Edward, my construction manager, is always polite and professional. What’s more, he is from my observations a very hardworking working and knowledgeable supervisor. Overall, a great homebuying and building experience with Edward. We have a beautiful new townhome and are pleased with our neighborhood. Yes, there remains a checklist of moderate and small issues to be corrected, and I am expecting that the Pulte process will have a fully satisfactory result.

I feel like I got a great deal for my house and generally things are fine. However my house was NOT complete when I moved in, my construction manager ghosted me, leaving me to work with the warranty department. Very unprofessional.

Building a house amidst a pandemic was challenging but the house I just moved into is lovely and my construction manager and sales person were wonderful.

We were remote during the build. Pulte delivers all the services to from design, to build through the mortgage to hand hold you. The key at the end of the day is the home quality and Joed, our field supervisor was amazing and made the experience very positive.

For being a first time home buyer the experience with Pulte was truly amazing.

All individuals from the Pulte Home group (Including Pulte Mortgage, Pulte Home Insurance, and affiliates PGP Title) were approachable, informative, and professional. We felt from initial purchase to final move-in that we were able to comfortably reach out and get any questions answered or concerns addressed in a timely manner. The building team did a great job throughout all phases of the development. Both interior and exterior finish details exceeded expectations with only minor necessary touch ups. We were frequently updated with the progress of our home and immediately notified of any delays in materials. Nick and Brittany are great communicators and project manager that any buyer can hope for. There was a lot of supply chain challenges throughout our home building process. Nick and Brittany have always been very helpful and transparent through every step along the process. The whole building process went smoothly during this challenging period of time. We are very fortunate to have a such professional Pulte team to be in charge of our home purchasing and building process. We would not hesitate to recommend them to the new buyers. Thank you Nick and Brittany for all your hard work!

For me, it came down to the competence, trustworthiness and responsiveness of the Field Supervisor. Joed was assigned to my project late in the process and he made all the difference. He communicated regularly about issues, updates, and made me comfortable and informed about the build process. That hadn't happened prior.

Buyer Beware! Pulte does not deliver what they promise verbally or in writing.

I had several warranty issues after I moved in which were scheduled and taken care of successfully almost immediately by Pulte's warranty department. My only complaint is with the sub-contractors who completed the warranty work. As a single woman building a home I was surprised to be treated with such lack respect by every sub except the electrician. However, the salesperson and the project manager were both very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. If I had an issue during the building process, the project manager took care of it quickly, explaining things to my satisfaction.

My brother and I bought this townhouse in the middle of the pandemic sight unseen. The Pulte team was incredible! Right from the start Susan Kane our Pulte Realtor was there to answer all of our questions. She took pictures and video to show us what we were buying. Our construction manager Joed Jacquez was in touch with us every week with a phone call and pictures to show us the progress on our home. The Pulte design center made it easy to pick the finishes. Sandra Alvarez with Pulte Title made closing smooth and easy. After we moved here the warranty services reached out to us so that we have a direct contact there should we need them. Thanks Pulte! None of Pulte sales or construction people knew when I would close. Offered my neighbor upgrades to compensate for delays but didn't offer me nothing. I was discriminated against. My home was vandalized after I signed. A day later notified Construction Manager Joed and sales Susan and NO took responsibility for the damages done to my home. They verbally/written told me the house was in there possession. So admittedly they knew they were at fault for damages they caused intentional. Pulte lacks in many areas from inspection of constructors workmanship to training employees sales and construction managers. I had to pay cash to the Construction Manager to clean up the vandalism. Joed yelled at me in front of my young child with the Warranty Manager and Construction Supervisor present like I did anything wrong but point out their negligence. Pulte has sloppy construction and contractors who do the minimum to get a house built than Im forced to work with one Warranty person to correct several issues with all different contractor who may not be well educated in correcting problems in one visit. For example my thermostat is not working properly and it takes 5 times for anyone to correct the issue by replacing a faulty thermostat. When asked to speak to a supervisor no one ever calls back but Im sure they all get paid for not responding. Pulte is definitely not worth wasting time and money in! ... More

Great overall experience. We do wish that the house had been inspected closely by the builder for minor cosmetic items, such as globs of construction materials on the tile and tile grout, as one example. The house cleaning prior to moving in was good, but could have been better. As one example, the top shelves in the closets were very dusty.

I was involved in monitoring the building from the slow permitting process through to final completion. I found the communication by Pulte’s agents to my concerns to be very responsive.

Pretty good value and generally responsive to our needs. Big company offers advantages of scale but also suffers from to many moving parts.

Frustrating trying to get outstanding problems taken care of. Interesting that we were told by Pulte that to keep tradesmen safe they were stopping warranty problems until January 1. Today a tradesman showed up to take care of a problem that was identified before our move in October 15. He had not been notified not to keep the appt for his safety and ours.

Work list was not completed before closing. Calls to realtor and title company were not returned after closing.

The first steps of buy this home were easy but during the build and after closing working with the company, specifically outstand work, has been challenging. We closed over 2 months ago and still have work that needs to be done that was promised to be completed within 2 weeks after closing.

Very happy with my new home! The process was easy and enjoyable.

With any new build, there are going to be issues and naturally the construction crew is going to be understaffed and overworked. The quality of the materials are just OK, especially the cabinets. The wood is soft and the paint scratches off so easily. Ours weren't installed correctly so we had to go through and re-install a lot of them. And there are always going to be little things that just weren't done correctly. Switches that weren't installed correctly, or one switch for 7 different lights. It took the entire length of the build, from framework until 6 weeks after we moved in for them to finally install a window in our guest shower area that didn't show the entire neighborhood the person showering there. I asked and asked and asked. So if you can overlook little things like that and the standard crazy upcharges for everything, then this was overall a good home. Our purchase experience was just OK, we just wish more things had been explained to us at the get go. But overall we are happy with the home. It was just an exhausting experience to go through. ... A lack of respect, attention to detail and quality of construction is less than substandard. Finishes were done poorly and now that weather is changing it is apparent this it is not an energy efficient home. The cold comes right through the windows. Poor quality at an extremely expensive cost.
