My wife and I have purchased two homes with Pulte about 4 years apart. The first experience with Pulte was excellent the second experience was not so great. The customer service seems to have dwindled over the years. We have had several issues with the home and trying to resolve them have been a challenge. I am not un reasonable person however I expect major issues to be resolved timely and correctly. I would say I have a very difficult time getting ahold of the right person to discuss issues or have a concern addressed. Overall experience was good, However, there were some issues that I feel need to be addressed. When the slab for our home was laid, the back porch was approximately 6' short, I had to point out this issue, it was not brought to my attention. When sheetrock was installed, there was a noticeable bulge on the kitchen island, again we had to bring to the builders attention, also, the counter top on the island was crocked, again all these items were corrected, but they never should have occurred in the first place. We even had to point out a decorative feature on the front of the house was left off. As far as timing. Ralph and Mackenzie were great- responsive and very knowledgeable.

This was our second time building with Pulte. The first time was seemless. This time it was a nightmare. Numerous lies were told by our first sales person, which led to multiple delays in our process. I always recommend Pulte to potential home builders, but now I definitely do not recommend Pulte.

The overall process was disappointing, sales was always promising things that were never fulfilled. The house was rushed and the quality of the home was not what we have seen from Pulte. I will never buy a home or refer anyone to buy from this builder. The house was not finished at closing and was not finished for over a month after closing. The warranty does not respond to emails or voicemails. There are still items that have not been resolved and no time frame for them to be completed. This review is a waist of my time for that fact that my house will still be incomplete. Thank you, the only reason we bought this house and signed at closing, you should thank Jorge our construction manager. He was the sole reason. You should value your employee for that reason. ... As good as the other home builders.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Don’t communicate, aren’t honest, and don’t really care about the customer. Bottom line focused and any cost. Would love to talk to someone about all this but they actually want to hear.

Closets not durable, we’re not anchored well to the studs, had to put longer nails for durability

Our experience has been amazing! From the realtor to the builder, everyone has gone above and beyond for our needs and to accommodate everything we’ve asked for.

I had multiple issues with my home and they were VERY slow to resolve the issues and the more I look around the house the more poor craftmanship I see

Beautiful modern home in the most peaceful area! Pulte builds are customized to your taste, but you really can't make a wrong decision as every color scheme and design are flawless!

This is my first home and other than the time it took from start to finish, the experience was great. Edgar and Michelle were great. I love my new home.

Honestly we had purchased a home from Centex several years ago and had no issues. We loved it and loved the whole building process. We were really excited to build again with Pulte but had major issues this time around. We ended up with a new contractor and the end who was very responsive and worked really hard to try fix things and make things right and we appreciate all his help but we are now still having trouble getting things fixed after we closed and finding more and more stuff that has issues now that we have closed. The workmanship has been the hardest part of this especially for the cost of the house. There is minimal contact between us and the people who arrange getting items fixed or replaced. Often people will randomly show up to fix things and we had no idea they were coming or we will be at work and not have arranged for anyone to be home. Communication after closing has been difficult. Too many turn overs of oversite management has caused items to not be properly completed. Many items are still not completed after two months of moving in. Even the follow up warranty group/manager has left with no notification or who is working on completing the remaining issues. I am not happy.

The Pulte sales and builders team did an outstanding job

Many items forgotten and/or missing. Poor quality finishes inside and outside. Unreasonable delays during the build process. Went through three field supervisors during the build process. I would not recommend Pulte Homes. They could have made it a quality experience, but the house just feels cheap.

Jorge our fireman is a great person, responsible and with good attitude

The home appears to be in great shape; the problem is with the other factors that go into building a home from the ground up. The overall administrative function, the loan processing process, and delivery of the home was terrible. As I stated earlier, the house appears to be built solidly, but everything else was a COMPLETE mess.

They really could follow up on the small fixes agreed upon MUCH better. I pretty much had to close when I did but if you have flex, do NOT close with items in your home still needing to be handled. You become a ghost.

It’s our first time building a home and buying a home. Pulte made it seem so easy and seamless in the beginning. This all changed once production started. We had 2 different realtors from Pulte and 3 different field/construction managers who oversaw our house. We were promised finishing dates and the BEST quality of work. What we received was lies, bad quality of work, and a delay of closing for over a year and an half. We’ve moved in now after being pushed to closed. We missed so many details that we hate to see everyday. Uneven window frames, tile that’s not leveled, bad paint quality, broken/cracked caulking, nails sticking out of our carpet, warped walls, and the list goes on. Love the smart home features.

Satisfied first time home buyer, I didn’t know what I was doing at the time, Ryan who works in the on site Pulte Office helped and guided me through the entire process, updating me about almost everything I needed to know. Very convenient to get a hold of the team for any questions and concerns I had. Mortgage team did also a wonderful job, they helped me and did everything to get my loan approved in a timely manner, I just submitted all documents needed and they did all the works. It was an awesome experience.

Excellent team to work with.

We had a wonderful experience when our realtor took us to see Lis Diamantes, that is, once we found it! I laugh now, looking back, because Carlos told us that our GPS wouldn't bring us in the right way and warned us not to take any dirt roads to get there. After several dead ends, ending in dirt roads and a couple of calls to Carlos we finally made it to the presentation center. I'm so glad we preservered because Carlos showed us a home we immediately fell in love with. He quoted us a price and then went on to list the incentives we would receive if we closed by the end of December 2022. He took us back to his office and started the paperwork. While signing the intent to buy contract a group of hot-air balloons flew over the subdivision providing us with an omen that we were where we were meant to be. Throughout the loan process, our realtor, Becky, and Carlos were very prompt in answering every question we asked. Being out of state during the final walk throughs it was nice to know that we had people we trusted to make sure everything was completed as promised. It had been 36 years since we had purchased a home and everyone at Pulte made the process as painless as possible. ... More
