We had a very good experience with Pulte. We lived out of state for the home building process and felt like the communication was very good making the process not stressful for us. We appreciate Carlos Coronado, he was knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. Susan Kane was very easy to work with and also quick to respond.

Nick and Brittany are great communicators and project manager that any buyer can hope for. There was a lot of supply chain challenges throughout our home building process. Nick and Brittany have always been very helpful and transparent through every step along the process. The whole building process went smoothly during this challenging period of time. We are very fortunate to have a such professional Pulte team to be in charge of our home purchasing and building process. We would not hesitate to recommend them to the new buyers. Thank you Nick and Brittany for all your hard work!

Great and easy way to get an mortgage!!

Great overall experience. We do wish that the house had been inspected closely by the builder for minor cosmetic items, such as globs of construction materials on the tile and tile grout, as one example. The house cleaning prior to moving in was good, but could have been better. As one example, the top shelves in the closets were very dusty.

We love our house!

Overall we love our new house. It is beautiful and we have amazing views. If you are considering building with Pulte, be aware that you are limited on what you can upgrade. As I tell my friends, I could not even pay additional funds to get what I wanted. We did put in a significant amount of upgrades, though. Also, you need to get them to show you the outlet locations so you can choose where to add additional outlets. They are particularly few and far between in the garage. Additionally, some of the materials they use may not hold up, even with light use and being upgraded. The project manager we had was detail oriented and did his best to correct all issues before we moved in. Pulte's warranty service has been fantastic in the first month. They come back in a timely manner and get the issues fixed. They will also come back and fix everything at the end of one year and their warranty guy provides us with confidence that they will follow through. Their landscaping company for our subdivision has also been amazing. They gave us a beautiful plan to finish our landscaping. We recently moved into a former model. Technically our home is out of warrantee for plumbing though not structural. Upon moving in we had some issues with plumbing but Pulte quickly resolved them. JJ a field supervisor got the house ready for us to move in and went above and beyond for us. Since moving in Matt and Brendan have responded to other issues that have arisen . We love our home and feel very blessed .

The construction manager Edward was on top of all issues and responsive. Britney (sales) was also very helpful and responsive to questions. We have had a variety of issues that are to be expected of new builds, Pulte has been very good about fixing issues that arise.

Overall great. Just a few items that i am waiting on to be addressed.

Edward was a saving grace to us as homeowners. We are so thankful he was our last of 4 projects managers and really pushed to complete our home despite many challenges he faced. He is very conscientious and took time to see us every time we came to Santa Fe. Edward is very customer focused. He always acknowledges emails and texts you send…a very rare but important to us as buyers living out of state during our build. He follows promptly on lists we send him of outstanding items we saw when we visited every 3-4 weeks. Phone calls with questions were returned with answers. We would highly recommend him as a project manager. We definitely are glad Edward navigated us through and saved us during a very challenging build and made our completed home one that we are proud of. We give him an A+!! ... More

Many things stand out as positive. Highest rating goes to how often I was notified of the status of things. What had been completed, what was pending, etc. Employees were always willing to answer questions. If I texted or called they would respond rapidly. A couple of times items I selected had to have substitutes. I was notified quickly and told what my options were. Thanks to everyone I interacted with.

Building a house amidst a pandemic was challenging but the house I just moved into is lovely and my construction manager and sales person were wonderful.

Pulte has done an outstanding job with our home and their communication. Starting with JJ Thomas, our Building Manager, who was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and honest, to Rebecca Beck in Customer Care, we have been pleased and satisfied to-date. The only reason why my rating above is not 5 stars, there are several outstanding issues that we are currently addressing, although we have confidence they will be handled to our satisfaction.

My construction mgr., Julian B., was very attentive to my requests. I would recommend him and Pulte Homes to other buyers. The follow-up after the close was very much appreciated.

I have had to get help on a couple of issues and the response was always very good & fast

I watched this house built from footings, slab, framing, mechanical/electrical rough-in, roofing, rough stucco, insulation, wall-boarding, to finishing. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and workmanship that went into all but one of these phases. Unfortunately, the finishing was less than satisfactory. Seemingly lacking in this project was a quality control walkdown by a person with an eye on fit and finish. This logical omission would have prevented a lot of frustration experienced before and after closing.

although both Edward and Matt(Pule warranty service have both been VG top work with/through getting certain things done through trades and appliance partners has been frustrating after about weeks of occupancy.

Well it took a very long time to get here. The issues were many the half truths were often. We landed up with a home but not our home. It was told to us the sqeaky wheel get the oil well it got to the point we didn't even have wheels anymore. The home we have is beautiful but again it was not the home we designed.

Good experience so far. I would recommend to friends and family

All went well moving into the new house. A few minor issues with front door weather strip. The dryer vent tube was not connected to the wall. Kitchen exhaust vent was making banging sounds when windy. All have been addressed or are in the process. All responses to requests for fixes have been quick and easy.

For me, it came down to the competence, trustworthiness and responsiveness of the Field Supervisor. Joed was assigned to my project late in the process and he made all the difference. He communicated regularly about issues, updates, and made me comfortable and informed about the build process. That hadn't happened prior.
