Steven has been great but other than Steven this is been a not very good experience for a house we spent almost a $1,000,000 on. We had a water issue the first night we moved in and flooded our basement bedroom over 5 weeks ago. We still do not have padding and carpet on the floor and nobody is responding to our please for fixing this. Steven is trying but he’s not getting very far either. There’s other issues in our downstairs kitchenette with paint on the cabinets and we asked this to be resolved over a month ago - and still nothing - crickets!! I understand times are trying with COVID but ...

For additional lot payments of $17,000 for an end unit and $23,000 for the lot premium, all that bought was a dining room window and side brick facade that does not align with the front brick facade. Usually an end unit has some bit of property on the side and back. I understood before making my deposit that abutting the fence would affect the size of the deck, but I did not expect the entire back lot to become a quarry due to the English basement foundation or the end unit to have absolutely no side lot. While watching the building experience was enjoyable the continual issues we continue to have has not been. There has been a lot of pointing the finger when is comes to the repairs that need to be done. Most of which were addressed prior to closing. We have major drainage issues and I’ve reported this numerous times along with pictures and nothing has been resolved. Actually I’m getting ready to email Joy again. Not satisfied!

The buying process, NOT SO GOOD ( Lance) lack of information on optional and details. Did not provide all options which changed our buying process and the things we WANTED to select. We are the new homeowner from Pulte, just moved into new home since August 18th for 3 days but with many surprised issues. Irrigation system has been set up wrong initially by Loving group who is hired by Pulte which caused $1200 plus water bill for 1-2 months and Pulte told us this is not their responsibility; Important warranty registration information was not shared during closing so we missed good benefits for extended warranty. Cabinets have scratches, lawns are damaged by community truck, we are told these are all not covered by Pulte warranty. We feel quality of home is not good and ...

We had 2 salespersons. Male then female. The male sold us the home and was rather minsinformed about home options/upgrades and didn't seem to care. He just wanted us to sign the contract and move forward regardless of all the options we could choose. Some of which he either didn't know himself or didn't care to tell us. He was laid off and a female replaced him. She was better. Our first field supervisor was not very hands on nor responsive to get stuff done. He was laid off and replaced. We had some issues in the beginning such as the punch list was not completed by the time we moved in. The person covering for our PM did not follow through except he removed all the tape where we had issues. We are still finding some of those issues now that we had marked to be fixed during our final walk through. Hopefully our warranty will cover it. A mouse was trapped inside the wall and died which started to smell but our PM was responsive and was able to recover the body and an empty water bottle. We wish construction workers were a little neater and took care of their trash ...
