It was a good experience working with Pulte. The few things are noticing some information shared that was not factual. Also make sure your project manager writes down EVERYTHING you talk about being an issue or needing fixed. It would be easy for them to say there was no record of previous conversation on the issue and try to hand it off as an after purchase issue.

Building quality is not that great, I had multiple issues before moving and after moving

Im disappointed in quality of homes in few scenarios where paint work is done very badly, there was water leakage as soon as we moved, there was a bump on a wall, there were lot gaps between dry wall and doors, doors are not aligned with frame. whole climbing stairs wall is not smooth I mentioned it multiple times but builder didn't try to fix it. Mortage consultant where I was highly disappointed

Following our pre-drywall meeting, we identified multiple issues, including gaps in the second-floor wood framing and flooring defects in the master bedroom, the other bedrooms and loft areas. I guess this is partially our fault for not asking the right questions as new buyers, but when we were choosing our lot, we were shown the lot which we loved and the elevation. We signed the contract and put our deposit down. Come to find out there was a fire hydrant very close to our driveway, causing them to cut into our driveway, and now we’re basically stuck with a single driveway instead of double. Buying experience was good, it was easy and responsiveness was great. Only area where I felt improvement is needed is the quality and unfinished work while final handing over. There were lot of minor work needed after taking possession. Even though the warranty is available, it wasn’t 100%perfect. Everything else was good.

Very poor quality home for the high price tag you pay. Shoddy workmanship, inferior materials {house is filled with plastic material including the light bulbs UNBELIEVEABLE!!!} and low quality installs! Hence the coined name tupperware homes by Pulte. Which we will gladly share with our friends on social media. Most of the workers are more than likely illegal hence the extremely poor workmanship!! Not to mention the ridiculous demands from the HOA. VERY disappointed with our purchase and will NEVER buy another Pulte home again. We cannot wait to sell this one and move away from this ...

Would not recommend Pulte Mortgage company

Pulte mortgage was a nightmare to work with. They were very slow to respond and kept changing what they wanted/needed. I would NEVEr use Pulte mortgage again. Luckily my loan was already sold to a different bank so hopefully I never have to deal with them again. The townhouse itself is nice. I had a few minor issues after moving in that I ended up having to address on my own because I did not get a response back from the builder even though I emailed him multiple times.
