After submitting an offer that was excepted, a deposit was made, and a very important item that was agreed upon was taken away. It’s tough and I could forfeit my deposit I was told I would not get the item after three weeks into this and there was nothing they could do about it. I was told I could forfeit my deposit if I didn’t like it. I was hoping after communicating back-and-forth for weeks on this item that it will come to a resolution that I was very happy with and unfortunately it did not.
