Worst builder and poor quality and irresponsible service

Pulte is the worst decision I have ever made. They do not have proper leadership and management and all the house they built is of poor quality. The construction managers do not have knowledge on building quality house. We bought a home with Pulte and had lot of emergency issues with the house and the service team is a bogus that is not strong enough to support the customers. Our house is having a water leak and it is 5th day yet no one to help. Made enough calls and emails and tiered . We had a very bad experience with Pulte homes in the home buying process and mortgage process. Terrible experience and never want to buy a home with Pulte again.

HOA BULK Service

It is almost 2 months but Pulte is still not able to have internet setup at my place since it is a part of HOA bulk service. Even i am paying HOA and it is still not setup yet.

I would never buy another house from Pulte Builders. First off before we closed the builder would not do anything about a large crack that ran over 10 feet in the garage. This formed in the beginning process of building and there solution was to just cover it up and move on. I asked for test to be done in that area to confirm there were no foundation issues and they refused. I asked for an extended warranty on that area due to it forming so quickly they refused and said if we didn't go to closing we could be charged for holding up the closing. Absolutely Substandard appliances given, since one month issues are not being addressed. Only a blame game, fire alarm is not functioning well and beeps daily full day and night. Appliances provided are substandard and not working, Pulte executives say they can’t do anything. Children have final exams and we are living in a devastated state with Pulte homes

Not happy with the quality of construction

During the final walkthrough there were more 60+ issues which were promised to be fixed before closing , but all issues were not fixed. Now I am requesting everyday the warranty guys and construction manager to create work orders who are not reponsive. Warranty team respond saying that issues will be fixed at build to year, which means the issues found during closing have to wait an year to get fixed. This is a very bad customer experience and making me feel not a trustworthy builder.

The quality of the home was very bad with lot of issues like cracked granites, bad quality items even after availing Smart Hone package. Unresponsive construction manager with very bad workmanship.

Rusted kitchen countertop. The spots are spreading everyday. None of the people from Pulte are responding. They are claiming it to be natural stone mineral deposits. This is not true at all.

Field manager ignored buyer’s concerns throughout the build process. Due to supply delays, Pulte took shortcuts to keep production moving. This meant drywall, floors, cabinets, and appliances were all installed before windows and exterior door were installed. No effort was made to cover windows from the elements. Issues that were not corrected prior to closing, were promised to be corrected within 30 days. It’s now over 2 months passed closing and issues have not been resolved. Pulte has stopped responding to correspondences. Overall quality and craftsmanship of the house is appalling. ...

I wouldn't buy another home from Pulte if they were the last home builder on earth. They pushed us to close before the house was complete and we never got to do a final walk through when the house was cleaned and ready for inspection. They have given us the runaround on getting everything completed and we are still finding things that are wrong.
