Closed 7 months late. We have 3 good size holes into our attic, and nobody at customer care will return my calls. For over a week I have been trying to get a hold of anyone. Easier time getting a root canal done. Avoid Pulte!

Months of delays aside, which were hard to deal with at times, the overall process from our Sales Agent Jason to our Construction Manager Erik, and to our Mortgage Team (Kris and Ashley) was a very smooth and efficient process. Watching our house become a HOME has been an amazing experience.

Tradespeople were extremely sloppy in their work in all domains. I was not present for gliding or would not have closed given the issues we saw regarding bad tile work, scratched up cabinets. Fortunately, warranty service/customer care has been very responsive and helpful

How well received we were by Kori, Project Manager and Emmanuel, Warranty Manager to solve any usual expected new built issues we experienced. Pulte does a better build of homes in our opinion.

Took 13 months to build our house when it was supposed to be 5, maybe 6 months. Even then the house wasn't finished when they rushed us to closing. We had them come back twice for cleaning and they still couldn't get the floors mopped, grout off the tiles, construction adhesive and paint off the windows. 2 months later we are still waiting for punch list items to be completed. Pulte hasn't adopted their building practices, especially purchasing, to a COVID world. They just continually use the excuse "because of COVID". Insufficient construction supervision during the build process

This is the fifth new home we have purchased in our lifetimes. This has been, and continues to be, the worst customer experience. Pulte appears to have made bottom line decisions which have severely impacted the quality of their home build and the outcome of the customer experience. They do not provide an adequate number of construction supervisors for the number of homes they are building. This is why we will not recommend Pulte to family or friends.

Just moved into my new house a month ago. Pulte was VERY motivated to get my house done for their quarterly numbers. They moved heaven and earth to get my house done be Dec 30th. The past few weeks though have been hard to get ahold of my contractor, issues are still outstanding, and I sometimes get a timely callback. It’s like once you sign they don’t really care too much. Walls are crooked that have to be fixed. Doors don’t align. Wind can be heard inside the house by the vent flaps. The outside of my house has stucco issues that aren’t fixed. I realize that many issues we had were out of the hands of the builder with COVID putting a strain on the entire industry. But my frustration with the lack of communication during the building process. With our last build (before COVID) we had four walk throughs of our home as it was being built, we knew when things were happening, with this one we had 2, one was technically our final walk through and our house wasn’t even close to being done (with us closing in two days). The experience was a pretty bad one overall. The building time took way to long, but given the shortage of workers and materials, this can be overlooked. When neighbors have to call you to tell you some of the framing is warped, cut to short in places, and 2×4s have way to much bark, therefor, making for a weak structure, that's pretty bad! On our walk thru, it seemed as though we were walking thru a used house. Nothing but issues since move in. Instead of enjoying my home all I have been doing is taking pictures, documenting, emailing and following up. The flooring was installed incorrectly which is the largest issue and I’m having to fight every step of the way. I thought Pulte delivered quality but apparently they allow tolerance for lippage so they are only fixing the ones that are really bad. Outside of that that I have tons of pictures showing that every room in the house has issues including the backyard which was left with nails, razor blades and construction debris.

Pulte subcontracts, the subcontractors hire people that have zero skills (less money spent, right?) Our home is a nightmare with a ton of issues from the beginning with a plethora of construction and workmanship issues. Pulte is less than responsive, admits no fault, refuses to put anything in writing, says they will do one thing, but never do. We contracted in good faith, kept our end of the deal, but not Pulte. We appreciate that we were able to move into our new house; however, many items were not completed upon closing. The builder has not been responsive to the work promised, and now we have to go through the warranty process. Lastly, the builder did not include the option of purchasing a refrigerator.

Shoddy workmanship. Tile is not level, molding around all the doors was cut too short and filled in with caulk. Some of the molding around kitchen island is unpainted. Missing grout in grout lines on floor. It looks like nobody cared about their workmanship.
