Cheap quality construction, had a sink leak immediately noticed after closing, when asked to be fixed under warranty, I was told to wait for 11 month walk through. I lost the trust in the warranty and overall Pulte.

We can understand the uncertainty of construction material's supply during the pandemic, however there should be more communication. From the website supposed to be able to sign in and monitor the progress of construction, there was not much updates we could know. The quality of finished job was not satisfactory. The builder seems to be in hurry, speeding up the work without the quality control, left a few apparent defects which shouldn't happen. We had quite a few problems need to be solved, and waiting for field manager to come in, check and correct. Over a month passed, we haven't seen ...

Lack of attention to detail in finishing work. Can still feel uneven concrete from corrections of issues in the slab through the finished floor. Multiple issues with electrical and plumbing that needed to be addressed in first 2 weeks. Of our 3 experiences with new construction this was the worst

I'd say Pulte is good but not great. It's like eating fast food. Some of it might taste good, but it's far from eating at a nice restaurant. It's just a matter of how many hairs you find in your food.

Love the plan and the neighborhood, but beware - they were not great on correcting issues. We’ve built multiple times but this is the first time we’ve ever had a builder admit that something was constructed incorrectly and then ask us if we would rather correct it ourselves. About half of the issues they just never fixed, and getting an escalation contact was next to impossible.

Issues identified during home inspections and Build Quality Check, are taking months even after closing is done. The fixes are still pending and needs constant followup to get it fixed and still pending. Keep scheduling every week, but then noone shows up and then the cycle repeats.

I would not recommend Pulte to others who are interesting in using this builder. After being in the house for a month, I have noticed numerous items that were completely poorly. The lack of response from the PM is disheartening. I have friend who is ready to sign in a different Pulte community that I will be discouraging from doing so.

Overall it's a nice house. Quality of materials used in the home could be better for the price paid. Workmanship is a bit sloppy. Builder has stopped responding to fix simple issues in the home that are under warranty once we closed on the house.

Quality of the home isn’t the best. Not even a month living at my new home, the drywall started to crack, walls aren’t evenly painted, warranty is non responsive... better off going with a different builder in my opinion

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. We signed off on our house at closing after speaking with the new building manager regarding problems that arose during our blue tape inspection. Very bad closing experience with Pulte Mortgage. There are issues with water staying in front of the house and some other issues internally.

Pulte is not maintaining the quality anymore. They are just in a hurry to close no matter whether the house is complete or not. Once closing is done, you have to chase the builder or raise the tickets to fix the issues.

We have several issues mainly related to design and architecture ranging from unreachable switches to rain water getting into the house from exterior door. Can’t even open the back door of suv while parked in the garage. The plumbing clean outs are installed in the master closet!!!!! The namesake laundry room is designed poorly. I could go on…..

When purchasing a Pulte Home it is imperative that you have the home inspected by an independent home inspector at least 20 days prior to closing. Please do not underestimate how important this step is.

The good - Attentive and cooperative Sales team, decent project and construction managers, excellent team in lending department. The Bad - Really poor quality construction and craftsmanship. Too many issues with the house. Pulte outsources most of the construction to 3rd parties and they do a terrible job. Home inspector caught a lot of serious problems. You will notice cracks, crooked panes, windows, electrical outlets after moving in. Cabinet doors and drawers were not aligned. Cracks on crown moldings, glitchy windows, very poor finishing, uneven surfaces, weird floor cracking sounds, ...

This is our dream home, however there were many issues with house. It took over 2 months for our house to start construction and when it started it went down. First they laid the wrong foundation. We were supposed to get a raised slab and we didn’t. When we questioned it, it took some time to figure it out. So while that was happening our wood for framing sat in the rain and got mold on it.
