about the windows when they make their spiel, is because they are so cheap and inefficient. The slab is unlevel, the framing is noticeably warped, walls, cased openings and patio door installations are noticeably out of square or plumb. A handle on one of the patio doors is loose and hanging on by a screw because the bottom one is stripped out. You can clearly see the sheetrock seams in the great room ceiling at night when only the accent ceiling light over the island is on. We have been in the home four weeks and items on the checklist from the final walk through have not been repaired (landscaping is dead, mirror in master bath was supposed to be replaced because the glazing is coming off, a piece of trim in the kitchen was missing and still is. The solid surface countertop in the front and master bath are both chipped. Upon further inspection the glazing is coming off the mirror in the front bathroom as well. The toilet lid in the front bath had a chip on the lid but was replaced with a lid from another build right before closing. The PLASTIC bathtub in the front bathroom has hairline cracks, is scratched up like the vanity tops and the plastic toilet lids and has adhesive on the tub floor from the cheap Corian surround install ground into the nonslip texture. The sweeps on both the front and the door into the garage need to be replaced. This was noted on the final walk through. The screws are missing on the drain cover in the master shower. There's not even one niche in the master shower, the bench is sloped too steeply. The grout throughout the house was not sealed, because Pulte doesn't do that. They installed the absolute cheapest carpet in the bedrooms, bedroom closets and den that we are going to have to replace with tile to match the rest of the house. Our brand-new counter depth fridge door swings into the pantry door unless you hold it with your foot or hand and is already dented because of that bad design. A door on one of the kitchen cabinets was supposed to be replaced because of a very long scratch, but Pulte has failed to do that also. There's a large scratch on one of the secondary bath cabinet doors. The electrical plug for the dishwasher and garbage disposal is installed upside down. One appliance must be unplugged in order to use the other unless you use a pigtail. The gas cooktop wasn't connected and was almost connected incorrectly by a representative of Pulte right before moving in. A top was supposed to be installed on the laundry room cabinet, but that has not been completed. They use an in-wall dryer vent connection that must be and is almost impossible to "form to fit" as per the manufacturer’s instructions. The faucet handles in the front bathroom and master bathroom were not tightened. They came right off. There are some roof tiles that are already buckling and need to be repaired. The water for the drip irrigation was not turned on when we moved in, but we have since rectified that ourselves. If you are buying Pulte, make sure you schedule the first walk through at least one month in advance, a second one no less than two weeks later, and a final one on the day of closing. If you want the items fixed you must stay on them. Pulte is not the builder they used to be before the pandemic. Put the houses up fast, get them sold, and move on to the next build. Great buying process experience, the is extremely helpful during the whole process, I had no problems at all so far during this journey of becoming a home owner. Very satisfied with Pulte Home!!!!

It took more time to build the house than I expected. Circumstances were a lot different than when I started the process. The house is well-built. I am appreciative now that I'm in my new house.

My experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either for the amount of money spent on the home. I think the construction manager was spread too thin, did not have reliable contractors, seemed to jump from one project to another. Closing dates kept being pushed out and still had some issues that need to be resolved. In all fairness, I did have an in person visit from the Customer Care Manager who submitted a work order for the outstanding items. In conclusion, I believe Pulte can make for a great experience if they could recruit and retain enough top talent.
