Generally speaking, Pulte's standards are high and their responsiveness to issues is excellent; however, there is room for improvement when it comes to the supervision of subcontractors/business partners during the final "finishing" construction phase. Some finish items need more attention to detail: carpentry trim work, final painting (we had lots of "overspray" at the crown molding/wall area; crooked electrical switch plates; granite not polished (rough edges); landscaping selections don't fit size/scale of yard.
