Have been in house 2 mos., and few warranty issues have been addressed. Warranty Dept. appear to be fearful of meeting warranty requests from buyer. Possible pressure from bosses or Pulte Construction Co.? Responses by warranty Dept.: No response, Bare minimum or obviously poor and therefore unsuccessful solutions to serious issues. Bullying comments by warranty emails & workers to suggest that the owner is responsible to fix issues, which are clearly stated in Pulte Warranty Book. Monitoring & checking work completed is nonexistent. Poor or no communication, scheduling, and follow up. ...

No I would never recommend pulte to someone else. It was a horrible home buying experience and pulte still hasn't fixed things that were discussed during our final walk through.

Finance process was convoluted and not transparent. Closing postponed multiple times. Construction is still not done.

Follow up to correct deficiencies was bad. I felt like I was chasing the project manager to get things done..its ok ..I just did it myself..shutters that we paid for didn't get installed and took forever to get a schedule..not happy at all..

I submitted a review. Guess If you don’t have all 100 % positive words it gets rejected and says contains legally sensitive content so therefore won’t be found anymore reviews. My mom isn’t happy that she spend 3000 for an unsafe service door.

Built cheap, a multitude of problems and issues, upgrades are astronomical in price and executed poorly.

We love our new home. There are a lot of thoughtful features and we appreciate the focus on energy efficiency. It's very, very close to perfect. The purchase and selection process was pretty smooth and streamlined. They did a pretty good job of keeping us updated on progress. Our field manager seems pretty conscientious and I have pretty good confidence that things I can't see are done properly. Pulte homes are beautiful, our was put together wayyyy to fast and the craftsmanship is definitely not upto par. Lots of issues after closing on the home. Yes they fix it but it is still an issue having people in and out of our home. You have to double and triple check all of the work.

The loan process was good but the building part was poor and rushed the amount of stuff that wasn't done and stuff still ain't done is ridiculous...never again and I been in the house almost 2 months

The Pulte houses are well designed thought through houses with sub-par subcontractors. Many walls and tiles are not straight and level, missing small sections of paint, and poor final cleaning prior to closing (construction marks left on some windows and doors). Pulte did respond quickly to any immediate issues.

We’ve had so much unfinished work in our home (blue taped areas not completed) and it was not cleaned prior to our move-in even though we walked through while a large group were “cleaning”. I never saw a cleaning product in their hands, just dirty wet rags smearing my counters. I had to ask our project manager if they could clean the patio door and high windows as they were leaving. And they barely did that. We opened a closet after signing and it was covered in dead moths (couldn’t see the floor). I had to scrub and scrape Dried grout from the tile prior to washing the floors. Within two weeks of closing on the house had to have the air conditioner repaired because it wasn't cooling the house. Then a week later it is starting again. Our AC unit ran constantly and the temperature continued to increase above where we had it set and we had to have it repaired again. The tile work was less than what I would have expected. The issues were not obvious when we walked through prior to closing. The floor tiles weren't leveled enough to even be able to slide a mop bucket across the floor without it tipping over. Rushed house. Promised they would make it right. Have not fixed a single thing in over 90 days. Never should have signed for the house. Home owners shouldn't be pressured into signing papers on house until things are right. Pulte only seems to care about you until you close on your house, COVID is not an excuse. There are plenty of things to fix on the outside of the home.

Our field manager and sales associate were very responsible and expressed interest in addressing all our concerns. Ask about how your layout will sit next to your neighbors’; our bathroom has a window above bathtub facing into neighbor’s upper hallway window!! (We fixed with an adhesive stained glass.) Approaching closing, the process became a bit rushed. We are planning to use the warranty for every little thing, but they haven’t been able to come out yet with the pandemic. They have been providing phone support which is good!

After closing I came home to my kids bathroom destroyed because the marble guys didn’t coordinate with construction, also everything that was written down before the final walk-through was not fixed, I still have over 15 issues they have not been fixed and it’s been two months since I closed

Pulte has been such an amazing company to work with. They were awesome from day one helping us find the perfect house. When we were having a little bit of difficulty with closing they did everything they could to help us. Erika and Dan from pulte mortgage were seriously life savers. As for the build itselfe our contractor Matt has been amazing. The house is wonderful, but any issues that have arisen hes made sure to get taken care of right away. So very happy we went with Pulte
