Overall very pleased. We signed the contract just before Covid-19 madness and found that the individuals we worked with kept us informed. It did delay our move in a few weeks, but that was mostly beyond Pulte's control. We've been in the house 2 months now and are mostly very pleased. Some minor issues (wish they had placed the air conditioning unit elsewhere and not next to the master bedroom window) but still very pleased overall.

We purchased a pulte townhome as first time homebuyers. Our design process was great but did experience one mishap with a selection we chose, but it turned out to work great and we decided not to fix it. Our building manager (superintendent) was very friendly, cooperative, and returned all calls in a timely manner. Overall, we are very happy in our new townhome and have nothing negative to say about Pulte Homes or our process with them.

The home building process was good. Had few minor issues before the closing which the field manager had taken into account and said he would get them fixed. But the field manager has only done a few and still lot more left to fix, but he does not respond to emails anymore.

Overall it's a nice house. Quality of materials used in the home could be better for the price paid. Workmanship is a bit sloppy. Builder has stopped responding to fix simple issues in the home that are under warranty once we closed on the house.

Quality of the home isn’t the best. Not even a month living at my new home, the drywall started to crack, walls aren’t evenly painted, warranty is non responsive... better off going with a different builder in my opinion

Developing a good relationship with your field manager is the most important thing you can do during building. There are always problems and challenges, and being able to work together and trust each other means that the challenges will be resolved. Pulte stood by its product throughout construction.

I’m glad to be in my home but now that I’m in it I’m finding a lot of issues with detail. Things that I feel other builders would have taken to time make sure it was completed to satisfaction. It just looks like they hurry through the completion to make sure it’s done instead of taking the time to do it. It’s like quantity over quality. And yes they come back to fix things after a year but just do it right the first time. I think the value I paid for my home is not worth the quality of work that was done. Just seems rushed.

We started our new build not knowing how everything works. We quickly learned there are many limitations with buying a “spec” house. There are many items, large and small, that you cannot change even if construction has not started. I wish Pulte took more time to inform us of these details.

It is really funny that they erected the dry wall in two days and then took 2.5 months to fix the errors made in dry wall. Though the errors were corrected after fight, I wasted lot of time in follwoing this up. There is no gaurantee that the higher up will listen to you. If you are new home owner, make sure that you inspect every day progress. If you don't, they will work on their own and dump on you. Overall, I got home, nice and clean; but I after LOTS of affords.

I had to babysit sit their contractor to get wood floor redone. Carpet is bumpy all over. Giving up. Missing electrical outlets. Front door not installed properly. Pointless. Many more are there...
