The seller realtor quit a week after I sign papers. I had no one to ask questions about the home. I felt alone throughout the underwriter process but I made it happen!

Straightforward home buying. Nothing to complain about. Communication was great, never felt like I was being sold anything. Everyone I dealt with at Pulte was professional and knowledgeable of their job.

Whitney was fantastic in showing us the house and being straight forward with us. Alejandra and Devon were also excellent in working with us for the mortgage application/loan during the closing process. Jessica was great during final checks and any issues that popped up after closing by responding immediately to the problem.

It was truly an amazing experience. The sales consultant, construction manager and other representatives provided a wonderful experience. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated their promptness to address any concerns or questions I had.

Within the first month of living in the home a pipe burst and leaked to the first floor and damaged new furniture

Where to start, very poor materials used to build the house, very poor quality control, i found so many issues within the first 2 months that i haven't in my 17 year old condo. Looks like all they cared was to make the sell instead of building it correctly.

The overall process from beginning had gone very well. The entire resposes to our each & every question pretty well & accurate. The officer during the inspections notes every point we mention to be corrected in the house and tries to clear out before closing. The closing process too is very quick and I like my home. Thanks Pulte.!
