Pulte sales team is top notch and design center is well organized and easy to pick out things. The design and some of the craftsmanship is well done. The finish needs some work. Spackling, Nail pops, lines in ceiling, spaces in flooring Give the home an unfinished look. I’ve had a difficult time scheduling to fix some of these items. As a professional I expect E-mails at least be answered within 48 to 72 hours. You get a generalized email (automated) but nothing of a dressing concerns or scheduling to fix concerns.My best advice would be is to not close until everything in your house is fixed and to your liking. Do not believe that they will come out within the first 30 days and fix any items that need to be corrected. We are over the 30 days and I’m still waiting for a scheduling date. Sales manager Matthew helped exceptionally during and long after with whole buying process, always responsiv 24/7. The same goes for Field manager Ryan long after settlement. settlement

Very nice home floor plans & options/interior selections, great structural framing, but poor finish work: you can see drywall seams, dings/gouges in door trim, poor paint coverage on trim (can see nail holes). Won’t do it right the first time, but can do it under warranty after you move in (maybe?)!

After making a deposit, we waited months for our home to begin construction. We paid for an unfinished garage. However, the sheet rock, tape and mud were a mess and required a professional to smooth out the wall and make them paintable. All of this was added expenses that could've been avoided.

Overall was a great experience. Anyone having a new home built rite now will deal with COVID supply issue's. Despite those challenges our sales rep Matt and field Rob were amazing. Matt was very helpful in the beginning helping us navigate the buying process and selecting add ons. Every week during the build he kept us updated with pictures which we looked foward to Sunday mornings. Rob was great. He took care of any concerns or issues that popped up and was very detailed oriented. His experience helped us make a couple small changes that made all the difference. After closing, some small issues that came up were quickly handled. I was very impressed with their customer service and we love our new house. I recently purchased my first home and entrusted Pulte with its creation. The home, overall, is incredibly beautiful and well built. There are, of course, some small things that I wish were done better, but overall I am very pleased with the home, its quality, and the process throughout, and would definitely recommend Pulte to someone looking to build a new house.

If you have Thomas as your field manager you will have a wonderful experience. He is extremely responsive; and sometimes you don't even have to ask as he already knows what needs to be repaired. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 - couldn't be more pleased!

From start to finish it was a great experience focused on our needs and delivering a quality product!

We had problems from when rugs were installed and they tired to cover up the problem only to fined out the first time I vacuumed they put fibers in a hole in my rug which the vacuum sucked them up now have a hole which they can’t seem to give us a solution to. Very disappointed with new home and no one is helping with

Smooth process through purchase, mortgage and construction. Our Project Manager kept us informed, handled questions timely, kept construction on-track and immediately addressed any items.

Sales process was solid. Mortgage process was fair (positive with advisor / negative with processor). Building quality manager was fantastic pre-closing (very helpful and attentive) - but disappeared after we submitted a positive survey result. Overall pleased, just currently frustrated as we are unable to close out 4 simple, lingering issues since pre-closing (2 months post!!).

Building from afar is always a challenge. My sales agent Matt was always there to answer my questions. Phone calls and texts made the process easier. Weekly photos were much appreciated. My Building Super was great too. Thankful for John overseeing the actual construction.

My wife & I had such an exceptional experience from purchase, to build, to closing and follow up after moving in. Graham (our sales person), Charlene (our design specialist, Rob (our build project manager) and Jason (GM) were excellent. Each step of the way we felt confident that we made the right decision to buy from Pulte. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Everyone was very helpful starting from Graham that helped with picking everything the way i want and the efficiency of Rayan with the building process and the mortgage team derek and the whole team

We are so frustrated with Pulte. We have leaking doors, an upgraded electrical package that was installed incorrectly, missing fixtures, a beautiful but faulty sliding glass door that needs repair, sticky paint, a leaking shower and the list goes on and on. Communication is terrible. I receive work orders for things to be repaired and then no one shows up. None of these issues have been addressed and we have been in the house for over a month. If you buy from Pulte be prepared for a long list of issues and top dollar for shotty work. It’s no wonder they have pending lawsuits.

I love my home but there have been so many issues come up that have been unaddressed which is frustrating. Dents in a door, scuffs on my cabinets (pointed out a month prior to closing), gouges in my bathtub, horrible looking thresholds, the list goes on and on. By in large it has been crickets! I am so frustrated!

Matt was great at sending us weekly photos of the progress of our home! Robert, was very responsive in dealing with home warranty issues.

Great home builders and generally quick to respond to issues.

Our salesman Brian did a great job sending us photos weekly on the progress of our new home. Since we live 3 hours away this was greatly appreciated.

The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the paint and drywall issues inside the home are overwhelming.

The overall workmanship of the paint, floorboards, and Sheetrock taping seemed to be ok. There are some areas where the work looks amateur-ish. Some floor moldings didn’t get covered thoroughly with paint, and when carpet was installed there are cuts in floor moldings made by the knife used to install carpet. There are areas in Sheetrock were you can see the seams. 2 weeks After we closed my stove shorted out, and there was a crack in one of the tubs upstairs. Both issues were resolved quickly.
