Very seem less process.

good design, good attitude in customer service, but the receptionists could know the details better

Overall excellent home and excellent pulte north team

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. We signed off on our house at closing after speaking with the new building manager regarding problems that arose during our blue tape inspection. Most things were fixed but we were specifically told that everything would be taken care off. 3 months after closing our wooden staircase is still not fixed (they’ve redone it horribly 4 times), the metal railing balusters are still not all secured, the trim around our fireplace has separated from the floor 3 times and the repair men just told me to put weights on it so it will glue back down, there are chips in our floor that haven’t been fixed, flooring in our office doesn’t go all the way to the baseboard so there is a gap between the wall and flooring, there are paint spots all over the wood flooring downstairs, we had 4 lightbulbs burn out in the first 2 weeks, and the subfloor in our master bedroom has separated from the beams and popped up which now squeaks every time we walk in it. These were issues found in our inspection that we’re never fixed and now structural issues are occurring. We love this house but are extremely disappointed in the willingness to fix issues that should have been done months ago. Great experience

All involved consistently responded in a timely and competent manner

We just bought a home from Pulte (and had one previously from them in Atlanta). Many of the choices they had made before we bought the home, but we were happy with the quality of materials and they took pride in fixing all the issues we found. They are easy to work with and have a very comprehensive set of meetings to handoff the new home to you. Even now that we've finished the purchase they are still responsive at making sure we enjoy the home (and giving us ideas for contractors to make additions and enhancements for the house).

End product is solid and support services from sales team and build tam along the build process - excellent.

New to NC. Love the area and neighborhood. House lacks attention to detail but overall is better than average. Disappointed with recreational center and pool not being finished. Should have been done before social distancing came along. Have a few issues with the house that have been submitted but also aren't being addressed.

We had a pretty good home buying experience with Pulte Homes. Though there were few initial hiccups around the time of closing and also after moving in, the Field Manager took care of all the high risk items after we moved in. Customer support from Pulte has been pretty good on fixing some of the urgent issues after we moved in. One thing we are not quite happy is we were not given a default white cabinets option during design center meetings, while another owner who was just around 2-3 weeks behind us in the home buying process were given a default white cabinets option. We ended up not going for white option as it was coming out to be pretty expensive. Another thing which is painful is the design center option bundles. We had to choose oil-rubbed bronze option throughout the house as there were not much options to pick and choose between bronze and other cheaper option for different rooms in the house. ... More

Quality of Construction is Poor and they just want to sell the houses. They also build the same elevation houses next to each other.

Low quality. Not trustworthy. Not Responsive.

I must say I am pretty satisfied by the purchase. Pulte does take care of a lot of things for you, even after closing.

Not impressed with having to follow up on issues identified during closing 7 weeks ago . Still chasing work to be completed.

Since moving into our house, we have had quite a few issues (broken furnace, plumbing not working, creaky floors) as well as realizing that there were some poor design choices or just cheapness (cabinet doors that need bumpers because they bang into walls and other cabinets, odd placement of countless light switches, master bath door opens in front of shower, frames only on 3 out of 6 mirrors, counter overhangs not quite enough for comfortable seating, floor tiles and vinyl not running the way any of us would have expected, furnace lines running directly in the center of the master bedroom wall and not protected by anything other than drywall). Eventually I think we will be happy with the house ... hopefully the issues that we have been experiencing will all be taken care of, and hopefully this is just a bad start and we won't continue to have problems. ...
