Keeping in mind that this is a tract builder, the experience was fairly good. The construction foreman and sales agent were both vey good to work with. The foreman addressed every issue we had during the construction. I will say that if we had not been diligent in our inspections during construction that the experience would have been much worse. There were multiple issues that needed to be corrected as we went along. Having said that, everything was corrected to our satisfaction.

Pulte is a very professional organization, vertically integrated to make the buying process easier. I was incented to get my mortgage and homeowners insurance from them and saved all my closing costs. From start to finish, I closed in under 30 days. I highly recommend them as a quality builder in NC, and have had more positive experiences than working with Toll Brothers for my last house in 2000. We are satisfied with the quality of the construction. There were some issues with the balcony during the construction process, which was resolved satisfactorily after several conversations.
