Less than 2 months moving in, with the rain This week I have a water leak through the AC vent and window from the half bathroom downstairs. Reported and after 3 days no answer. Bad quality of material and labor. Where is the field manager from 218 Eagleson??????? The house can get flooded and nobody cares.

Experience with Pulte is pretty average. Some building materials feel cheap in comparison to our previous build. Obvious lack of craftsmanship and attention to detail by many of their vendors. Issues have been, or are being addressed, but they definitely drag their feet and some repairs were not completed as they should have been due to procrastination.

Never had any real interaction with the builder, but SVP levels never responded to an email noting concerns and local team was not very accomodating (everything was NO)

Pulte really didnt care if I bought the house or had concerns I wanted addressed/changed. They threathened to cancel my sales agreements if I didnt like the way things were dictated. There attiutude was take it or leave it and they were not very accomodating and didnt seem willing to negotiate....

The process to build completion was fraught with frustrations. The Pulte mortgage process was awful - responsiveness was almost zero and had to constantly follow-up and track down the person assigned to my closing. The individual has a permanent out of office set so you cannot reach them. The Pulte construction manager is a negative rating on a scale of 0-10. Responsiveness is non-existent. I was not informed of a supply chain issue with my cabinets. I was not informed of a changed closing date and just happened to find out from Pulte mortgage "Hey, your closing date was pushed a month, did ...

Love the plan and the neighborhood, but beware - they were not great on correcting issues. We’ve built multiple times but this is the first time we’ve ever had a builder admit that something was constructed incorrectly and then ask us if we would rather correct it ourselves. About half of the issues they just never fixed, and getting an escalation contact was next to impossible.

I would not recommend Pulte to others who are interesting in using this builder. After being in the house for a month, I have noticed numerous items that were completely poorly. The lack of response from the PM is disheartening. I have friend who is ready to sign in a different Pulte community that I will be discouraging from doing so.

The materials and chosen vendors are sub standard. My inspection report came with a concrete issue which the build manager refused to fix and just got a letter from the vendor which is no good. The dry wall and sound proofing is so horrible.

I understand it's common that new homes have issues. Although I think the builder should try to fix those issues in timely manner. We had problems with leaking gas that took 3 weeks to solve despite the gas being dangerous both for our health and may explode. The communication with the warranty team is terrible and they don't bother to respond to emails. I see a big problem with the warranty team. We bought a house with 3 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs, both tubs are leaking, one is completely unusable because of the holes in the tub. It's been 2 months and they still were not able to resolve ...

The material used to build the house seems of not very high quality. I didn’t like the drywall thickness, power outlets and sturdiness. I can easily hear upstair and vibration from washer and dryer. Room door is cheap quality. I like the carpet used only.

I'd say Pulte is good but not great. It's like eating fast food. Some of it might taste good, but it's far from eating at a nice restaurant. It's just a matter of how many hairs you find in your food.

Pulte has agreed to address a serious design flaw in my new home. They have limited the actions that they are willing to take. I hope that the actions that they are starting to take will somewhat resolve this issue. I realize that I'm insignificant in the scope of this large corporation. However, my spending almost $500K for my house is huge and I was hoping my new home would be a wonderful sanctuary of peace and enjoyment.

Very bad closing experience with Pulte Mortgage. There are issues with water staying in front of the house and some other issues internally.

This is our dream home, however there were many issues with house. It took over 2 months for our house to start construction and when it started it went down. First they laid the wrong foundation. We were supposed to get a raised slab and we didn’t. When we questioned it, it took some time to figure it out. So while that was happening our wood for framing sat in the rain and got mold on it. Pulte is not maintaining the quality anymore. They are just in a hurry to close no matter whether the house is complete or not. Once closing is done, you have to chase the builder or raise the tickets to fix the issues.
