Very disappointed of Pulty

The experience could have been better, with multiple delays, very very very poor communication from sales associates and construction managers. When we finally got into our house, we noticed multiple things wrong with it. Some of the cabinets were broken when we moved in. We were promised they would get fixed soon after moving in. However, we have lived in our home for over a month and still need an eta of when they will get fixed. Very disappointed with the process and professionalism with every step of the way.

We started our home buying experience with Pulte Homes July 31, 2021. Due to situations beyond Pulte Homes control ( covid19, suppy line shortages and lact of laborers) it took an extra 6 months to complete construction. It was very much worth the wait. You can not beat the quality of Pulte Homes. We are very happy with the completion of our home. Each of our specifications were met exactly as desired. We definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Do your research and continue to follow up on the building team. I love my home but some attention to details go over looked during walk through. Nothing alarming but the great thing about pulte is they have a dedicated team to fix any problems with in reason the first year which is extremely useful.

Selling our loan one month after we closed was not appreciated. There are issues that are being addressed. The HOA documents that were approved are to strict in some areas. I would have given a 5 star rating but it took way to long to build the home and now we're dealing with some issues that shouldn't be.

Once in home had multiple issues and repairs that needed to be addressed our warranty guy Phil was on to top of our concerns and issues and had them resolved in a timely manner.

Home is beautiful but the quality and workmanship is low. If they would take the time to actually take pride in their work and not rush. Warranty issues wouldn't be needed so much. Supervisors should be looking for work errors and actually care.

This is my second Pulte home and I was very happy with my first. This was new construction. I've been in the house for about 60 days and it's been a not-so-great experience. Closing was delayed multiple times due to delayed materials or unavailable trades. The builder did not verify the options I paid for so, for example, failed to paint the walls in the color I picked out. Our home buying experience was as expected during a pandemic. The overall process took 18 months. Hollie and Jacob were outstanding to work with, they were attentive and professional. Overall the home building experience was easy and we felt seen and heard. The Pulte mortgage company was a whole other story though. If I could give them negative stars I would. Pulte is a good brand but they use students to do the work. Our foundation was cracked several times to line up the plumbing, our driveway was poured before the roof titles were place and when I complained Pulte only fixed a section and now the cement doesn't match. There was a slow leak under my sink and now the base of the cabinet is warp. Worse buying experience. Closed on our contract over a year ago, our house was one of the last one to get done in our neighborhood. For many months we were told a different estimate completion date that was moved every time we didn’t meet it. Communication was poor, finally when we had what I thought it was a set date and had everything ready with the lender they missed it again making us lose a very good interest rate. Our experience with Pulte should have been one of the most exciting times for my family. In reality, it was an absolute nightmare. Not a single deadline was met during construction. We have a warped wall in out living to this day. The sales person we ended up with was a complete joke and as a fellow Realtor/Broker, I was completely embarrassed to be in the same industry as that person. During the closing process many issues that came up during multiple inspections were not addressed and we will have to deal with them moving forward with warranty even though the items were inspected in advance, construction manager was asked to make corrections and he agreed it would be completed before closing.
