The Sales Rep and Builder were great. Professional and knowledgeable about the house and the community. Notified us throughout the entire building process. Took care of things if they didn’t like what they saw on behalf of us. Generally really nice people.

Pulte Meade the home buying process a breeze. The home was built on time and the build quality process was very good. The issue resolution post closing needs improvement. While Putte is responsive, the coordination of repair work and the quality of repair needs to be improved.

The pulte people and their supervisors seem to not put an emphasis on homeowner problems after they move in. They kind of try to move things to the back burner. I wish they would be more attentive.

There is some people of the employer Pulte homes in the Cresent Cove neighborhood who have been very unprofessional and have falsely accused me of many things.

Wow, what a wonderful experience my wife and I had in purchasing our home in Crescent Cove. From our first meeting with Michael, the sales coordinator, to James our construction manager, we couldn’t have been happier. Michael’s knowledge and assistance with designing a perfect home, to showing us homes that were move in ready, convinced us we were choosing the right neighborhood . Building my forever home was a really important endeavor and the Pulte sales, design and construction team made it a great experience. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The floor plan is amazing and I have the perfect lot. If I had one desire, it would be that the porch exterior would be a bit more finished with trim or brick work. That said, I really love my new home!

Quite an eye opening experience overall. If we go back to our “walk thru” - we find marks on my driveway. I was told I could have a piece of concrete replaced OR I could choose gutters - one or the other. First - gutters were never offered to me when “building” things for my home. And things that I said I would absolutely want for my home - I find out after close that I am unable to get like other neighbors have. From the sales team, to the project manager over construction to dealing with Pulte Mortgage (best rates available on select homes) and Pulte homeowners insurance, it all went super smoothly. This is our 5th new home purchase and the Pulte organization was professional,, courteous and prompt on every single detail. Warranty Program is Difficult

Our home is located in Eagle Run, Calabash, NC. To obtain warranty service someone must be home. This makes it difficult for us to obtain warranty services. We installed a lock box and are willing to let service people enter the home. Post closing we have noticed several areas of shoddy workmanship. We are fixing them ourselves.

Had a rocky start to the home buying experience as builder kept pushing to buy lots that we were not interested in and spending a premium for those lots. Once we came to an agreement on the lot, the process with the builder Project Mgr. Nick was actually very pleasant.
