We purchased two townhomes in a new community built by Pulte Homes. Pulte Homes exceeded our expectations by delivering us high quality homes. Great designs, superior workmanship, high quality materials and appliances.

Pulte homes provided a nice mortgage loan application process and offered me a good rate, which greatly reduced my time spending in closing.

Pulte made the process very easy an not as stressful as I thought it would be.

This builder is very reputable and stands by their product. The site superintendent is very attentive to details which is important at all price points. The processes are top notch and execution of communication, follow up, and closing was flawless. The warranty is clear and fair. Highly recommend.

We have built homes with several other builders (including one that claims to be a luxury builder) and this experience with Pulte Homes was so much more incredible for many reasons. First we bought this home as a quick move in prior to drywall and were able to get it inspected quickly. Chris was amazing in helping with any concern we found and getting it fixed. Please understand when you buy a home that they are built by humans so expect to find something that isn't perfect. Throughout the process we were treated with respect and any questions or concerns were answered or corrected very quickly every step of the process. Chris and his team went above and beyond throughout and after close made sure anything that was not correct, they made it right. When we closed and walked into our home it was a warm welcome as they took the time to make it look as best as possible. I would highly recommend if you want a solid built home with a team that takes pride in their workmanship, to build with Pulte. Excellent..smooth process and nice home

If you want the best built home and the relationship with the Pulte staff especially the project manager then you should buy Pulte home. I can’t say enough about the ongoing relationship after I bought my house, with the project manager, he stops by checking if everything is okay? It is very comforting to know Ken is there way after I bought my house, this has been an incredible experience. I recommend Pulte homes for quality and excellent customer service even after you bought the property.
